Abstract

传统的路面修复方法容易造成大量的沥青混合料被废弃，浪费资源且伴随环境污染，采用沥青路面复拌就地热再生技术有很好的经济效益和社会效益。本发明提出一种可移动式沥青热再生装置，由储料罐、滑杆、阀门、传送带、输料管、滚筒、搅拌机、喷嘴、支撑架等结构部分组成。原路面沥青经加热、翻松之后，添加一定量的新料，经本装置充分搅拌均匀，即可用于新路面的摊铺作业。本发明可提高工作效率，减少材料浪费，应用效果良好，值得在行业内推广。

技术领域
本发明属于公路和市政工程建设领域，具体来说是一种用于路面修复的装置。
背景技术
随着我国公路和市政基础设施建设的迅速发展，很多公路进入了大、中修期。大量的翻挖、铣刨沥青混合料被废弃，一方面造成环境污染，另一方面对于优质沥青较为缺乏的地区是一种资源的浪费，而且伴随着大量的使用新石料、开采石矿，导致森林植被减少、水土流失等严重的生态环境问题。
从国内外的发展经验来看，路面废弃材料再生利用是适宜的选择，采用沥青路面复拌就地热再生技术能够节约原材料，同时有利于处理废料、保护环境，具有显著的经济效益和社会效益，符合环境可持续发展的战略。
发明内容
本发明提出一种可移动式沥青热再生装置，结构设计简单，可重复使用，成本较低，可很好的用于沥青路面修复。
本发明由以下部分组成：储料罐、滑杆、阀门、传送带、输料管、滚筒、搅拌机、喷嘴、支撑架。
本发明的有益效果：旧沥青料与新加材料可以通过该装置充分的搅拌均匀，从而提高工作效率，不产生废弃物，节省了运料费用，并且该装置是可移动的，运输方便。

具体实施方式
从图中可以看出，本发明提出的一种可移动式沥青热再生装置，工作原理如下。
1-储料罐，储存路面维修翻挖的原料和添加的新料；
2-滑杆，连接储料罐的装置，可将储料罐提升至上部，进而将混合料送至传送带；
3-阀门，控制混合料释放的开关，在需要搅拌工作时打开；
4-传送带，倾斜的凹槽型装置，接受储料罐输送的混合料并将其送入整个装置的下部；
5-输料管，三根圆形管道，位于传送带的不同位置，可将混合料输入至滚筒的不同位置。
6-滚筒，可沿其轴线匀速滚动，内部安装小型旋转叶片，实现对沥青混合料的初次搅拌；
7-搅拌机，内部安装旋转杆，接收从滚筒传入的混合料，并对其进行二次搅拌；
8-喷嘴，位于搅拌机的下部，倾斜放置，可沿搅拌机轴线自由转动，施工时根据需要将新料喷撒至相应的位置；
9-支撑架，用于支撑整个装置的构架，下部装有万向轮，使本发明提出的装置可灵活移动。
原路面沥青经加热、翻松之后，添加一定量的新料，经本装置充分搅拌均匀，即可用于新路面的摊铺作业。
本发明已在多个公路翻修工程中应用，效果良好，对于经济条件有限的地区有重要意义，值得在行业内推广。

Claims (4)

1.一种可移动式沥青热再生装置，由以下部分组成：储料罐、滑杆、阀门、传送带、输料管、滚筒、搅拌机、喷嘴、支撑架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可移动式沥青热再生装置，其特征在于：滑杆是提升储料罐的装置，传送带是倾斜的凹槽型结构；输料管是圆形的管道结构，共三根。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可移动式沥青热再生装置，其特征在于：滚筒内安装小型的旋转叶片，搅拌机内安装旋转杆，实现对混合料的两次搅拌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可移动式沥青热再生装置，其特征在于：喷嘴倾斜放置，可沿搅拌机轴线自由转动；支撑架下部装有万向轮，使整个装置可灵活移动。
