Abstract
本发明公开了一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:a、按重量份计,将100:2:1.5的漆包线漆、有机硅改性酚醛树脂和耐电晕纳米粉末混合,加热至65‑75℃并以1500‑2500转/分钟的速度搅拌,得混合物;b、混合物以2μm的精度过滤,得改性漆包线漆。本发明产出的改性漆可以改善漆包线表面质量,减少生产过程中的粒子、堆积毛线缺陷,提高漆包线产品质量,降低质量损失成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种漆包线漆的生产工艺,特别是一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺。
背景技术
漆包线的表面要求光洁,无影响产品性能的缺陷。但是实际生产过程中漆包线表面粒子、漆膜堆积毛线等表面质量问题层出不穷,一直无法杜绝。其中粒子是指漆膜表面由于杂质、气泡或漆层的堆积等引起的漆包线表面呈凹凸不平的状态。粒子缺陷,会导致漆包线的弹性、机械强度及电气性能的下降,造成漆包线使用寿命缩短,影响电工产品正常工作。漆膜堆积毛线是指由于漆基分子量分散性过大,流平性差导致涂漆不均匀,漆包线表面凹凸状态,漆包线手感不光滑的问题。不仅如此,常规的漆包线漆的重点都集中于绝缘性和耐老化性能等,对于导电波动引起的电晕抵抗性能较差。表面质量差的漆膜更容易被电晕击穿,形成短路,严重影响漆包线的性能。
因此,设计一种生产减少漆包线表面粒子和漆膜堆积毛线问题,提高抗电晕性能的漆包线漆的工艺是本行业技术人员急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺。本发明工艺生产的漆包线漆可以有效减少漆包线表面粒子和漆膜堆积毛线问题,提高抗电晕性能。
本发明的技术方案:一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、按重量份计,将100:2:1.5的漆包线漆、有机硅改性酚醛树脂和耐电晕纳米粉末混合,加热至65-75℃并以1500-2500转/分钟的速度搅拌,得混合物;
b、混合物以2μm的精度过滤,得改性漆包线漆。
前述的一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺中,所述的耐电晕纳米粉末为纳米钴镍合金和纳米碳化硅的混合物。
前述的一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺中,按重量份计,所述的纳米钴镍合金和纳米碳化硅的比例为4:1。
前述的一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺中,所述有机硅改性酚醛树脂为硅油和酚醛树脂的聚合物,具体的分子式为R1-[SiO(CH3)2]m-[SiOCH3R]n-R2,其中R为酚醛树脂基团,R1和R2为常规烷基,在上述分子式中m链段为硅油链段,n链段为酚醛树脂链段,且m/n的值小于1/5。如此一来,改性酚醛树脂在具有较好的流平能力的基础上,还具有较好的相容性和较低的稳泡性,即与漆包线漆的融合性好,同时不稳泡。
前述的一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺中,在步骤b中,过滤的压力为0.1-0.2MPa。
前述的一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺中,在步骤b中,过滤的温度为50-60℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明工艺在漆包线漆中加入了有机硅改性酚醛树脂和耐电晕纳米粉末,并设置对应的合理配比。有机硅改性酚醛树脂可以改良漆包线漆的流平性,使漆中的有机溶剂蒸发后成膜物质快速流平固化,具有极为优异的平坦效果和瞬间流平速度,且在各种通用树脂体系的相容性较好,并可大幅度的降低漆膜的表面张力,能够起到快速润湿基材并有较好的防缩孔能力,以此来减少漆包线表面粒子和漆膜堆积毛线的发生。耐电晕纳米粉末混合在改性漆中,在漆膜固化后便相当于在铜导线表面形成金属屏蔽层,从而提高漆膜的耐电晕性能。通过边加热边高速搅拌,结合精密过滤,本发明产出的漆包线漆绵密不易产生气泡,且颗粒微小分散均匀,涂布性能好,不容易产生表面质量问题。
综上,本发明产出的改性漆可以改善漆包线表面质量,减少生产过程中的粒子、堆积毛线缺陷,提高漆包线产品质量,降低质量损失成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例一:
一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、按重量份计,将100:2:1.5的聚氨脂漆包线绝缘漆、有机硅改性酚醛树脂和耐电晕纳米粉末加入反应釜,加热至75℃并以1500-2500转/分钟的速度搅拌1-2小时,得混合物;
b、搅拌反应釜与袋式过滤机一体,通过输送泵将搅拌均匀的混合物输送到袋式过滤机,混合物以2μm的精度过滤,过滤的压力为0.1-0.2MPa,过滤的温度不超过60℃,通过精密过滤以后除去混合物中的杂质及不溶不融物质,得改性漆包线漆。
所述的耐电晕纳米粉末为重量比为4:1的纳米钴镍合金和纳米碳化硅的混合物。具体为,通过真空沉积法将纳米钴镍合金粉末沉积在纳米碳化硅粉末上,如此一来碳化硅增强漆膜耐热性,钴镍形成金属屏蔽层,提高抗电晕性能,而且沉积法使两者的颗粒在漆膜中分散更均匀。

实施例二:
一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、按重量份计,将100:2:1.5的聚酯漆包线绝缘漆、有机硅改性酚醛树脂和耐电晕纳米粉末加入反应釜,加热至75℃并以1500-2500转/分钟的速度搅拌1-2小时,得混合物;
b、搅拌反应釜与袋式过滤机一体,通过输送泵将搅拌均匀的混合物输送到袋式过滤机,混合物以2μm的精度过滤,过滤的压力为0.1-0.2MPa,过滤的温度不超过60℃,通过精密过滤以后除去混合物中的杂质及不溶不融物质,得改性漆包线漆。

a、按重量份计,将100:2:1.5的聚酯亚胺漆包线绝缘漆、有机硅改性酚醛树脂和耐电晕纳米粉末加入反应釜,加热至75℃并以1500-2500转/分钟的速度搅拌1-2小时,得混合物;
b、搅拌反应釜与袋式过滤机一体,通过输送泵将搅拌均匀的混合物输送到袋式过滤机,混合物以2μm的精度过滤,过滤的压力为0.1-0.2MPa,过滤的温度不超过60℃,通过精密过滤以后除去混合物中的杂质及不溶不融物质,得改性漆包线漆。

1.一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、按重量份计,将100:2:1.5的漆包线漆、有机硅改性酚醛树脂和耐电晕纳米粉末混合,加热至65-75℃并以1500-2500转/分钟的速度搅拌,得混合物;所述的耐电晕纳米粉末为重量比4:1的纳米钴镍合金和纳米碳化硅的混合物;
b、混合物以2μm的精度过滤,得改性漆包线漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述有机硅改性酚醛树脂为硅油和酚醛树脂的聚合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺,其特征在于:在步骤b中,过滤的压力为0.1-0.2MPa。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善表面粒子和堆积毛线的改性漆包线漆的生产工艺,其特征在于:在步骤b中,过滤的温度为50-60℃。
