Abstract
本发明公开了一种水溶性金属加工润滑剂,由以下成分按质量份组成:植物油酸:26‑28份;三乙醇胺:34‑36份;一乙醇胺:5‑7份;合成酯:3‑8份;防锈组分:11‑17份;去离子水:余量。所述防锈组分由以下组分按质量份组成:硼酸:9‑11份;十二碳二元酸:1‑3份;癸二酸:1‑3份。本发明提供的一种水溶性金属加工润滑剂,采用合成酯和乳化剂配合使用的技术,提高了产品的极压润滑性,可以有效提高产品表面的光洁度和对模具的保护;同时又可以达到易水解易清洗的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂领域,具体涉及一种水溶性金属加工润滑剂。
背景技术
润滑剂用以降低摩擦过程中的摩擦阻力、减缓其磨损,同时在摩擦过程中还可以起到冷却、清洗和防污染的作用。在金属加工过程中,不同的加工需要使用不同的润滑剂来达到高效生产加工的目的。
目前,金属加工过程中经常使用的两种润滑剂为纯油性润滑剂和挥发性润滑剂。纯油性润滑剂润滑性能好,冷却效果较差,尤其在高速切削过程中,由于发热量大,纯油性润滑剂的传热效果差,会使切削区的温度过高,导致纯油性润滑剂产生烟雾、起火等现象,并且由于工件温度过高而产生热变形,影响工件加工精度。挥发性润滑剂采用挥发性合成基础油及特殊挥发性添加剂配合而成,具有良好的润滑、极压特性,可以有效地保护润滑部位,并且其挥发速度快,可以免清洗,不影响后续加工,但是其最大的缺点为挥发性气体易燃,使用环境中要严格控制车间的通风和防火安全,对使用环境要求极其苛刻。
同时,在金属加工过程中使用的润滑剂,还必须要求其对金属工件具有防锈功能,不能只考虑润滑的作用,又引入了使金属生锈或者加快金属工件生锈的成分,这样的润滑剂就违背了生产的初衷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种水溶性金属加工润滑剂,采用合成酯和乳化剂配合使用的技术,提高了产品的极压润滑性,可以有效提高产品表面的光洁度和对模具的保护;同时又可以达到易水解易清洗的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种水溶性金属加工润滑剂,其中,由以下成分按质量份组成:
植物油酸:26-28份;
三乙醇胺:34-36份;
一乙醇胺:5-7份;
合成酯:3-8份;
防锈组分:11-17份;
去离子水:余量。
进一步地,所述防锈组分包括硼酸,十二碳二元酸,癸二酸。
进一步地,所述防锈组分由以下组分按质量份组成:
硼酸:9-11份;
十二碳二元酸:1-3份;
癸二酸:1-3份;。
进一步地,所述防锈组分和三乙醇胺以及一乙醇胺共同组成防锈体系。
进一步地,所述植物油酸和三乙醇胺及一乙醇胺反应生成混合型皂化物。
进一步地,一种水溶性金属加工润滑剂由以下成分按质量份组成:
植物油酸:26-28份;
三乙醇胺:34-36份;
一乙醇胺:5-7份;
合成酯:3-8份;
硼酸:9-11份;
十二碳二元酸:1-3份;
癸二酸:1-3份;。
去离子水:余量。
进一步地,所述合成酯为工业合成酯。
本发明具有如下有益效果:工业合成酯具有优异的润滑极压性能;植物油酸和三乙醇胺及一乙醇胺反应生成混合型皂化物,该皂化物在金属加工中起到很好的润滑、清洗及防锈协同作用;十二碳二元酸、癸二酸、硼酸及一乙醇胺、三乙醇胺共同组成该防锈体系,可以满足黑色金属加工工序间的正常防锈。

实施例1
一种水溶性金属加工润滑剂,由以下成分按质量份组成:
植物油酸:27份;
三乙醇胺:35份;
一乙醇胺:6份;
合成酯:5份;
硼酸:10份;
十二碳二元酸:2份;
癸二酸:2份;。
去离子水:余量。
本产品使用时按照一定比例兑水,可以有效降低企业生产成本,提高生产过程中的安全性,并且达到易清洗的目的,同时提高了产品的极压润滑性,可以有效提高产品表面的光洁度和对模具的保护。
实施例2
一种水溶性金属加工润滑剂,由以下成分按质量份组成:
植物油酸: 28份;
三乙醇胺:34份;
一乙醇胺: 7份;
合成酯:3份;
硼酸: 11份;
十二碳二元酸:1份;
癸二酸:3份;。
去离子水:余量。

植物油酸:26-28份;
三乙醇胺:34-36份;
一乙醇胺:5-7份;
合成酯:3-8份;
防锈组分:11-17份;
去离子水:余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性金属加工润滑剂,其特征在于,所述防锈组分包括硼酸,十二碳二元酸,癸二酸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水溶性金属加工润滑剂,其特征在于,所述防锈组分由以下组分按质量份组成:
硼酸:9-11份;
十二碳二元酸:1-3份;
癸二酸:1-3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性金属加工润滑剂,其特征在于,所述防锈组分和三乙醇胺以及一乙醇胺共同组成防锈体系。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性金属加工润滑剂,其特征在于,所述植物油酸和三乙醇胺及一乙醇胺反应生成混合型皂化物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性金属加工润滑剂,其特征在于,由以下成分按质量份组成:
植物油酸:26-28份;
三乙醇胺:34-36份;
一乙醇胺:5-7份;
合成酯:3-8份;
硼酸:9-11份;
十二碳二元酸:1-3份;
癸二酸:1-3份;。
去离子水:余量。
