本发明公开了一种冰箱压缩机用润滑油,包括抗磨剂15~25份、抗氧化抗腐剂6~10份、消泡剂12~20份、防锈剂8~10份、精净剂5~8份,优选的,所述各原料的重量份份数为:抗磨剂20份、抗氧化抗腐剂8份、消泡剂15份、防锈剂9份、精净剂6份。该发明提供的冰箱压缩机用润滑油,原材料成本低,市场上易购得,抗磨抗氧化和防锈效果佳,润滑效果显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑技术领域,具体涉及一种冰箱压缩机用润滑油。
背景技术
目前,在生产润滑油时,调合工序是将填充油乳化后与润滑油基础油组分在充油槽内进行连续混合,调合后送往后续工序,充油槽在运行2-3个月后,进行油品残余的清理,由于原料等方面的因素的影响,自2006年开始,充油槽的连续运行周期明显缩短,一般运行一个月左右,严重时只运行了7天即发生油品残余物导致搅拌跳闸,影响了装置的长周期运行,增加能耗物耗,因此,充油槽的运行周期成为装置长周期运行的瓶颈问题。本发明提供了一种不需要使用充油槽,并且能够长时间持续运行的润滑油调合混合混合方法。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述的缺点,而提供一种冰箱压缩机用润滑油。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:该冰箱压缩机用润滑油包括抗磨剂、抗氧化抗腐剂、消泡剂、防锈剂、柠檬酸钠和精净剂。
所述各原料的重量份份数为:抗磨剂15~25份、抗氧化抗腐剂6~10份、消泡剂12~20份、防锈剂8~10份、精净剂5~8份。
所述各原料的重量份份数为:抗磨剂20份、抗氧化抗腐剂8份、消泡剂15份、防锈剂9份、精净剂6份。
所述抗磨剂为NE新能量抗磨剂。
所述抗氧化抗腐剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
所述消泡剂为矿物硅油。
所述防锈剂WD-40。
所述精净剂为低碱磺酸钙。
本发明的有益效果是:原材料成本低;市场上易购得;抗磨抗氧化和防锈效果佳,润滑效果显著。

实施例1
一种冰箱压缩机用润滑油,包括NE新能量抗磨剂15kg、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌6kg、矿物硅油12kg、WD-408kg、低碱磺酸钙5kg。
实施例2
一种冰箱压缩机用润滑油,包括NE新能量抗磨剂20kg、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌8kg、矿物硅油15kg、WD-409kg、低碱磺酸钙6kg。
实施例3
一种冰箱压缩机用润滑油,包括NE新能量抗磨剂25kg、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌10kg、矿物硅油20kg、WD-4010kg、低碱磺酸钙8kg。

2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱压缩机用润滑油,其特征在于,所述各原料的重量份份数为:抗磨剂15~25份、抗氧化抗腐剂6~10份、消泡剂12~20份、防锈剂8~10份、精净剂5~8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱压缩机用润滑油,其特征在于,所述各原料的重量份份数为:抗磨剂20份、抗氧化抗腐剂8份、消泡剂15份、防锈剂9份、精净剂6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱压缩机用润滑油,其特征在于,所述抗磨剂为NE新能量抗磨剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱压缩机用润滑油,其特征在于,所述抗氧化抗腐剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌。
6.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱压缩机用润滑油,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为矿物硅油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱压缩机用润滑油,其特征在于,所述防锈剂WD-40。
8.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱压缩机用润滑油,其特征在于,所述精净剂为低碱磺酸钙。
