Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于带材的切线系统,包括安装座,依次设在安装座上的原带材缠绕辊、切割辊组、调节辊、切断平台和收卷辊;所述的切割平台上固定设有切断装置,所述的切割平台的一个设有张力调节辊,该张力调节辊靠近调节辊一端,所述的切割平台上设有一压紧辊。一次可以对原带材进行切丝,斩断和收卷,提高了切丝带材和收卷的效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于带材的切线系统。
背景技术
切线机是用来压制裁切各种普通纸板、瓦楞纸板、塑片、皮革制品的专用设备,适用于印刷、包装装潢、塑料等行业之用具有结构紧凑、制造精良、压切力大、精度高、使用方便、操作安全可靠等优点。
切线机在工作的时候,通过控制器,控制电机工作,电机带动离合器工作,离合器控制减速机构工作,离合器在合的状态时,减速机构工作,曲柄齿轮转动,曲柄齿轮通过连杆带动压板运动,在曲柄齿轮和连杆的带动下压板做往复运动,调整控制器的控制模式,行程开关和控制器相配合实现压板的连续工作或者间隔工作或者手动操作工作,切线的材料放在刀模调整装置上,进而实现材料的切线。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,能够在切线带材的过程中对带材记性切割和斩断同时能够进行收卷的用于带材的切线系统。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案,一种用于带材的切线系统,包括安装座,依次设在安装座上的原带材缠绕辊、切割辊组、调节辊、切断平台和收卷辊;所述的切割平台上固定设有切断装置,所述的切割平台的一个设有张力调节辊,该张力调节辊靠近调节辊一端,所述的切割平台上设有一压紧辊。
所述的收卷辊包括收卷辊体、上支撑平台、下支撑平台、固定设在上支撑平台上的支撑架,所述的收卷辊体两端设有的收卷辊转轴与支撑架通过轴承连接,所述的收卷辊体一端连接的收卷辊转轴穿过支撑架与设在支撑架一端的电机连接,且所述的电机安装在上支撑平台上设有的安装台上,所述的上支撑平台和下支撑平台之间通过两个相互平行的电缸固定连接,且该电缸的缸体与下支撑平台的上表面固定连接,电缸的伸缩端与上支撑平台的下表面固定连接。
所述的切割辊组包括对称设在安装座上的安装支架,安装在安装支架上的上切割辊和下切割辊,所述的上切割辊和下切割辊的周面上分别均匀设有多个圆形刀刃,且上切割辊上的圆形刀刃与下切割辊上的圆形刀刃相互接触,所述的下切割辊的转轴穿过安装支架与安装支架一侧的固定平台上设有的驱动电机通过联轴器连接,所述的上切割辊和下切割辊两侧设有的转轴与安装支架分别通过第一轴承连接。
所述的切断装置有固定设在切割平台上的左支架、右支架,将左支架和右支架顶部连接安装横杆组合的安装框架,固定设在安装横杆上,且与安装横杆垂直的两个同步电缸,该两个同步电缸的伸缩端固定设有切割刀。
所述的支撑架的上端固定连接有安装杆,该安装杆通过弹片连接有一导电电刷,该导电电刷的端部与收卷辊体接触,且该导电电刷连接有一与地面接触的接地导线。
所述的收卷辊体上设有多个环形绕线槽。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,带材初始维持缠绕在原带材缠绕辊,并通过切割辊组对原带材记性切割,切割后的带材通过调节辊进行第一次调节,再通过张力调节辊对切割后的张力进行调节,调节后的带材通过切割平台上的切断装置根据带材长短的需求对其切断,切断后的带材最后缠绕到收卷辊中,进行收卷,一次可以对原带材进行切丝,斩断收卷,提高了切丝带材和收卷的效率。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细的描述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征;在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
