本发明公开一种具有防掉色功能的纺织染料及其制备方法,配方中的脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠属于阴离子表面活性剂,作为纺织染料不会损伤皮肤,樟树叶萃取液、地肤子提取物和杨梅叶萃取液作为植物的天然萃取液,本身含有挥发性的植物油,如丁香油酚和1,8‑桉叶素,能够有效抑制细菌滋生,此外,米氏酮、N,N‑二甲基苯胺、氧氯化磷,碳酸钠和稀盐酸制得的龙胆紫能够使得染料与纺织布料之间的亲和力提高,进而防止染料脱色,并且皂粉使纺织布料更加柔软和蓬松,有利于快速上色和提高染料渗透,最后结合戊二醇、环己醇乙酸酯、乙基纤维素、月桂醇、水杨酸钠、磺化油和去离子水制得的纺织染料具有不易脱色、渗透效果好和上色速度快的优点。

背景技术
纺织染料是一种用于绘制在纺织物上的美术染料,是用于纺织品染色的一种染剂,分为天然染料和合成染料,其含有使纤维染成鲜明而坚牢色泽的有机化合物,从而在纺织物上进行操作染色。具有染料的通性:1.有颜色,2.与溶于水或水形成分散体系,3.可以上染纤维4.有一定牢度。随着人们生活水平的日益提高,对不同纺织染料的要求也来越大。
此外,现有的纺织染料多为传统的染料,在漂染时,染料无法快速渗透到布料中,导致染色部分为布料表面,因此布料在使用时容易脱色,且在染色时,染料渗透慢,导致上色速度慢。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种具有不易脱色、渗透效果好和上色速度快的纺织染料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种具有防掉色功能的纺织染料,由以下重量份配比的原料制成:脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠12-26份、樟树叶萃取液9-12份、地肤子提取物9-12份、杨梅叶萃取液9-12份、戊二醇6-8份、环己醇乙酸酯4-8份、乙基纤维素11-17份、月桂醇2-4份、水杨酸钠7-11份、米氏酮6-9份、N,N-二甲基苯胺7-8份、氧氯化磷5-8份,碳酸钠3-5份和稀盐酸3-4份、磺化油14-18份、皂粉15-21份和去离子水60-90份。

实施例1
一种具有防掉色功能的纺织染料,由以下重量份配比的原料制成:脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠26份、樟树叶萃取液9份、地肤子提取物9份、杨梅叶萃取液9份、戊二醇6份、环己醇乙酸酯4份、乙基纤维素11份、月桂醇2份、水杨酸钠7份、米氏酮6份、N,N-二甲基苯胺7份、氧氯化磷5份,碳酸钠3份和稀盐酸3份、磺化油14份、皂粉15份和去离子水60份。
一种具有防掉色功能的纺织染料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取米氏酮6份、N,N-二甲基苯胺7份和氧氯化磷5份装在烧杯内,然后将烧杯移至水浴上进行加热4分钟,使得烧杯内生成青色熔融块状物,备用;
2)取碳酸钠3份加入步骤1)中的烧杯内,使得青色熔融块状物变碱性,然后再进行水蒸气蒸馏,同时添加稀盐酸3份进行浸取,冷却后再搅拌,即析出制得龙胆紫,备用;
3)取脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠26份、樟树叶萃取液9份、地肤子提取物9份、杨梅叶萃取液9份、磺化油14份和皂粉15份添加至反应釜内,启动反应釜在60r/pm的条件下旋转搅拌30分钟,并且保持反应釜内的温度为50℃,使得上述物料在反应釜内进行酯化,然后在将温度降至30℃,停止搅拌,制得酯化混合物,备用;
4)取戊二醇6份、环己醇乙酸酯4份、乙基纤维素11份、月桂醇2份和水杨酸钠7份以及步骤2)制得的龙胆紫添加到步骤3)中的反应釜中,再起启动反应釜,使其达到30r/pm,并持续搅拌15分钟,使得戊二醇、环己醇乙酸酯、乙基纤维素、月桂醇和水杨酸钠以及龙胆紫分散在酯化混合物中,制得混合染料,备用;

4)取戊二醇8份、环己醇乙酸酯8份、乙基纤维素17份、月桂醇4份和水杨酸钠11份以及步骤2)制得的龙胆紫添加到步骤3)中的反应釜中,再起启动反应釜,使其达到30r/pm,并持续搅拌30分钟,使得戊二醇、环己醇乙酸酯、乙基纤维素、月桂醇和水杨酸钠以及龙胆紫分散在酯化混合物中,制得混合染料,备用;

