本发明是一种耐磨材料添加剂的配方,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~1.5%鱼精蛋白,10~30%蜂胶,10~30%壳聚糖,10~30%山梨酸,1~3%苯甲酸,1~3.5%乳酸链球菌素,10~40%丙酸钙,通过本方法制备的产品,可有效提高摩擦材料的热稳定性、耐磨性能和耐老化性能。

背景技术
传统的摩擦材料存在热稳定性差,硬度过高、冲击强度低以及易在摩擦材料界面上产生应力裂缝等缺点,因此,在摩擦材料生产过程中需求一种能够提高摩擦材料热稳定性和耐磨性能的添加剂。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种耐磨材料添加剂的配方,可有效提高摩擦材料的热稳定性、耐磨性能和耐老化性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种耐磨材料添加剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~1.5%鱼精蛋白,10~30%蜂胶,10~30%壳聚糖,10~30%山梨酸,1~3%苯甲酸,1~3.5%乳酸链球菌素,10~40%丙酸钙。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,可有效提高摩擦材料的热稳定性、耐磨性能和耐老化性能。

实施例1
一种耐磨材料添加剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:10.5%鱼精蛋白,10%蜂胶,10%壳聚糖,10%山梨酸,1%苯甲酸,1%乳酸链球菌素,10%丙酸钙,此时热稳定性不足。
实施例2
一种耐磨材料添加剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1.5%鱼精蛋白,30%蜂胶,30%壳聚糖,30%山梨酸,3%苯甲酸,3.5%乳酸链球菌素,40%丙酸钙,此时耐老化性能不足。
实施例3
一种耐磨材料添加剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:1%鱼精蛋白,20%蜂胶,20%壳聚糖,20%山梨酸,1.5%苯甲酸,2%乳酸链球菌素,25%丙酸钙,此时可有效提高摩擦材料的热稳定性、耐磨性能和耐老化性能。
