Preferably, the microcrystalline powder granules disclosed by the invention can further comprise 3-10 parts of kudzu root starch and 1-5 parts of eucheuma polysaccharide by weight. Therefore, the radix puerariae starch and the eucheuma polysaccharide have synergistic effect, so that the water solubility and the dispersibility of the microcrystalline powder granules can be effectively improved, the stability of a system can be effectively improved, the microcrystalline powder granules cannot be agglomerated after being stored for a long time, and the shelf life of the microcrystalline powder granules is prolonged.
Further preferably, the microcrystalline powder granules disclosed by the invention can further comprise 5 parts of kudzu root starch and 2 parts of eucheuma polysaccharide by weight.

(1) taking glucose, isomaltose hypgather and whey protein powder, and mixing the components in a ratio of 1: adding water in a ratio of 15-25, ultrasonically mixing for 10-20 min, adding citric acid and silicon dioxide, and ultrasonically mixing for 5-10 min to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) adding the yam powder, the poria cocos powder and the hawthorn powder into the mixed liquid A, ultrasonically mixing for 5-10 min, and then carrying out high-pressure homogenization to prepare an emulsion A;
(3) adding water into kudzu root starch and eucheuma polysaccharide according to the proportion of 1: 15-25, and ultrasonically mixing for 5-10 min to obtain a mixed solution B; dropping the mixed solution B into the emulsion A under the condition of stirring, and then carrying out ultrasonic emulsification for 10-15 min to obtain emulsion B;

(2) the microcrystalline powder electuary provided by the invention is small in particle size, large in specific surface area, good in water solubility and dispersibility, strong in stability and long in shelf life;
(3) the preparation method of the microcrystalline powder electuary provided by the invention is stable in process, and is beneficial to improving the water solubility, dispersibility and stability of the product.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples.
In the examples of the present invention, all the raw materials are commercially available products, for example, yam powder and hawthorn powder are available from western medicine bioscience limited; poria cocos powder is purchased from Shanxi ang Yang Xuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
Example 1
The formula is as follows: the composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of glucose, 15 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 10 parts of whey protein powder, 2 parts of yam powder, 1 part of tuckahoe powder, 1 part of hawthorn powder, 0.1 part of citric acid and 0.5 part of silicon dioxide.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) taking glucose, isomaltose hypgather and whey protein powder, and mixing the components in a ratio of 1: adding water in a proportion of 20, ultrasonically mixing uniformly for 15min under the condition that the ultrasonic power is 700W, adding citric acid and silicon dioxide, ultrasonically mixing uniformly for 10min under the condition that the ultrasonic power is 700W, and obtaining mixed solution A;
(2) adding rhizoma Dioscoreae powder, Poria powder and fructus crataegi powder into the mixed solution A, ultrasonically mixing for 10min under the condition of ultrasonic power of 700W, and homogenizing under high pressure at first stage pressure of 60MPa and second stage pressure of 5MPa to obtain emulsion A;
(3) carrying out spray freeze drying on the emulsion A, and atomizing the emulsion A into liquid drops by adopting an airflow atomization mode, wherein the pressure is 0.02-0.04 MPa, and the flow rate of the feed liquid is 10-15 mL/min; freezing and solidifying the liquid drops at the temperature of-100 to-80 ℃ to obtain a frozen object, and transferring the frozen object into a vacuum freeze dryer for drying to obtain the yam and poria cocos microcrystalline powder electuary for tonifying spleen and eliminating dampness.
Example 2
The formula is as follows: the composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65 parts of glucose, 25 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 20 parts of whey protein powder, 5 parts of yam powder, 3 parts of tuckahoe powder, 3 parts of hawthorn powder, 0.4 part of citric acid and 2 parts of silicon dioxide.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Example 3
The formula is as follows: the composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 57 parts of glucose, 20 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 15.6 parts of whey protein powder, 2.8 parts of yam powder, 1.5 parts of tuckahoe powder, 1.8 parts of hawthorn powder, 0.2 part of citric acid and 1 part of silicon dioxide.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Example 4

(4) carrying out spray freeze drying on the emulsion B, and atomizing the emulsion B into liquid drops by adopting an airflow atomization mode, wherein the pressure is 0.02-0.04 MPa, and the flow rate of the feed liquid is 10-15 mL/min; freezing and solidifying the liquid drops at the temperature of-100 to-80 ℃ to obtain a frozen object, and transferring the frozen object into a vacuum freeze dryer for drying to obtain the yam and poria cocos microcrystalline powder electuary for tonifying spleen and eliminating dampness.
Example 5
The formula is as follows: the composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 parts of glucose, 18 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 12 parts of whey protein powder, 3 parts of yam powder, 2 parts of tuckahoe powder, 1 part of hawthorn powder, 0.3 part of citric acid, 1.5 parts of silicon dioxide, 8 parts of kudzu root starch and 4 parts of eucheuma polysaccharide.
The preparation method is the same as example 4.
Comparative example 1
In contrast to example 4, the Eucheuma polysaccharide was replaced by gum arabic.
Comparative example 2
Different from the embodiment 4, in the preparation method, in the step (4), the emulsion B is subjected to spray drying, wherein the air inlet temperature is 180 ℃ and the air outlet temperature is 70 ℃.
Comparative example 3
Unlike example 4, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) taking glucose, isomaltooligosaccharide, whey protein powder, radix puerariae starch and eucheuma polysaccharide, and mixing the raw materials in a proportion of 1: adding water in a proportion of 20, ultrasonically mixing uniformly for 15min under the condition that the ultrasonic power is 700W, adding citric acid and silicon dioxide, ultrasonically mixing uniformly for 5min under the condition that the ultrasonic power is 700W, and obtaining mixed solution;
(2) adding rhizoma Dioscoreae powder, Poria powder and fructus crataegi powder into the mixed solution, ultrasonically mixing for 10min under the condition of ultrasonic power of 700W, and homogenizing under high pressure of 60MPa for the first stage and 5MPa for the second stage to obtain emulsion;
(3) carrying out spray freeze drying on the emulsion, and atomizing the emulsion into liquid drops by adopting an airflow atomization mode, wherein the pressure is 0.02-0.04 MPa, and the flow rate of the feed liquid is 10-15 mL/min; freezing and solidifying the liquid drops at the temperature of-80 to-60 ℃ to obtain a frozen object, and transferring the frozen object into a vacuum freeze dryer for drying to obtain the yam and poria cocos microcrystalline powder electuary for tonifying spleen and eliminating dampness.
Comparative example 4
In contrast to example 4, no Eucheuma polysaccharide was added.
The first test example: stability test
(1) The test method comprises the following steps: an accelerated aging test is adopted, the microcrystalline powder granules prepared in the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-4 are hermetically packaged, stored for 90 days under the conditions that the temperature is 55 ℃ and the relative humidity is 55%, samples are taken for 0 day, 30 days, 60 days and 90 days respectively, the appearance and the brewing effect of the microcrystalline powder granules are detected respectively, warm water is added according to 0.1g/mL during brewing, the microcrystalline powder granules are completely dissolved within 10 seconds of stirring and can be considered as 'instant dissolution', and the microcrystalline powder granules are not layered after being placed for 10min after brewing and can be considered as 'no layering'.
(2) And (3) test results: see table 1.