4)取戊二醇7份、环己醇乙酸酯6份、乙基纤维素14份、月桂醇3份和水杨酸钠9份以及步骤2)制得的龙胆紫添加到步骤3)中的反应釜中,再起启动反应釜,使其达到30r/pm,并持续搅拌22.5分钟,使得戊二醇、环己醇乙酸酯、乙基纤维素、月桂醇和水杨酸钠以及龙胆紫分散在酯化混合物中,制得混合染料,备用;
5)取去离子水75份添加到步骤4)的反应釜中,保持搅拌速度为30r/pm,使得混合染料分散在水中,制得液体染料,备用;
6)液体染料升温制备:将步骤5)中的反应釜进行加热,使得反应釜以0.61℃/min的条件升到80℃,并保温10分钟,再以0.61℃/min的条件升到112.5℃,保温10分钟,然后以11.1℃/min的条件升到122.5℃,保温37.5分钟,最后以1.21℃/min的条件降温至30℃,即得纺织染料。
实验例
纺织染料是一种用于绘制在纺织物上的美术染料,是用于纺织品染色的一种染剂,分为天然染料和合成染料,因此以单纯的植物果实或树液的天然染料作为对照组一,以煤焦油等化学合成物作为对照组二,将本申请中实施例3的纺织染料作为实验组,进行检测对比。
实验对象:采用对照组一和对照组二的配方和本申请中实施例3的纺织染料,各选用40块质量相同、面积相同的布料。
实验方式:
①分别采用对照组一和对照组二的配方和本申请中实施例3的纺织染料对各自的40块布料进行染色,并记录其上色的时间、以及渗透情况,如下表所示:
由上表可以看出,对照组一和对照组二的上色速度慢,且染料渗透慢,导致布料的染色效率低,由此得出以本申请为实验组的纺织染料具有上色速度快和渗透效果好的优点。
②对照组和实验组的脱色对比,将各自染色后的布料在水中浸泡1天后,并根据脱色程度对布料进行分类,判断标准如下:
无变化,布料在浸泡后无脱色情况。
明显变化,布料在浸泡后,净水变浑浊,但布料无大面积脱色情况;
严重脱色,布料在浸泡后,净水变色,且颜色与布料浸泡前的颜色一致,布料出水后,出现大面积泛白情况,其数据如下表所示:
由上表可以看出,对照组一和对照组二的纺织染料在长时间浸泡会出现大量脱色现象,而实验组采用的纺织布料更加柔软和蓬松,有利于快速上色和提高染料渗透,其与其他配方复配制得的纺织染料能够渗透到布料内部形成致密和均匀的染色层,因此能够脱色的现象。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:配方中的脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠属于阴离子表面活性剂,作为纺织染料不会损伤皮肤,樟树叶萃取液、地肤子提取物和杨梅叶萃取液作为植物的天然萃取液,本身含有挥发性的植物油,如丁香油酚和1,8-桉叶素,能够有效抑制细菌滋生,此外,米氏酮、N,N-二甲基苯胺、氧氯化磷,碳酸钠和稀盐酸制得的龙胆紫能够使得染料与纺织布料之间的亲和力提高,进而防止染料脱色,并且皂粉使纺织布料更加柔软和蓬松,有利于快速上色和提高染料渗透,最后结合戊二醇、环己醇乙酸酯、乙基纤维素、月桂醇、水杨酸钠、磺化油和去离子水制得的纺织染料具有不易脱色、渗透效果好和上色速度快的优点。
当然,以上只是本发明的典型实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种具有防掉色功能的纺织染料,其特征在于:由以下重量份配比的原料制成:脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠12-26份、樟树叶萃取液9-12份、地肤子提取物9-12份、杨梅叶萃取液9-12份、戊二醇6-8份、环己醇乙酸酯4-8份、乙基纤维素11-17份、月桂醇2-4份、水杨酸钠7-11份、米氏酮6-9份、N,N-二甲基苯胺7-8份、氧氯化磷5-8份,碳酸钠3-5份和稀盐酸3-4份、磺化油14-18份、皂粉15-21份和去离子水60-90份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防掉色功能的纺织染料,其特征在于:由以下重量份配比的原料制成:脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠26份、樟树叶萃取液9份、地肤子提取物9份、杨梅叶萃取液9份、戊二醇6份、环己醇乙酸酯4份、乙基纤维素11份、月桂醇2份、水杨酸钠7份、米氏酮6份、N,N-二甲基苯胺7份、氧氯化磷5份,碳酸钠3份和稀盐酸3份、磺化油14份、皂粉15份和去离子水60份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防掉色功能的纺织染料,其特征在于:由以下重量份配比的原料制成:脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠12份、樟树叶萃取液12份、地肤子提取物12份、杨梅叶萃取液12份、戊二醇8份、环己醇乙酸酯8份、乙基纤维素17份、月桂醇4份、水杨酸钠11份、米氏酮9份、N,N-二甲基苯胺8份、氧氯化磷8份,碳酸钠5份和稀盐酸4份、磺化油18份、皂粉21份和去离子水90份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有防掉色功能的纺织染料,其特征在于:由以下重量份配比的原料制成:脂肪醇聚醚硫酸钠19份、樟树叶萃取液10.5份、地肤子提取物10.5份、杨梅叶萃取液10.5份、戊二醇7份、环己醇乙酸酯6份、乙基纤维素14份、月桂醇3份、水杨酸钠9份、米氏酮7.5份、N,N-二甲基苯胺7.5份、氧氯化磷6.5份,碳酸钠4份和稀盐酸3.5份、磺化油16份、皂粉18份和去离子水75份。
