Abstract
一种纯净食用油的生产方法,包括物理压榨工序,其特征在于:将压榨出来的植物油置于离心机内离心去除油中的杂质,得到澄清的油液,将活性炭加入离心分离后的油中搅拌,并加热至90—100℃,搅拌60分钟,吸附油中的有毒、有害物质,用滤棒滤除油中的活性炭后,再用滤球过滤法制成不含有害物质的纯净植物食用油。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纯净食用油的生产方法。
背景技术
现有的植物油,无论采用物理法或者化学法所生产的食用油,由于难 免含有发霉变质的植物果实(如发霉花生、大豆),导致制成的油含有致癌 物质,此外植物生长过程中使用农药,会使果实中含有残留的农药(如棉 籽中残留的农药更大),导致食用油中含了有害的化学物质。目前市场上尚 没有不含有害物质的纯净植物食用油。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纯净食用油的生产方法,所 生产的植物食用油为纯净植物油脂。
本发明的技术方案是,一种纯净食用油的生产方法,包括物理压榨工序,其特征在于:将压榨出来的植物 油置于离心机内离心去除油中的杂质,得到澄清的油液,将活性炭加入离 心分离后的油中搅拌,并加热至90—120℃,搅拌60分钟,吸附油中的有 毒、有害物质,用滤棒滤除油中的活性炭后,再用滤球过滤法制成不含有 害物质的纯净植物食用油。在离心分离机和活性炭吸附两工序之间有纯净 水洗工序,取油的重量的40—60%的纯净水加入油液中搅拌水洗25分钟 后停止搅拌静止分离,将溶于水的有机元素去除。用压榨出油后的植物组 织经粉碎成人造蛋白粉。以人造蛋白粉为主料,加入麦粉或者豆粉,蛋白粉为39—100%,麦粉为5—34%,在预制容器中在150—155℃,50公斤/cm2 条件下3分钟制成人造肉。以人造蛋白粉为主料,加入麦粉或大豆粉,蛋 白粉为39—100%麦粉为5—34%在模具中常温常压下,10—24小时制成人 造蛋白肉。本发明由于采用了纯净水洗、活性炭吸附和离心分离工艺,因 而这种生产方法与现有技术比较具有能去除有害物质和杂质的纯净食用油 的显著优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明有以下工序:
1)压榨工序,将植物果实(花生、大豆、菜籽、棉籽等)在压榨机中 榨取植物油,为了得到植物蛋白,制取人造蛋白肉,对压榨后的油饼不进 行浸出工序,
2)去除杂质工序,将上述榨出的植物油置于离心机中除去油中的杂质, 得到澄清的植物油,
3)将纯净水加到上述油液中搅拌25分钟后静止分离,将溶于水的有 机元素去除,纯净水的重量为油的40—60%。
4)活性炭吸附工序,将活性炭加入上述油中进行充分的搅拌,吸附油 中有毒有害的物质,活性炭的加入量一般为油重量的1-2%,加入量的大小 需与油中所含有毒有害物含量大小有关,加入量过小不能充分吸附去除油 中的有害有毒物,加入量过大,会增大生产费用,搅拌时对油加热到90± 2℃,45分钟。
5)滤除活性炭工序,用滤棒滤除油中活性炭,
6)滤球过滤工序,用滤球过滤法得到纯净植物食用油。
本发明所制取的植物食用油可达到人体注射用油的标准:色泽不深于 黄色5号标准比色液,碘值为78-128,酸值小于0.56度。
实施例2、人造肉制作方法
将挤压出油后的植物果实组织粉碎过300目筛制造蛋白粉,上述蛋白 粉与豆粉或麦粉混合,其含水量为8.5%,蛋白粉或豆粉为5—34%,蛋白 粉为39—100%,在预制室内加压3分钟,压力为15公斤/cm2,之后进入 主压榨机内加压5分钟,压力为50公斤/cm2,加压时温度为150℃,含水 量为6.5%,制成人造肉;
实施例3、人造火腿肉和熏肠的制作方法
配料,植物蛋白粉39-100%
麦粉或豆粉5-34%
糖10%,水溶性植物蛋白6%,水5.5%,
食用油11%,天然香料、钠、乳酸、奶油,食用胶等调料8.5%。
将上述原料在搅拌机中搅拌均匀后,放入螺旋搅拌机,在120℃和50 公斤/cm2压力下挤压3分钟挤出制成火腿肠或香肠。
利用上述植物蛋白粉和麦(豆)粉为主料加入调料和模具,还可以制 成人造牛、羊、猪耳肉或者牛肚牛百叶等。
Claims (5)
1.一种纯净食用油的生产方法,包括物理压榨工序,其特征在于: 将压榨出来的植物油置于离心机内离心去除油中的杂质,得到澄清的油液, 将活性炭加入离心分离后的油中搅拌,并加热至90—100℃,搅拌60分钟, 吸附油中的有毒、有害物质,用滤棒滤除油中的活性炭后,再用滤球过滤 法制成不含有害物质的纯净植物食用油。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种纯净食用油的生产方法,其特征在于: 在离心分离机和活性炭吸附两工序之间有纯净水洗工序,取油的重量的40 —60%的纯净水加入油液中搅拌水洗25分钟后停止搅拌静止分离,将溶于 水的有机元素去除。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种纯净食用油的生产方法,其特征在于: 用压榨出油后的植物组织经粉碎成人造蛋白粉。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种纯净食用油的生产方法,其特征在于: 以人造蛋白粉为主料,加入麦粉或者豆粉,蛋白粉为39—100%,麦粉为5 —34%,在预制容器中在150—155℃,50公斤/cm2条件下3分钟制成人 造肉。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种纯净食用油的生产方法,其特征在于: 以人造蛋白粉为主料,加入麦粉或大豆粉,蛋白粉为39—100%麦粉为5 —34%在模具中常温常压下,10—24小时制成人造蛋白肉。
