背景技术
现行需要和皮肤接触的水剂类产品,例如化妆水、爽肤水、卸妆水、喷雾等,都需要在其中添加防腐体系,护肤品行业内使用的防腐体系通常为尼泊金甲酯、苯氧乙醇、甲基异噻唑啉酮、双咪唑烷基脲、苯甲酸钠等,或者添加1,2-戊二醇、1,2-己二醇、辛酰羟肟酸、辛甘醇等有防腐效果的成分,并宣称其中无防腐剂添加。当这类型的化妆品用于脸部时,容易流到眼睛上,由于眼周皮肤薄且敏感,眼睛没有阻挡,容易对眼周和眼睛造成刺激,无论是上述哪种成分的添加,都无法避免在使用的时候对眼睛产生一定的刺激。现有技术的防腐产品,其添加量较大时,才能使得微生物检测合格,但是造成眼部;如果添加量小,可以减低对眼部的刺激,则微生物检测不合格。

为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种防腐添加剂,能够作为添加剂添加于产品中,使得产品的微生物指标合格,并且对眼部没有刺激性。

本发明的第三个目的在于提供一种上述防腐添加剂的应用,用于脸部皮肤直接接触的水剂类组合物中,克服了传统防腐添加剂对眼睛刺激的缺陷。

④阳离子表面活性剂在碱性条件下杀菌能力增强,蛋白质是菌体的重要成分,蛋白质中的-CooH在碱性条件下可以形成-COO-,与季按盐阳离子结合成离子对并失活,杀菌作用增强。
相比其它的防腐剂,铵盐高分子具有更高的电荷密度,抗菌能力更强,还有稳定性高,残余毒性低,更温和的效果。
西曲溴铵别名唯地息,西曲溴铵药理学作用:制作成凝胶时主要成分是卡波姆,是由充满水分的聚合物组成的一个呈链状连接、粘连的骨架。此聚合物具有独特的触变性:即其结构在外力作用下被破坏,导致黏度降低;经过休整,其粘结的凝胶剂骨架又会重建,凝胶体恢复至原来的黏度。
唯地息凝胶剂滴入眼内后,主要是由于眨眼产生的碰撞作用,使凝胶剂表现出触变性;其次是眼内电解质的水解作用以及温度的影响,使凝胶剂中的水分会大量均衡地释放,快速弥散在眼表,能同时替代二层泪膜(水液层和黏蛋白层),延长在眼表的附着时间,较其他同类产品更接近于天然泪液,主要用于各种原因引起的干眼症,辅助治疗各种原因引起的角膜上皮损伤,还用于眼科检查的润滑剂。p-茴香酸即对甲氧基苯甲酸,它不属于防腐剂范畴,其抑菌机理是:P-茴香酸在细菌的细胞内可电离出H+,打破了其细胞液内的酸碱平衡,降低酶的活性,因此细胞为了维持自身的酸碱平衡,强迫自身排出H+,并吸收水中的Na+,在此过程中细胞消耗了能量,细菌内细胞液的pH便会不断降低,最终导致菌体死亡。这三种防腐原料成分都很温和,但单独使用都过不了防腐试验,几种加在一起由于相乘效果,能达到防腐效果。
实施例1:
防腐添加剂加入有卸妆功能的水剂类组合物中,得到含防腐添加剂的卸妆水,卸妆水的组分及重量份如表格1所示:

实施例2:
含防腐添加剂的化妆水组分:
防腐添加剂加入有保湿功能的水剂类组合物中,得到含防腐添加剂的化妆水,化妆水的组分及重量份如下:

检测例1:
对实施例1和2中的卸妆水和化妆水进行刺激性的测试。
受试对象:440名年龄在20-35岁日常使用化妆品的女性,随机分为11组,每组40人。
评估方法:第1-7组:用去离子纯水和实施例1、对比例1-6的卸妆水分别将化妆棉完全浸透湿润,分别贴敷在受试者的左眼和右眼5min。第8-11组:用去离子纯水和实施例2、对比例7-9的化妆水分别将化妆棉完全浸透湿润,分别贴敷在受试者的左眼和右眼5min。
评价等级(0-5级):
0:完全无刺/热/痒
1:很轻微刺/热/痒
2:一定程度的刺/热/痒
3:明显的刺/热/痒
4:较强的刺/热/痒
5:非常刺/热/痒,不能承受
统计等级的人数,结果如表格5所示:

检测例2:
对实施例1-2、对比例1-9中的卸妆水和化妆水进行微生物防腐试验。
检测依据和方法:美国药典USP32(51)微生物防腐功效测试。
测试微生物菌种:
细菌:铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)ATCC 9027;大肠埃希氏菌(Escherichia coli)ATCC 8739;金黄色葡萄球菌(St aphylococcus aureus)ATCC 6538;霉菌与酵母菌:白假丝酵母(Ca ndida albicans)ATCC 10231;黑曲霉(AspergillusNiger)ATCC 16404。
评判标准:细菌总数从初始到14天的细菌数对数减少值不少于2.0,并且从14天到28天细菌数不能增加;霉菌与酵母菌总数从初始到14天和28天,霉菌与酵母菌不能增加,符合以上条件则微生物防腐试验合格。
结果如表格6所示:

从表格5-6的结果可以得知:对比例1-6对眼部皮肤有较大的刺激,而对比例7-9对眼部皮肤刺激较小,但其防腐试验不合格。实施例1-2对眼部皮肤基本无刺激,并且防腐试验合格。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变以及变形都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

7.如权利要求4所述的防腐添加剂,其特征在于,所述助剂包括保湿剂0.4份和表面活性剂0.2份。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的防腐添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括:
预配步骤:将p-茴香酸、乙酰丙酸钠和甘油配制成预制液;
混合步骤:在预制液中加入PCA椰油酰精氨酸乙酯盐和西曲溴铵,混合均匀,得到防腐添加剂。
9.如权利要求8所述的防腐添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混合步骤中,在预制液中加入PCA椰油酰精氨酸乙酯盐和西曲溴铵,再加入助剂,混合均匀。
10.一种如权利要求1所述的防腐添加剂的应用,其特征在于,将防腐添加剂加入与脸部皮肤直接接触的水剂类组合物中。
