一种有助于减肥和调理亚健康以及平衡代谢的热敷粉包，包括艾米粒紧致粉包，其中：所述艾米粒紧致粉包的百分比用量如下：紫苏叶粉10‑15；红花提取物3‑8；山楂果提取物5‑10；罗布麻叶或罗布麻茎提取物1‑5；甘草根粉1‑5；桑叶提取物1‑5；益母草粉15‑20；番泻叶提取物12‑17；艾叶提取物25‑30；冰片1‑5。本发明通过电热腰带表面温度升高挥发效能，以神阙穴（俗称肚脐眼）渗透将其效能作用于皮下，从而达减小食量、增强消化力，把身体从以前的代谢平衡点调整到一个新的代谢平衡点，安全无副作用。

本发明涉及热敷粉包领域，特别是一种有助于减肥和调理亚健康以及平衡代谢的热敷粉包。
背景技术
目前，人们的生活水平不断提高，再加上人们日常活动量的减少，身体的肥胖现象日益增多。为了尽快减肥，人们有吃减肥药、推拿、按摩减肥等，虽然暂时达到减肥的目的，可过一段时间开始反弹，甚至比减肥前还胖了许多，反弹始终困扰着每一位减肥者。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本发明的目的是提供以以神阙穴渗透将其效能作用于皮下的一种有助于减肥和调理亚健康以及平衡代谢的热敷粉包。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种有助于减肥和调理亚健康以及平衡代谢的热敷粉包，包括艾米粒紧致粉包，其中：所述艾米粒紧致粉包的百分比用量如下：
紫苏叶粉 10-15；
红花提取物 3-8；
山楂果提取物 5-10；
罗布麻叶或罗布麻茎提取物 1-5；
甘草根粉 1-5；
桑叶提取物 1-5；
益母草粉 15-20；
番泻叶提取物 12-17；
艾叶提取物 25-30；
冰片 1-5。
紫苏叶粉是以紫苏为原料提取的营养食品，含а－亚麻酸达56.14-64.82%,а－亚麻酸是人体必需的脂肪酸，它在人体中转化为代谢必要的生命活性因子DHA和EPA（植物脑黄金），不含胆固醇，对人体具有更显著的保健功能和医药功效。紫苏又名赤苏、红苏、香苏，系唇形科一年生草本植物，是一种传统的药食两用植物，是国家卫生部首批颁布的既是食品又是药品的60种物品之一。
红花提取物的红花又名黄兰、红兰花、草红花、红花菜、菊科红花，属一年生草本植物，为菊科植物红花的干燥花。夏季花由黄变红时采摘，阴干或晒干，表面红黄色或红色，气微香，味微苦。
山楂提取物是一种棕黄色粉末，有强心的作用。山楂果提取物为蔷薇科植物山楂或山里红、野山楂的干燥成熟果实（含核）提取物，产品形状为棕黄色粉末。
罗布麻，别名：茶叶花、泽漆麻、野茶叶、红根草、野麻；罗布麻的叶子，多皱缩卷曲，有的破碎，完整叶片展平后呈椭圆状披针形或卵圆状披针形，长2～5cm，宽0.5～2cm，淡绿色或灰绿色，先端钝，有小芒尖，基部钝圆或楔形，边缘具细齿，常反卷，两面无毛，叶脉于下表面突起；叶柄细，长约4mm，质脆，气微，味淡。
甘草是一种补益中草药，药用部位是根及根茎，药材性状根呈圆柱形，甘草根及根茎含甘草甜素，为甘草酸的钾、钙盐。
桑叶提取物中的桑叶，中药名是桑科植物桑的干燥叶，是蚕的日常食物，又名家桑、荆桑、桑椹树、黄桑叶等，我国南北各地广泛种植桑树，桑叶产量丰富，桑叶有疏散风热，清肺润燥，清肝明目的功效。
益母草，又名：蓷、茺蔚、坤草、九重楼、云母草、森蒂，为唇形科、益母草属植物，夏季开花。益母草可全草入药，有效成分为益母草素，益母草含益母草碱、水苏碱、益母草定、益母草宁等多种生物碱及苯甲酸、氯化钾等。
番泻叶提取物中的番泻叶，异名旃那叶、泻叶、泡竹叶来源为豆科植物狭叶番泻或尖叶番泻的小叶。
