A drying cylinder 18 corresponding to the separation cavity 15 is also arranged in the machine body 1, a drying hot air cavity 20 correspondingly communicated with the drying cylinder 18 is arranged in the machine body 1, a drying drum 18 is arranged in the machine body 1, and the drying drum 18 is correspondingly communicated with the separation cavity 15, so that after the corn silk is clamped by the three clamping lines 13, the corn silk can pass through the drying drum 18 by the clamping lines 13, thereby achieving the purpose of drying the corn silk by the drying drum 18, a drying hot air cavity 20 is arranged in the machine body 1, so that heat can be further transferred into the drying cylinder 18 by using the drying hot air cavity 20, thereby can utilize the heat to dry corn silk, avoid artifical sun-drying corn silk to cause the problem that impurity falls into to improve the cleanliness factor that corn silk was dried, further guarantee the pharmaceutic quality of corn silk.

A first rotating shaft 27 driven by a second motor 29 is arranged in the machine body 1, the first rotating shaft 27 drives the first rotating disc 6 and the second rotating disc 38 to rotate correspondingly, a first rotating shaft 27 driven by a second motor 29 is arranged in the machine body 1, the first rotating disc 6 and the second rotating disc 38 can be driven to rotate correspondingly through the first rotating shaft 27, the first rotating disc 6 and the second rotating disc 38 can rotate in opposite directions, so that the rotating directions of the first rotating disc 6 and the second rotating disc 38 are opposite, and the three clamping lines 13 can be further loosened after being wound by using the second rotating disc 38.

As shown in fig. 2, the inside of the turntable wire hole 40 further includes two second rotating holes 50 respectively disposed on the connecting turntable 39, a rotating fourth rotating shaft 49 is respectively disposed in the second rotating holes 50, a second rotating wheel 48 is respectively disposed on the fourth rotating shaft 49, the two second rotating wheels 48 respectively correspond to the clamping wires 13, a rubber layer is respectively disposed on the first rotating wheel 47 and the second rotating wheel 48, the inside of the turntable wire hole 40 respectively includes two second rotating holes 50 disposed on the connecting turntable 39, a rotating fourth rotating shaft 49 is respectively disposed in the second rotating hole 50, and a second rotating wheel 48 is respectively disposed on the fourth rotating shaft 49, so that the clamping wires 13 can be respectively supported by the two second rotating wheels 48 in the process that the clamping wires 13 are driven by the first rotating wheel 47 to slide, therefore, the normal sliding of the clamping line 13 can be further ensured, and a rubber layer is respectively arranged on the second rotating wheel 48 and the first rotating wheel 47, so that the friction force between the rubber layer and the clamping line 13 can be further increased, the first rotating wheel 47 can further pull the clamping line 13, and the normal sliding of the clamping line 13 can be further ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and 8, a first exhaust fan 24 driven by a first motor 23 is disposed in the drying hot air chamber 20, a heating wire 25 corresponding to the first exhaust fan 24 is further disposed in the drying hot air chamber 20, a heat dissipation chamber 22 corresponding to the drying cylinder 18 is further disposed in the machine body 1, heat dissipation holes 21 corresponding to the heat dissipation chamber 22 are disposed in the machine body 1, the heat dissipation holes 21 are respectively communicated with the drying cylinder 18, a first exhaust fan 24 driven by a first motor 23 is disposed in the drying hot air chamber 20, a heating wire 25 is further disposed in the drying hot air chamber 20, so that heat can be generated by the heating wire 25, and can be transferred by the first exhaust fan 24, further transferred into the heat dissipation chamber 22, and further discharged into the drying cylinder 18 through the heat dissipation hole 21, the heat can be discharged through the heat discharging holes 21 through the heat discharging cavity 22, so that the heat can be uniformly discharged through the heat discharging holes 21, the heat discharging holes 21 are distributed on the drying drum 18, the heat discharging effect is ensured, and the length of the drying drum 18 can be set according to the design requirement.
As shown in fig. 1, a separating cylinder 17 is further arranged in the machine body 1 and correspondingly communicated with the separating cavity 15, the separating cylinder 17 is correspondingly communicated with the drying cavity 18, the separating cylinder 17 is arranged in an inclined manner, a separating cylinder 17 is arranged in the machine body 1, and the separating cylinder 17 is arranged in an inclined manner, so that the clamping line 13 can further prevent water from flowing into the drying cylinder 18 in the process of passing through the separating cylinder 17, and the clamping line 13 can further dehydrate the corn stigma in the sliding process of the separating cylinder 17, thereby ensuring the drying effect.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the clamping line 13 is disposed in a circular ring shape, the clamping line 13 is provided with a supporting sheet 70, the filter screen disc 14 is provided with a filter screen 69 corresponding to the clamping line 13, the filter screen disc 14 is further provided with a sixth groove 71 corresponding to the supporting sheet 70, the supporting sheet 70 slides in the sixth groove 71, the first guide cylinder 8 is provided with a first line hole 26 corresponding to the screen disc through hole 68, the supporting sheet 70 slides in the first line hole 26, the first line hole 26 is communicated with the separation cavity 15, the supporting sheet 70 is made of rubber, the clamping line 13 is provided with a supporting sheet 70, the supporting sheet 70 is disposed in a sheet shape, the supporting sheet 70 is made of rubber, and the filter screen 69 corresponding to the clamping line 13 is disposed on the filter screen disc 14, after the three clamping lines 13 are wound and rotated together, the corn silk clamping lines can be further arranged in the clamping lines 13, the corn silk in the cleaning cavity 2 can be filtered through the filter screen 69, the corn silk is prevented from flowing out of the first line hole 26, and sixth grooves 71 are provided on the filter disc 14 corresponding to the support pieces 70, the sixth grooves 71 are provided in three, and the support plate 70 is capable of sliding in the sixth groove 71, the support plate 70 is capable of being supported by the sixth groove 71, thereby ensuring that the clamping line 13 can normally clamp corn silk, and supporting the clamping line 13 by the supporting sheet 70, therefore, the clamping wire 13 can be further prevented from rubbing against the inner wall of the first wire hole 26, and the corn stigma can be further protected.
As shown in fig. 1, the third groove 7 further includes three second brackets 10 connected to the first rotary table 6, the second brackets 10 are respectively connected to a second guide cylinder 11 corresponding to the filter screen disc 14, the second guide cylinders 11 are respectively provided with a slide hole corresponding to the clamping line 13, the third groove 7 includes three second brackets 10 connected to the first rotary table 6, the second brackets 10 are respectively corresponding to the first brackets 9, the second brackets 10 are respectively provided with a second guide cylinder 11, the second guide cylinders 11 are respectively arranged in an inclined manner, the three second guide cylinders 11 are corresponding to the filter screen disc 14, the second guide cylinders 11 are respectively provided with a through hole, i.e. a slide hole, so that the clamping line 13 can slide in the slide hole of the second guide cylinders 11, the clamping wires 13 can thus be guided separately by the second guide cylinders 11, so that a proper sliding of the clamping wires 13 in the filter screen discs 14 can be further ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, a third motor 33 is disposed in the cleaning chamber 2, a stirring turntable 34 that rotates in the cleaning chamber 2 is disposed on the third motor 33, a third motor 33 is disposed in the cleaning chamber 2, so that the third motor 33 can be used to drive the stirring turntable 34 to rotate, and the stirring turntable 34 can be used to stir the corn silk in the cleaning chamber 2, thereby further ensuring the cleaning effect of the corn silk, the stirring turntable 34 is a turntable, and a stirring support is disposed on the stirring turntable 34.
