本发明一种串联式密炼机涉及密炼机技术领域,具体涉及一种串联式密炼机,包括设置在机架上的第一密炼机和第二密炼机,所述第一密炼机设置在第二密炼机上方,第一密炼机上通过连接料槽与第二密炼机相连;所述第一密炼机和第二密炼机上均连接有一电动机;所述第一密炼机和第二密炼机上均设置有转子结构,转子结构包括转子轴及转子轴端机械式密封连接装置;所述转子轴端机械式密封连接装置包括套接在转子轴上的耐磨环、静耐磨环及动耐磨环,所述静耐磨环设置在耐磨环和动耐磨环之间,静耐磨环的两端分别与耐磨环和动耐磨环相抵。本发明结构简单,能够提高密封能力,防止硫磺、炭黑、防焦剂等在压力的作用下从缝隙中漏出。

本发明涉及密炼机技术领域,具体涉及一种串联式密炼机。
背景技术
密闭式炼胶机简称为密炼机,主要用于橡胶的塑炼和混炼,随着橡胶轮胎工业的发展,炼胶设备和工艺都有了新的发展,同时也出现了许多新特性的胶料,例如加入硅烷偶联剂和白炭黑的胶料,胶料从第一密炼机内完成母炼后不经过停放,就直接排放到无需压砣装置的第二密炼机内进行终炼,所有胶料混炼过程一次性完成。第一、第二密炼机采用啮合型转子结构,自从有了白炭黑胶料,用啮合系统更容易实现热历程稳定并且可以再现转子转速为无级变速,转速范围为5-50 r/min。加入硅烷偶联剂和白炭黑的胶料,母炼胶从第一密炼机排到第二密炼机中,在此过程中存在硫磺尧炭黑尧防焦剂等在压力的作用下从缝隙中漏出的现象。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种能提高密封能力,防止硫磺、炭黑、防焦剂等在压力的作用下从缝隙中漏出,并且方便在生产现场拆卸更换零部件的一种串联式密炼机。
本发明一种串联式密炼机,包括设置在机架上的第一密炼机和第二密炼机,所述第一密炼机设置在第二密炼机上方,第一密炼机上通过连接料槽与第二密炼机相连;所述第一密炼机和第二密炼机上均连接有一电动机;所述第一密炼机和第二密炼机上均设置有转子结构,转子结构包括转子轴及转子轴端机械式密封连接装置;
所述转子轴端机械式密封连接装置包括套接在转子轴上的耐磨环、静耐磨环及动耐磨环,所述静耐磨环设置在耐磨环和动耐磨环之间,静耐磨环的两端分别与耐磨环和动耐磨环相抵,动耐磨环远离静耐磨环的一端上连接有一顶紧调节装置,所述顶紧调节装置套接在转子轴上。
优选地,静耐磨环和动耐磨环相向的一面上均堆焊有合金。
优选地,转子轴上套接有一热装轴套,所述动耐磨环套接在热装轴套上,所述耐磨环和静耐磨环均套接在热装轴套外,且耐磨环和静耐磨环均与热装轴套之间设置有间隙。
优选地,静耐磨环内设置有一环形软化油通道,所述软化油通道与静耐磨环上堆焊合金的端面相连通;
优选地,软化油进油管通过油管固定套与静耐磨环固定相连,所述软化油进油管的一端伸入油管固定套中,并与软化油通道相连通,所述油管固定套的一端伸入静耐磨环内并与静耐磨环螺纹相连。
优选地,静耐磨环与热装轴套之间设置有O形密封圈。
或者优选地,顶紧调节装置包括轴向固定套接在转子轴上的弹簧座环,所述弹簧座环远离动耐磨环的一端上螺纹连接有一套接螺母;
还包括弹簧组件,所述弹簧组件的一端与动耐磨环远离静耐磨环的一端面相抵,另一端通过弹簧垫圈与调节螺母相抵;
所述弹簧组件沿弹簧座环的轴向均布有若干个,弹簧组件的中心轴线与转子轴的中心轴线在同一直线上。
优选地,弹簧组件包括弹簧座和顶杆,所述顶杆的一端弹簧座相连,另一端伸入弹簧压套内,所述弹簧压套与弹簧垫圈相抵;所述顶杆上套接有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与弹簧座相抵,另一端与弹簧垫圈相抵,所述弹簧垫圈的中心轴线与顶杆的中心轴线在同一直线上。
优选地,弹簧垫圈和调节螺母之间设置有止动环。
优选地,转子轴上设置有一环形槽,环形槽的中心轴线与转子轴的中心轴线在同一直线上,弹簧座环上设置有一环形凸台,所述环形凸台卡合在环形槽内。
本发明结构简单,能够提高密封能力,防止硫磺、炭黑、防焦剂等在压力的作用下从缝隙中漏出。

