Abstract
本发明提供了一种金属加工润滑剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:植物油酸:20‑30份;抗氧剂1‑5份;石墨粉5‑10份;三乙醇胺:20‑30份;乙基硅油:3‑8份;防锈剂:10‑18份;去离子水:50‑100份。本发明的金属加工润滑剂具有润滑、防锈、清洗、冷却的功能,清洗能力好,用水基清洗剂可以轻松清晰干净,不会影响下一道加工工序。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属加工技术领域,特别涉及一种金属加工润滑剂。
背景技术
金属加工润滑剂是金属在加工工艺中使金属表面光洁度提升,加工性能提升,工具寿命得以延长,加工物的防锈性能提升等为目的而使用的产品。
一般选用优质矿物基础油,以硫化猪油及硫化脂肪酸酯为主要极压抗磨剂,复配不同比例的防锈剂、防霉杀菌剂,催冷剂等添加剂合成。
金属加工润滑剂包括切削类加工润滑剂和成型类加工润滑剂,切削类加工润滑剂主要用于机床进行车削、铣削、磨削、钻削等加工,分为切削油和水基切削液两种类型产品,水基切削液需要稀释使用。成型类加工润滑剂可以分为轧制润滑剂、拉拔润滑剂、冲压润滑剂、拉伸润滑剂等,其中用量最大是轧制润滑剂,约占成型类润滑剂的55%,冶金行业应用较多。
润滑、防锈、清洗、冷却是金属加工润滑剂的四大主要功能,不同加工工艺对加工液的功能要求也不尽相同。因此,除了要把握极压性与防锈性的平衡外,选用金属加工润滑剂时,还需注意是否对清洗性造成不利影响。通常为了增强加工液的润滑性,大量使用高碳脂肪酸、脂肪醇、脂肪胺及其衍生物、聚醚等吸附性很强的高碳有机化合物。然而有些化合物如羊毛脂,吸附性强,润滑性好,但清洗能力差,很难用水基清洗剂洗净,进而影响下一道加工工序。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种金属加工润滑剂,以解决现有的金属加工润滑剂存在的清洗能力差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种金属加工润滑剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:
植物油酸:20-30份;
抗氧剂1-5份;
石墨粉5-10份;
三乙醇胺:20-30份;
乙基硅油:3-8份;
防锈剂:10-18份;
去离子水:50-100份。
由以下质量份数的组分组成:
植物油酸:23-26份;
抗氧剂2-3份;
石墨粉6-8份;
三乙醇胺:23-28份;
乙基硅油:5-6份;
防锈剂:12-15份;
去离子水:70-80份。
所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂。
所述受阻酚类抗氧剂包括2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯。
所述石墨粉为纳米石墨粉。
所述防锈剂为WD40万能润滑防锈剂。
有益效果:本发明的金属加工润滑剂具有润滑、防锈、清洗、冷却的功能,清洗能力好,用水基清洗剂可以轻松清晰干净,不会影响下一道加工工序。

下面结合实施例对本发明做更进一步的解释。
实施例1
一种金属加工润滑剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:
植物油酸:20份;
抗氧剂5份;
石墨粉10份;
三乙醇胺: 30份;
乙基硅油:6份;
防锈剂:12份;
去离子水:80份。
抗氧剂为2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
石墨粉为纳米石墨粉。
防锈剂为WD40万能润滑防锈剂。
实施例2
一种金属加工润滑剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:
植物油酸:23份;
抗氧剂3份;
石墨粉8份;
三乙醇胺: 28份;
乙基硅油: 6份;
防锈剂: 15份;
去离子水:100。
抗氧剂为双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚。
其它同实施例1。
实施例3
一种金属加工润滑剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:
植物油酸:26份;
抗氧剂5份;
石墨粉10份;
三乙醇胺:30份;
乙基硅油:8份;
防锈剂:10份;
去离子水:50份。
抗氧剂为四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯。

实施例4
一种金属加工润滑剂,由以下质量份数的组分组成:
植物油酸:20份;
抗氧剂1份;
石墨粉5份;
三乙醇胺:38份;
乙基硅油:5份;
防锈剂:15份;
去离子水:70份。
抗氧剂为四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯。

1.一种金属加工润滑剂,其特征在于:由以下质量份数的组分组成:
植物油酸:20-30份;
抗氧剂1-5份;
石墨粉5-10份;
三乙醇胺:20-30份;
乙基硅油:3-8份;
防锈剂:10-18份;
去离子水:50-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工润滑剂,其特征在于:由以下质量份数的组分组成:
植物油酸:23-26份;
抗氧剂2-3份;
石墨粉6-8份;
三乙醇胺:23-28份;
乙基硅油:5-6份;
防锈剂:12-15份;
去离子水:70-80份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工润滑剂,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的金属加工润滑剂,其特征在于:所述受阻酚类抗氧剂包括2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚、双(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)硫醚、四〔β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸〕季戊四醇酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工润滑剂,其特征在于:所述石墨粉为纳米石墨粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工润滑剂,其特征在于:防锈剂为WD40万能润滑防锈剂。
