背景技术
这种储罐可以以已知的方式包括挡板。包括挡板的储罐例如用作用于燃料或机动车辆中的不同液体添加剂的罐。被驱动车辆中的运动可能导致液体在储罐中晃动。可以通过挡板减少这种液体晃动。
还已知加热器可以安装在储罐中以加热储存的液体。例如,加热器用于废气后处理的液体添加剂。
因此,例如,DE 102014107519A1公开了一种用于在机动车辆中提供液体添加剂的装置的加热器,其包括至少一个可切换的电阻加热元件。
电加热元件通常布置在储罐内部的罐壁和/或罐底板上。然后,电缆通常必须经由孔穿过罐壁,其中孔必须相应地密封。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于液体的储罐,尤其是用于机动车辆的储罐,其可加热并且同时能够以简单且成本有效的方式生产。
该目的通过一种用于液体的储罐来实现,其包括形成储罐的封闭空间的罐壁、储罐的封闭空间中的至少一个挡板、以及用于加热储罐的封闭空间中液体的电加热元件,其中电加热元件集成在挡板中。
因此,根据本发明,储罐最初包括挡板。这种挡板用于减少不希望的“晃动”,即当储罐移动时液体在罐内部的后续运动。
挡板构成对液体运动的阻碍,尤其通过部分地形成隔板,但同时原则上它们还允许液体延迟流过这些隔板,尤其通过提供通孔。因此,挡板尤其可以是具有通孔的隔板。
根据本发明的这种挡板用于接收电加热元件。结果,挡板实现了双重目的,并且更好地利用了可用空间。挡板也可以同样用作导热元件,从而可以实现改进的热量引入液体中。另外,简化了加热元件的电连接,因为这种连接可以经由挡板和/或经由连接到挡板的罐壁实现。
电加热元件还可以包括从挡板突出并且不位于挡板内部的区域。然而,优选地,整个加热元件布置在挡板内。
这种储罐可以特别有利地以注塑方法制造,尤其是与挡板一起制造。
优选地,用于加热元件的电连接从罐外部穿过罐壁进入挡板。
优选地,用于加热元件的电连接经由罐壁通过注塑成型至少部分地被封装。罐壁可以包括上部和下部。然后可以在上部和/或下部中将电连接随之注塑成型。
电连接也可以从外部插入挡板中并随后密封焊接。
用于加热元件的电连接优选地包括在罐壁外侧上的连接插头,特别是在上部上,其中连接插头优选地经由罐壁,尤其是上部,通过注塑成型被封装。
挡板优选至少部分地,尤其是在加热元件附近,由良好导热材料组成。这种良好导热材料尤其可以具有比罐材料更好的导热性。

尤其优选地,挡板作为良好导热材料和罐壁的材料的组合而制造,尤其是在双组分注塑成型工艺中。
优选地,电加热元件是嵌入挡板中的加热垫。
优选地,在制造罐壁和挡板的过程中,电加热元件,尤其是加热垫,在注塑工艺中在其中并随之注塑成型。

Claims (9)

4.根据权利要求1所述的储罐,其特征在于,用于加热元件(3)的电连接(4)包括罐壁(1)外侧上的连接插头(5),其中所述连接插头(5)优选地经由罐壁(1)通过注塑成型被封装。
5.根据权利要求1所述的储罐,其特征在于,挡板(2)至少部分地由良好导热材料组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的储罐,其特征在于,所述挡板(2)至少部分地由与所述罐壁(1)相同的材料组成。