本发明一种串联式密炼机,包括设置在机架上的第一密炼机和第二密炼机,所述第一密炼机设置在第二密炼机上方,第一密炼机上通过连接料槽与第二密炼机相连;所述第一密炼机和第二密炼机上均连接有一电动机;所述第一密炼机和第二密炼机上均设置有转子结构,转子结构包括转子轴13及转子轴13端机械式密封连接装置;
所述转子轴13端机械式密封连接装置包括套接在转子轴13上的耐磨环1、静耐磨环2及动耐磨环4,所述静耐磨环2设置在耐磨环1和动耐磨环4之间,静耐磨环2的两端分别与耐磨环1和动耐磨环4相抵,动耐磨环4远离静耐磨环2的一端上连接有一顶紧调节装置,所述顶紧调节装置套接在转子轴13上。
静耐磨环2和动耐磨环4相向的一面上均堆焊有合金。
转子轴13上套接有一热装轴套12,所述动耐磨环4套接在热装轴套12上,所述耐磨环1和静耐磨环2均套接在热装轴套12外,且耐磨环1和静耐磨环2均与热装轴套12之间设置有间隙。
静耐磨环2内设置有一环形软化油通道,所述软化油通道与静耐磨环2上堆焊合金的端面相连通;
软化油进油管3通过油管固定套与静耐磨环2固定相连,所述软化油进油管3的一端伸入油管固定套中,并与软化油通道相连通,所述油管固定套的一端伸入静耐磨环2内并与静耐磨环2螺纹相连。
静耐磨环2与热装轴套12之间设置有O形密封圈。
顶紧调节装置包括轴向固定套接在转子轴13上的弹簧座环11,所述弹簧座环11远离动耐磨环4的一端上螺纹连接有一套接螺母;
还包括弹簧组件,所述弹簧组件的一端与动耐磨环4远离静耐磨环2的一端面相抵,另一端通过弹簧垫圈8与调节螺母10相抵;
所述弹簧组件沿弹簧座环11的轴向均布有若干个,弹簧组件的中心轴线与转子轴13的中心轴线在同一直线上。
优选地,弹簧组件包括弹簧座5和顶杆,所述顶杆的一端弹簧座5相连,另一端伸入弹簧压套7内,所述弹簧压套7与弹簧垫圈8相抵;所述顶杆上套接有弹簧6,所述弹簧6的一端与弹簧座5相抵,另一端与弹簧垫圈8相抵,所述弹簧垫圈8的中心轴线与顶杆的中心轴线在同一直线上。
优选地,弹簧垫圈8和调节螺母10之间设置有止动环9。
优选地,转子轴13上设置有一环形槽,环形槽的中心轴线与转子轴13的中心轴线在同一直线上,弹簧座环11上设置有一环形凸台,所述环形凸台卡合在环形槽内。
当转子轴13旋转时,动密封环与静耐磨环2形成旋转的端面压力密封,防止炼胶时,填料在压力下漏出,密封效果好。调节调节螺母10的旋紧程度可以调节动耐磨环4与静耐磨环2之间的端面压力。
本发明结构简单,能够提高密封能力,防止硫磺、炭黑、防焦剂等在压力的作用下从缝隙中漏出。

1.一种串联式密炼机,包括设置在机架上的第一密炼机和第二密炼机,所述第一密炼机设置在第二密炼机上方,第一密炼机上通过连接料槽与第二密炼机相连;所述第一密炼机和第二密炼机上均连接有一电动机;所述第一密炼机和第二密炼机上均设置有转子结构,转子结构包括转子轴及转子轴端机械式密封连接装置;
其特征在于,
所述转子轴端机械式密封连接装置包括套接在转子轴上的耐磨环、静耐磨环及动耐磨环,所述静耐磨环设置在耐磨环和动耐磨环之间,静耐磨环的两端分别与耐磨环和动耐磨环相抵,动耐磨环远离静耐磨环的一端上连接有一顶紧调节装置,所述顶紧调节装置套接在转子轴上。
2.如权利要求1所述一种串联式密炼机,其特征在于,所述静耐磨环和动耐磨环相向的一面上均堆焊有合金。
3.如权利要求2所述一种串联式密炼机,其特征在于,所述转子轴上套接有一热装轴套,所述动耐磨环套接在热装轴套上,所述耐磨环和静耐磨环均套接在热装轴套外,且耐磨环和静耐磨环均与热装轴套之间设置有间隙。
4.如权利要求3所述一种串联式密炼机,其特征在于,所述静耐磨环内设置有一环形软化油通道,所述软化油通道与静耐磨环上堆焊合金的端面相连通;
所述静耐磨环的圆周面上设置有一软化油进油管,所述软化油进油管通过油管固定套与静耐磨环固定相连,所述软化油进油管的一端伸入油管固定套中,并与软化油通道相连通,所述油管固定套的一端伸入静耐磨环内并与静耐磨环螺纹相连。
5.如权利要求4所述一种串联式密炼机,其特征在于,所述静耐磨环与热装轴套之间设置有O形密封圈。
6.如权利要求1-5任意一项所述一种串联式密封机,其特征在于,所述顶紧调节装置包括轴向固定套接在转子轴上的弹簧座环,所述弹簧座环远离动耐磨环的一端上螺纹连接有一调节螺母;
还包括弹簧组件,所述弹簧组件的一端与动耐磨环远离静耐磨环的一端面相抵,另一端通过弹簧垫圈与调节螺母相抵;
所述弹簧组件沿弹簧座环的轴向均布有若干个,弹簧组件的中心轴线与转子轴的中心轴线在同一直线上。
7.如权利要求6所述一种串联式密炼机,其特征在于,所述弹簧组件包括弹簧座和顶杆,所述顶杆的一端弹簧座相连,另一端伸入弹簧压套内,所述弹簧压套与弹簧垫圈相抵;所述顶杆上套接有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端与弹簧座相抵,另一端与弹簧垫圈相抵,所述弹簧垫圈的中心轴线与顶杆的中心轴线在同一直线上。
8.如权利要求7所述一种串联式密炼机,其特征在于,所述弹簧垫圈和调节螺母之间设置有止动环。
9.如权利要求8所述一种串联式密炼机,其特征在于,所述转子轴上设置有一环形槽,环形槽的中心轴线与转子轴的中心轴线在同一直线上,弹簧座环上设置有一环形凸台,所述环形凸台卡合在环形槽内。