艾叶提取物中的艾叶，中药名为菊科植物艾的干燥叶，夏季花未开时采摘，除去杂质，晒干，具有温经止血，散寒止痛的功效
冰片，又名片脑、桔片、艾片、龙脑香、梅花冰片、羯布罗香、梅花脑、冰片脑、梅冰等，是由菊科艾纳香茎叶或樟科植物龙脑樟枝叶经水蒸汽蒸馏并重结晶而得。
一种有助于减肥和调理亚健康以及平衡代谢的热敷粉包制作方法，其中：制作方法包括以下步骤：
1）把紫苏叶粉、红花提取物、山楂果提取物加入搅拌锅中搅拌30分钟至完全均匀；
2）再将罗布麻叶或罗布麻茎提取物、甘草根粉、桑叶提取物、益母草粉、番泻叶提取物、艾叶提取物、充分搅拌20分钟至均匀；
3）在2）步骤后，将冰片缓缓加入充分搅拌20分钟至均匀；
4）检验合格后出料，静置、灌装，完成热敷粉包。
作为本发明的进一步改进：所述1）的步骤中，紫苏叶粉、红花提取物、山楂果提取物搅拌时间不得低于30分钟，直到蓬松状态。
作为本发明的进一步改进：所述3）步骤中，冰片加入时需缓缓加入，搅拌过程注意观察，直至冰片溶解混合均匀为止，最低时间不低于20分。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：通过电热腰带表面温度升高挥发效能，以神阙穴（俗称肚脐眼）渗透将其效能作用于皮下，从而达减小食量、增强消化力，把身体从以前的代谢平衡点调整到一个新的代谢平衡点，安全无副作用。
具体实施方式
现结合实施例对本发明进一步说明：
一种有助于减肥和调理亚健康以及平衡代谢的热敷粉包，包括艾米粒紧致粉包，其中：所述艾米粒紧致粉包的百分比用量如下：13%紫苏叶粉；5%红花提取物；8%山楂果提取物；3%罗布麻叶提取物；3%甘草根粉；3%桑叶提取物；18%益母草粉；15%番泻叶提取物；28%艾叶提取物；4%冰片。
一种有助于减肥和调理亚健康以及平衡代谢的热敷粉包制作方法，其中：按照上述成分的百分比用量，制作方法包括以下步骤：
1）把紫苏叶粉、红花提取物、山楂果提取物加入搅拌锅中搅拌30分钟至完全均匀，呈蓬松状态；
2）再将罗布麻叶或罗布麻茎提取物、甘草根粉、桑叶提取物、益母草粉、番泻叶提取物、艾叶提取物、充分搅拌20分钟至均匀；
3）在2）步骤后，将冰片缓缓加入充分搅拌20分钟至均匀，直至冰片溶解混合均匀为止；
4）检验合格后出料，静置、灌装，完成热敷粉包。

紫苏叶粉 10-15；
红花提取物 3-8；
山楂果提取物 5-10；
罗布麻叶或罗布麻茎提取物 1-5；
甘草根粉 1-5；
桑叶提取物 1-5；
益母草粉 15-20；
番泻叶提取物 12-17；
艾叶提取物 25-30；
冰片 1-5。
2.一种有助于减肥和调理亚健康以及平衡代谢的热敷粉包制作方法，其特征是：制作方法包括以下步骤：
1）把紫苏叶粉、红花提取物、山楂果提取物加入搅拌锅中搅拌30分钟至完全均匀；
2）再将罗布麻叶或罗布麻茎提取物、甘草根粉、桑叶提取物、益母草粉、番泻叶提取物、艾叶提取物、充分搅拌20分钟至均匀；
3）在2）步骤后，将冰片缓缓加入充分搅拌20分钟至均匀；
4）检验合格后出料，静置、灌装，完成热敷粉包。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种有助于减肥和调理亚健康以及平衡代谢的热敷粉包制作方法，其特征是：所述1）的步骤中，紫苏叶粉、红花提取物、山楂果提取物搅拌时间不得低于30分钟，直到蓬松状态。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种有助于减肥和调理亚健康以及平衡代谢的热敷粉包制作方法，其特征是：所述3）步骤中，冰片加入时需缓缓加入，搅拌过程注意观察，直至冰片溶解混合均匀为止，最低时间不低于20分。
