The invention relates to a grain processing device, which has the use principle that: when the device is used, grains are contained through the matching of the containing box body 2-1 and the blocking bottom plate 6-1, water in the water tank 1-2 is conveyed into the containing box body 2-1 through the water pump 8 to soak and clean the grains, the soaked grains are stirred through the stirring mechanism 3, the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect are improved, meanwhile, shriveled grains or impurities can be separated out and float on the water surface of the containing box body 2-1, the grid baffle plate 5-5 is rotated to be inclined in the containing box body 2-1 through controlling the motor 5-1 to grid the shriveled grains on the water surface, the valve of the impurity discharging pipe 2-5 is opened, the shriveled grains enter the impurity discharging pipe 2-5 along with the water flow along the grid baffle plate 5-5 and are collected by the filtering and collecting device 4, the stirring motor 4-6 drives the stirring plate 4-3 to collect the filtering frame 4 through the stirring shaft 4-4 2, the collection filter frame 4-2 is rotated to prevent the collection filter frame 4-2 from being blocked by the shriveled grains or impurities, so that the shriveled grains or impurities are discharged and collected; after the shrivelled grains or impurities are discharged, opening a valve of a water discharging head 2-8 to discharge sewage in a containing box body 2-1, then rotating an adjusting threaded rod 6-2 to drive a blocking bottom plate 6-1 to slowly slide outwards, enabling the washed grains in the containing box body 2-1 to gradually fall into a feed inlet 7-3 of a drying pipe 7-1, driving a spiral blade 7-4 to rotate along with a rotating pipe 7-5 to enable the grains to move rightwards in the drying pipe 7-1, heating and drying the grains by a heating device on the drying pipe 7-1 while moving, blowing wind to the grains through the rotating pipe 7-5 by a blower 9 to improve the drying efficiency, enabling water flowing out of an impurity discharging pipe 2-5 and a water discharging head 2-8 to flow back into a water tank 1-2, and filtering when a water pump pumps water, the water is recycled, and the utilization rate of the water is improved.