The stability test results show that the yam and poria cocos microcrystalline powder granules provided by the invention are good in water solubility and dispersibility and strong in stability, and the shelf life of the yam and poria cocos microcrystalline powder granules can be effectively prolonged by adding the pueraria starch and the eucheuma polysaccharide.
Test example two: evaluation of Effect
(1) The test method comprises the following steps: 60 children of 4-10 years old with appetite decrease and at least one symptom of belching, abdominal distension, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting are invited to participate in the effect evaluation test, wherein 36 males and 24 females have the average age of 6.7 years old. The 60 subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups, example 3 group and example 4 group, each group had 30 subjects, and the comparison of general data such as sex, age, symptom, etc. in the two groups had no statistical significance. Wherein, the subjects in the group of the example 3 take the yam and poria cocos microcrystal powder electuary prepared in the example 3, and the subjects in the group of the example 4 take the yam and poria cocos microcrystal powder electuary prepared in the example 4, 2 times a day and 4g each time, and the electuary is taken by warm water, and the effect evaluation is carried out after the continuous taking for 30 days, and the original dietary habits and normal diet are not changed during the test period.
(2) The evaluation criteria for effects were as follows:
the effect is shown: symptoms of belching, abdominal distension, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting disappear or basically disappear, the appetite returns obviously, and the food intake returns to more than 75 percent of the normal level;
the method has the following advantages: symptoms of belching, abdominal distension, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting are improved, the occurrence frequency is reduced, the appetite is recovered, and the appetite is not recovered to 75 percent of the normal level;
and (4) invalidation: the symptoms of belching, abdominal distension, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, as well as appetite and food quantity are not obviously improved or even worsened.
(3) And (3) test results: see table 2.

The results in table 2 show that the yam and poria cocos microcrystalline powder granules have remarkable improvement effects on symptoms such as appetite decrease, belching, abdominal distension, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting of children. Meanwhile, through feedback of a test subject, the yam and poria microcrystalline powder electuary is good in taste and free of unpleasant odor and taste of traditional Chinese medicines.

Claims (6)
1. The Chinese yam and poria cocos microcrystalline powder electuary for tonifying spleen and clearing damp is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-65 parts of glucose, 15-25 parts of isomaltose hypgather, 10-20 parts of whey protein powder, 1-5 parts of yam powder, 1-3 parts of tuckahoe powder, 1-4 parts of hawthorn powder, 0.1-0.5 part of citric acid, 0.5-2 parts of silicon dioxide, 3-10 parts of kudzu root starch and 1-5 parts of Eucheuma polysaccharide;
the preparation method of the Chinese yam and poria cocos microcrystalline powder electuary for tonifying spleen and eliminating dampness comprises the following steps:
(1) taking glucose, isomaltose hypgather and whey protein powder, and mixing the components in a ratio of 1: adding water in a ratio of 15-25, ultrasonically mixing for 10-20 min, adding citric acid and silicon dioxide, and ultrasonically mixing for 5-10 min to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) adding the yam powder, the poria cocos powder and the hawthorn powder into the mixed liquid A, ultrasonically mixing for 5-10 min, and then carrying out high-pressure homogenization to prepare an emulsion A;
(3) adding water into kudzu root starch and eucheuma polysaccharide according to the proportion of 1: 15-25, and ultrasonically mixing for 5-10 min to obtain a mixed solution B; dropping the mixed solution B into the emulsion A under the condition of stirring, and then carrying out ultrasonic emulsification for 10-15 min to obtain emulsion B;
(4) and (4) carrying out spray freeze drying on the emulsion B to obtain the yam and poria cocos microcrystalline powder granules for tonifying spleen and clearing damp.

The yam and poria cocos microcrystalline powder electuary for tonifying spleen and eliminating dampness, according to claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 57 parts of glucose, 20 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 15.6 parts of whey protein powder, 2.8 parts of yam powder, 1.5 parts of tuckahoe powder, 1.8 parts of hawthorn powder, 0.2 part of citric acid, 1 part of silicon dioxide, 5 parts of kudzu root starch and 2 parts of eucheuma polysaccharide.