实施例1
如图1所示一种用于带材的切线系统,包括安装座8,依次设在安装座8上的原带材缠绕辊1、切割辊组2、调节辊3、切断平台9和收卷辊7;所述的切割平台9上固定设有切断装置5,所述的切割平台9的一个设有张力调节辊4,该张力调节辊4靠近调节辊3一端,所述的切割平台9上设有一压紧辊6,所述的原带材缠绕辊1用于缠绕没有切丝的带材,所述的切割辊组2用于将带材进行切丝,所述的调节辊3将切丝后的带材的方向进行调整,所述的张力调节辊4对切丝后的带材的张力进行调整,该张力调节辊4活动安装在切割平台9的侧面,根据切丝后的张力的不同进行相应的调节,所述的切断装置5对经过调整后的切丝后的带材根据需求的长短进行切断,在切断的过程中,可以采用自动切断或手动切断,自动切断主要使采用距离传感器进行测距,然后进行切断,所述的压紧辊6避免在切断的过程中带材不能够紧贴切割平台,造成在切割的过程中发生切割毛刺的现象,设有的收卷辊对切割后的带材进行收卷。
具体的在工作使,缠绕在原带材缠绕辊1上的带材进入到切割辊组中进行切丝处理,切丝后的带材逆时针绕过调节辊3(该调节辊3的高度低于切割辊组2的切割缝隙),然后在顺时针经过张力调节辊,在通过切割平台并通过压紧辊6将其压在切割平台上,根据需求进行切断处理,最后将切断后的带材进行收卷,一次可以对原带材进行切丝,斩断收卷,提高了切丝带材和收卷的效率。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,如图4所述的所述的收卷辊7包括收卷辊体701、上支撑平台712、下支撑平台713、固定设在上支撑平台712上的支撑架703,所述的收卷辊体701两端设有的收卷辊转轴702与支撑架703通过第二轴承709连接,所述的收卷辊体701一端连接的收卷辊转轴702穿过支撑架703与设在支撑架703一端的电机704连接,且所述的电机704安装在上支撑平台712上设有的安装台705上,所述的上支撑平台712和下支撑平台712之间通过两个相互平行的电缸714固定连接,且该电缸714的缸体与下支撑平台713的上表面固定连接,电缸714的伸缩端与上支撑平台712的下表面固定连接。所述的电机704用于带动收卷辊进行转动,进而将带材缠绕到辊体上,设有的电缸可以改变收卷辊体701的高度,进而可以改变在带材缠绕过程中,带材与收卷辊体之间的张力,具体的是通过电缸的伸缩量来改变上支撑平台的高度,进而改变收卷辊体的高度来进行实现的;
具体在工作过程中,主动收卷辊进行转动,其它的从动收卷辊和调节辊不发生转动或者通过主动收卷辊带动进行从动。
进一步的,所述的支撑架703的上端固定连接有安装杆706,该安装杆706通过弹片708连接有一导电电刷707,该导电电刷707的端部与收卷辊体701接触,且该导电电刷707连接有一与地面接触的接地导线(图中未画出)。
设有的导电电刷707可以将卷入到收卷辊体701上的带材所携带的静电导出,并通过接地导线导入到地面,避免收卷的带材中含有静电,造成带材之间发生相粘贴的情况。采用弹片708将导电电刷707与安装杆706连接起来,可以保证导电电刷707与收卷辊体701进行接触的同时,还避免了导电电刷707与收卷辊体701之间发生摩擦力。
进一步的,为了方便电机704与收卷转轴702之间进行连接,所述的电机704的转轴与收卷辊转轴702通过联轴器710连接。
进一步的,所述的收卷辊体701上均匀设有多个相互平行的环形绕线槽711,该环形绕线槽711的圆心位于收卷辊体701的中心线上。设有的环形绕线槽711能够对带材进行收卷,避免分支后的带材发生相互缠绕的情况。
实施例3
在实施例1的基础上,如图2所述的切割辊组2包括对称设在安装座8上的安装支架204,安装在安装支架204上的上切割辊201和下切割辊202,所述的上切割辊201和下切割辊202的周面上分别均匀设有多个圆形刀刃203,且上切割辊201上的圆形刀刃203与下切割辊202上的圆形刀刃203相互接触,所述的下切割辊202的转轴穿过安装支架204与安装支架204一侧的固定平台206上设有的驱动电机205通过联轴器连接,所述的上切割辊201和下切割辊202两侧设有的转轴与安装支架204分别通过第一轴承207连接。所述的上切割辊201和下切割辊202上设有的圆形刀刃对带材进行切丝,将整片的带材进行切丝,该圆形刀刃的圆心位于切割辊的中心线上,所述的驱动电机带动下切割辊进转动,在切割的过程中,上切割辊进行从动。
