Abstract

本发明公开了一种高透明高粘度保护膜,包括透明层、结构加强层和粘结层,所述透明层由低晶点的聚乙烯和低晶点的聚丙烯混合,所述结构加强层采用电纺丝工艺将纤维喷附而成,所述粘结层采用嵌段共聚聚丙烯。透明层由低晶点的聚乙烯和低晶点的聚丙烯混合,故透明度较高;减少导光板在贴附保护膜后的翘曲形变,嵌段共聚聚丙烯具有良好的粘结性能,同时透明度较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜,特别涉及一种高透明高粘度保护膜。
背景技术
在日常生活中,人们常常会接触到塑料产品,目前市面上具有大量通过热成型的塑料日用器具,大部分均采用PMMA作为材料,在成型时,先将PMMA片材加热至软化温度,然后通过模压或吸塑成型得到所需的用品或器件的形状。在成型过程中,通常在PMMA片材的表面附着一层起保护作用的膜材,防止在运输或下游工序中损伤其表面,影响最终成品的外观。针对该类起到表面保护作用的膜材料而言,高粘度和高透明性是主要的技术特征。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高透明高粘度保护膜。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种高透明高粘度保护膜,包括透明层、结构加强层和粘结层,所述透明层由低晶点的聚乙烯和低晶点的聚丙烯混合,所述结构加强层采用电纺丝工艺将纤维喷附而成,所述粘结层采用嵌段共聚聚丙烯。
作为优选,所述低晶点的聚乙烯密度为0.88-0.92。
作为优选,所述低晶点的聚丙烯密度为0.92-0.94。
作为优选,所述透明层的厚度为总厚度的60%-80%,所述结构加强层的厚度为总厚度的10%-20%,所述粘结层的厚度为总厚度的 10%-20%。
作为优选,所述透明层中聚乙烯和聚丙烯的比例为3:1。
作为优选,所述纤维由聚酯类材料制成。
作为优选,所述透明层的厚度小于0.05mm。
作为优选,所述结构加强层的厚度小于0.02mm。
作为优选,所述粘结层的厚度小于0.02mm。
综上所述,通过采用上述技术方案,透明层由低晶点的聚乙烯和低晶点的聚丙烯混合,故透明度较高;纤维在透明层与粘结层之间,起到了提高保护膜弹性模量的作用,提高了导光板保护膜的整体弹性模量和抗热胀冷缩性能,减少导光板在贴附保护膜后的翘曲形变,嵌段共聚聚丙烯具有良好的粘结性能,同时透明度较好。

实施例1:
一种高透明高粘度保护膜,包括透明层、结构加强层和粘结层,透明层由低晶点的聚乙烯和低晶点的聚丙烯混合,晶点的聚乙烯密度为0.88,低晶点的聚丙烯密度为0.92,其中透明层中聚乙烯和聚丙烯的比例为3:1。
结构加强层采用电纺丝工艺将纤维喷附而成,粘结层采用嵌段共聚聚丙烯。
实施例2:
一种高透明高粘度保护膜,包括透明层、结构加强层和粘结层,透明层由低晶点的聚乙烯和低晶点的聚丙烯混合,晶点的聚乙烯密度为0.92,低晶点的聚丙烯密度为0.94,其中透明层中聚乙烯和聚丙烯的比例为3:1。
结构加强层采用电纺丝工艺将纤维喷附而成,粘结层采用嵌段共聚聚丙烯。
实施例3:
一种高透明高粘度保护膜,包括透明层、结构加强层和粘结层,透明层由低晶点的聚乙烯和低晶点的聚丙烯混合,晶点的聚乙烯密度为0.9,低晶点的聚丙烯密度为0.93,其中透明层中聚乙烯和聚丙烯的比例为3.2:1。
结构加强层采用电纺丝工艺将纤维喷附而成,粘结层采用嵌段共聚聚丙烯。
实施例4:
一种高透明高粘度保护膜,包括透明层、结构加强层和粘结层,透明层由低晶点的聚乙烯和低晶点的聚丙烯混合,晶点的聚乙烯密度为0.92,低晶点的聚丙烯密度为0.92,其中透明层中聚乙烯和聚丙烯的比例为3:1。
结构加强层采用电纺丝工艺将纤维喷附而成,粘结层采用嵌段共聚聚丙烯。

1.一种高透明高粘度保护膜,其特征在于:包括透明层、结构加强层和粘结层,所述透明层由低晶点的聚乙烯和低晶点的聚丙烯混合,所述结构加强层采用电纺丝工艺将纤维喷附而成,所述粘结层采用嵌段共聚聚丙烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高透明高粘度保护膜,其特征在于:所述低晶点的聚乙烯密度为0.88-0.92。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高透明高粘度保护膜,其特征在于:所述低晶点的聚丙烯密度为0.92-0.94。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高透明高粘度保护膜,其特征在于:所述透明层的厚度为总厚度的60%-80%,所述结构加强层的厚度为总厚度的10%-20%,所述粘结层的厚度为总厚度的10%-20%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高透明高粘度保护膜,其特征在于:所述透明层中聚乙烯和聚丙烯的比例为3:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高透明高粘度保护膜,其特征在于:所述纤维由聚酯类材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高透明高粘度保护膜,其特征在于:所述透明层的厚度小于0.05mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高透明高粘度保护膜,其特征在于:所述结构加强层的厚度小于0.02mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高透明高粘度保护膜,其特征在于:所述粘结层的厚度小于0.02mm。
