本发明公开了一种民族蜡染蜡剂及其制备方法,该蜡是由石蜡、蜂蜡、泡花碱、聚醚改性有机硅、硬脂酸、聚乙烯蜡和三乙醇胺制成。本发明成本低廉、渗透效果好、粘附能力强、上蜡均匀,不易产生龟裂出现色纹。

一种民族蜡染蜡剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合蜡,特别是一种民族蜡染蜡剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜡染,是我国古老的少数民族民间传统纺织印染手工艺,古称蜡,与绞缬(扎染)、夹缬(镂空印花)并称为我国古代三大印花技艺。贵州、云南苗族、布依族等民族擅长蜡染。蜡染是用蜡刀蘸熔蜡绘花于布后以蓝靛浸染,既染去蜡,布面就呈现出蓝底白花或白底蓝花的多种图案,同时,在浸染中,作为防染剂的蜡自然龟裂,使布面呈现特殊的"冰纹",尤具魅力。由于蜡染图案丰富,色调素雅,风格独特,用于制作服装服饰和各种生活实用品,显得朴实大方、清新悦目,富有民族特色,市场需求逐年增加。
但是,现有的蜡染技术中在画蜡操作中用的蜡材料,通常采用单一的石蜡或单一蜂蜡热融后进行画蜡操作。石蜡的硬度较大,其用于画蜡操作容易自然龟裂在染色过程中产生色纹,但是其粘附性较低,在染色过程中容易脱落导致产生黑点。蜂蜡的粘附性好不易脱落,但是其硬度较低,染色过程中难以自然龟裂产生色纹,同时其还存在成本较高的问题。针对上述的问题,现有技术通过将石蜡和蜂蜡进行简单混合,使其粘附性较好的同时能够自然龟裂,但是其仍然存在渗透性较差、上蜡不均匀等问题。而且由于不同布料的表面性能不同,需要针对不同布料进行表面处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种民族蜡染蜡剂及其制备方法。本发明成本低廉、渗透效果好、粘附能力强、上蜡均匀,不易产生龟裂出现色纹。
本发明的技术方案:一种民族蜡染蜡剂,该蜡是由以下重量份的原料制成:石蜡50~60份,蜂蜡20~40份,泡花碱10~20份,聚醚改性有机硅2~3份,硬脂酸30~50份,聚乙烯蜡2~3份,三乙醇胺10~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种民族蜡染蜡剂,其特征在于:所述蜡是由以下重量份的原料制成:石蜡55份,蜂蜡30份,泡花碱15份,聚醚改性有机硅2.5份,硬脂酸40份,聚乙烯蜡2.5份,三乙醇胺15份。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的一种民族蜡染蜡剂的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤;
A:将石蜡、蜂蜡、泡花碱、聚醚改性有机硅及硬脂酸分别加热融化,并混合均匀,得A品;
B:将A品冷却至室温,得B品;
C:将B品加热至完全融化,搅拌15min,得C品;
D:向C品中加入聚乙烯蜡和三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀,得D品;
E:将D品冷却至室温,即得。
本发明的优点是:通过采用石蜡和蜂蜡作为基料,
石蜡的硬度较高、蜂蜡的粘附性能较好,不仅具有较好的附着性能,而且别不也易龟裂。
通过添加泡花碱、聚醚改性有机硅、硬脂酸、聚乙烯蜡和三乙醇胺,进一步改善蜡的性能,提高蜡的质地,使蜡质均匀,提高蜡的渗透性能,上蜡后保持性较好,不易出现龟裂。综上所述,本发明成本低廉、渗透效果好、粘附能力强、上蜡均匀,不易产生龟裂出现色纹。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。一种民族蜡染蜡剂,该蜡是由以下原料制成:石蜡55kg,蜂蜡30kg,泡花碱15kg,聚醚改性有机硅2.5kg,硬脂酸40kg,聚乙烯蜡2.5kg,三乙醇胺15kg。
上述民族蜡染蜡剂的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤;
A:将石蜡、蜂蜡、泡花碱、聚醚改性有机硅及硬脂酸分别加热融化,并混合均匀,得A品;
B:将A品冷却至室温,得B品;
C:将B品加热至完全融化,搅拌15min,得C品;
D:向C品中加入聚乙烯蜡和三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀,得D品;
E:将D品冷却至室温,即得。
实施例2。一种民族蜡染蜡剂,该蜡是由以原料制成:石蜡50kg,蜂蜡20kg,泡花碱10kg,聚醚改性有机硅2kg,硬脂酸30kg,聚乙烯蜡2kg,三乙醇胺10kg。
上述民族蜡染蜡剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤;
A:将石蜡、蜂蜡、泡花碱、聚醚改性有机硅及硬脂酸分别加热融化,并混合均匀,得A品;
B:将A品冷却至室温,得B品;
C:将B品加热至完全融化,搅拌15min,得C品;
D:向C品中加入聚乙烯蜡和三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀,得D品;
E:将D品冷却至室温,即得。
实施例3。一种民族蜡染蜡剂,该蜡是由以下原料制成:石蜡60kg,蜂蜡40kg,泡花碱20kg,聚醚改性有机硅3kg,硬脂酸50kg,聚乙烯蜡3kg,三乙醇胺20kg。
上述民族蜡染蜡剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤;
A:将石蜡、蜂蜡、泡花碱、聚醚改性有机硅及硬脂酸分别加热融化,并混合均匀,得A品;
B:将A品冷却至室温,得B品;
C:将B品加热至完全融化,搅拌15min,得C品;
D:向C品中加入聚乙烯蜡和三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀,得D品;
E:将D品冷却至室温,即得。

1.一种民族蜡染蜡剂,其特征在于:该蜡是由以下重量份的原料制成:石蜡50~60份,蜂蜡20~40份,泡花碱10~20份,聚醚改性有机硅2~3份,硬脂酸30~50份,聚乙烯蜡2~3份,三乙醇胺10~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种民族蜡染蜡剂,其特征在于:所述蜡是由以下重量份的原料制成:石蜡55份,蜂蜡30份,泡花碱15份,聚醚改性有机硅2.5份,硬脂酸40份,聚乙烯蜡2.5份,三乙醇胺15份。
