Description

用于机动车的无线电钥匙
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的无线电钥匙。用于机动车的无线电钥匙抑或无线电遥控具有通信和控制装置,它们具有至少一个发送/接收装置和微控制器。一壳体构成无线电钥匙的外罩,并且在该壳体上或在该壳体中设置有一个或多个操作界面,其用来探测用户的致动。为此目的,这些操作界面与通信和控制装置耦合,以便对致动进行探测。一电路板容纳在该壳体中并且定位在操作界面之下,其中至少所述微控制器设置在此电路板上。

由于不同材料之间的过渡区域偶尔形成的间隙,外来物质,特别是灰尘和水可以渗透到壳体中,这会影响遥控钥匙的视觉外观和功能。此外,所使用的材料通常易受污染,并且在按键致动时可能发出不期望的噪音。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种在制造成本和易受污染污染方面有所改善的、具有光学品质设计的无线电钥匙。
按本发明的上述类型的无线电钥匙的特征在于,操作界面机械地与金属的探测部段耦合,因此从外侧对所述操作界面进行的按压致动会引起探测部段的变形或位置变化。可通过直接连接实现耦合(例如给操作界面涂上金属或金属漆),或者通过操作界面本身由金属材料制成来实现。此外还可提供机械的耦合,例如在无线电钥匙的壳体内,在操作界面的内侧的可偏转的金属探测部段。
在电路板上,即在壳体内部和在操作界面和探测部段之下,设置有探测线圈,其中该探测线圈与通信和控制装置耦合,以便形成感应式接近开关。通信和控制装置检测探测线圈的电感或质量的量度,并且根据探测线圈的电感和质量的量度确定通过用户对操作界面进行的致动。
电感式接近传感器在其基本构造方面是公知的。例如,市场上有可用的感应开关,其中这些产品通常作为电感数字转换器(LDC)出售。这些传感器与设置在可活动的、可传导的零件附近的线圈结构相连。在本发明中,金属的探测部段承担着可活动零件的角色,其与操作界面耦合。就这种传感器的布局和所属线圈的结构而言,参考作为示例的相关芯片制造商的使用说明书,例如2015年3月由Chris Oberhauser编写的德州仪器应用报告SNOA930,名称为“LDC传感器设计”。
因为感应传感器极其敏感地探测间距变化,并且还封装在无线电钥匙的壳体中,所以在操作界面上的微小施力就足以使探测部段改变位置,这能够通过位于下方的线圈以及通信和控制装置的与之耦合的电路探测到。该通信和控制装置为此目的能够具有LDC-转换器,可替代地也可通过单个零件构建用来评估线圈的电感或质量的电路。
如果探测部段相对于线圈的位置或间距发生变化,则线圈的电感或质量也会发生变化。该变化用信号方式表示操作界面的致动,其被无线电钥匙中的通信和控制装置检测到。例如,能够通过通信和控制装置的通信部件触发所属的功能,例如车辆的解锁或锁定。
设计具有感应致动检测的无线电钥匙的优点是,能够省去壳体中的机械部件。电感式传感器能够可靠地检测到在外壳的某个区域造成较小压力的变形。钥匙的表面能够以这种方式设计成无间隙且均匀的,因此污垢和环境影响不会渗入此钥匙中。因此显著优点在于,在操作界面的区域中存在着闭合表面,其设计成无缝地且无材料中断地或者甚至没有用于按键或其他显示元件的壳体开口。因此提高了机械强度和壳体刚度,并且通过更容易地使用工具,就能获得更便宜的可制造性。而且,这种钥匙在视觉上是升级的,因为表面不再由于它们的机械和密封性能而设置不利的材料外观。
优选的是,探测线圈作为螺旋状导体电路被打印在电路板上。
经打印的探测线圈在制造时尤其简单,并且比其余部件相比更容易定位在电路板上。尤其优选的是,应用圆形螺旋状的线圈,因为它在间距变化的检测精度方面的质量和电阻方面是最佳的。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,无线电钥匙设置有唤醒装置,其与通信和控制装置耦合。通信和控制装置还用来激活和停用探测线圈。在探测线圈停用时,无法对致动进行检测。在不期望用户访问的时候,可以通过停用探测线圈来排除错误检测。此外还能够通过停用来节省能量。根据该实施例,通信和控制装置耦合到唤醒装置,使得探测线圈根据唤醒装置的信息被暂时激活。
即,根据唤醒装置的信号仅暂时地激活由探测线圈监控的操作界面。例如该无线电钥匙能够具有可从外面接触的唤醒开关,在感应监控的操作界面与耦合的探测部段可一起运转之前,首先操纵该唤醒电路。这种唤醒装置能够例如以单个按键的形式设置在钥匙上,可替代地也能够在钥匙上设置例如导电的用于探测的表面,当抓住钥匙时,钥匙与用户的皮肤接触,并随后发出唤醒脉冲。
该唤醒装置优选地设置有运动传感器,其检测所述无线电钥匙的位置变化或加速度,并且据此输出信号到所述通信和控制装置。
这种运动传感器或位置传感器可以在市场上购买到,并且通常安装在移动通信设备中。在获得唤醒信号之后(通过无线电钥匙的运动或位置变化来触发),该通信和控制装置能够激活探测线圈,以便借助各自的探测部段在预先设定的时间内(例如30分钟或10分钟)监控操作界面。但如果无线电钥匙未使用或未移动到存储位置中,则在一段时间之后停用该探测线圈。
在一个替代实施例中,唤醒装置设置有电容传感器,其检测用户对无线电钥匙的接近或使用,并根据其输出信号至通信和控制装置。在该实施例中,还根据使用动作的检测来激活检测线圈。但电容式传感器也可检测非接触的接近,因此不一定需要改变无线电钥匙的位置或加速度以激活检测线圈来监控操作界面。
按本发明的一个优选实施例中,该无线电钥匙在操作界面的区域中是无间隙的,并且与周围的壳体构成为一体。该操作界面在其外部遮盖侧中无间隙地受到保护,以免灰尘和液体进入,并且也非常容易清洁。在壳体的内侧,在操作界面的区域中的壳体可完全构造得不同,例如能够通过外部压力有针对性地弱化壳体,使操作界面更容易变形。

其特征在于,
所述操作界面(2a、2b)机械地与金属的探测部段(3a、3b)耦合,因此从外侧对所述操作界面进行的按压致动会引起探测部段的变形或位置变化,