如图3所述的切断装置5有固定设在切割平台9上的左支架501、右支架502,将左支架501和右支架502顶部连接安装横杆503组合的安装框架,固定设在安装横杆503上,且与安装横杆503垂直的两个同步电缸504,该两个同步电缸504的伸缩端固定设有切割刀505。在切割的时候,控制同步电缸504伸长,同步电缸504将驱动切割刀下落,对带材根据需求的长度进行斩断。

1.一种用于带材的切线系统,其特征在于,包括安装座(8),依次设在安装座(8)上的原带材缠绕辊(1)、切割辊组(2)、调节辊(3)、切断平台(9)和收卷辊(7);所述的切割平台(9)上固定设有切断装置(5),所述的切割平台(9)的一个设有张力调节辊(4),该张力调节辊(4)靠近调节辊(3)一端,所述的切割平台(9)上设有一压紧辊(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于带材的切线系统,其特征在于,所述的收卷辊(7)包括收卷辊体(701)、上支撑平台(712)、下支撑平台(713)、固定设在上支撑平台(712)上的支撑架(703),所述的收卷辊体(701)两端设有的收卷辊转轴(702)与支撑架(703)通过第二轴承(709)连接,所述的收卷辊体(701)一端连接的收卷辊转轴(702)穿过支撑架(703)与设在支撑架(703)一端的电机(704)连接,且所述的电机(704)安装在上支撑平台(712)上设有的安装台(705)上,所述的上支撑平台(712)和下支撑平台(712)之间通过两个相互平行的电缸(714)固定连接,且该电缸(714)的缸体与下支撑平台(713)的上表面固定连接,电缸(714)的伸缩端与上支撑平台(712)的下表面固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于带材的切线系统,其特征在于,所述的切割辊组(2)包括对称设在安装座(8)上的安装支架(204),安装在安装支架(204)上的上切割辊(201)和下切割辊(202),所述的上切割辊(201)和下切割辊(202)的周面上分别均匀设有多个圆形刀刃(203),且上切割辊(201)上的圆形刀刃(203)与下切割辊(202)上的圆形刀刃(203)相互接触,所述的下切割辊(202)的转轴穿过安装支架(204)与安装支架(204)一侧的固定平台(206)上设有的驱动电机(205)通过联轴器连接,所述的上切割辊(201)和下切割辊(202)两侧设有的转轴与安装支架(204)分别通过第一轴承(207)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于带材的切线系统,其特征在于,所述的切断装置(5)有固定设在切割平台(9)上的左支架(501)、右支架(502),将左支架(501)和右支架(502)顶部连接安装横杆(503)组合的安装框架,固定设在安装横杆(503)上,且与安装横杆(503)垂直的两个同步电缸(504),该两个同步电缸(504)的伸缩端固定设有切割刀(505)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于带材的切线系统,其特征在于,所述的支撑架(703)的上端固定连接有安装杆(706),该安装杆(706)通过弹片(708)连接有一导电电刷(707),该导电电刷(707)的端部与收卷辊体(701)接触,且该导电电刷(707)连接有一与地面接触的接地导线。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于带材的切线系统,其特征在于,所述的收卷辊体(701)上设有多个环形绕线槽(711)。
