技术领域
本实用新型涉及再生沥青技术领域，具体涉及一种再生沥青固定式设备。
背景技术
目前，我国的公路建设飞速发展，每年的投资规模已经超过2000亿元，在过去的年代修成的高速公路已经进入大、中修期，大量的翻挖、铣刨沥青混合料被废弃，造成环境污染。而公路建设又需要优质的沥青材料和石料，大量的使用新石料、开采矿石会导致生态环境的破环。沥青再生技术时将需要翻修和废弃的沥青路面，经过翻挖、回收、破碎，用新集料、新沥青材料适当配比，重新拌合，经整平压实，形成满足路用性能的再生沥青混合料。可节省绝大部分集料及约50％的沥青，使用效果良好，减少了筑路成本，据调查：节约材料费50％，路面造价降低约25％，沥青节约50％。由于石油价格的上涨，沥青路面的大量修建，沥青路面的施工和养护费用剧增，资源和环境问题日趋严峻，因此推行沥青再生技术刻不容缓。
故研发一种能解决沥青再生利用问题，达到了保护环境，资源再生利用的目的的再生沥青固定式设备为当世之所需。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，针对上述不足，提供一种结构设计巧妙、合理，能解决沥青再生利用问题，达到了保护环境以及合理利用资源的再生沥青固定式设备。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的技术方案是：
一种再生沥青固定式设备，其包括主机楼房、配料器、干燥滚筒、粉料罐、粉料提升机、骨料提升机、振动筛、搅拌系统、传送装置和成品料仓，所述振动筛设置在主机楼房的顶部，所述搅拌系统对应振动筛的下方位置设置在主机楼房上，所述配料器和干燥滚筒设置在所述主机楼房的一侧，该配料器通过传送系统与干燥滚筒相连接，该干燥滚筒通过骨料提升机与所述振动筛相连接，所述成品料仓设置在所述主机楼房的另一侧，所述传送装置一端与所述搅拌系统相连接，另一端与所述成品料仓相连接，所述粉料罐通过粉料提升机与所述搅拌系统相连接。
作为本实用新型的一种改进，所述配料器包括四个独立仓体，四个独立仓体并排在一起，且在每个独立仓体的出口处设有称重系统。
作为本实用新型的一种改进，所述传送系统包括水平输送带和倾斜输送带，该水平输送带水平设置在所述配料器的出口处，所述倾斜输送带一端与所述水平输送带相连接，另一端倾斜向上延伸直至干燥滚筒。
作为本实用新型的一种改进，所述粉料罐为立式粉料罐。
作为本实用新型的一种改进，所述搅拌系统为搅拌锅。
作为本实用新型的一种改进，其还包括除尘器，该除尘器设置在所述干燥滚筒一侧，并与该干燥滚筒相连接。

具体实施方式
参见图1，本实施例提供的一种再生沥青固定式设备，其包括主机楼房1、配料器2、干燥滚筒3、粉料罐4、粉料提升机5、骨料提升机6、振动筛7、搅拌系统8、传送装置9和成品料仓10，所述振动筛7设置在主机楼房1的顶部，所述搅拌系统8对应振动筛7的下方位置设置在主机楼房1上，所述配料器2和干燥滚筒3设置在所述主机楼房1的一侧，该配料器2通过传送系统11与干燥滚筒3相连接，该干燥滚筒3通过骨料提升机6与所述振动筛7相连接，所述成品料仓10设置在所述主机楼房1的另一侧，所述传送装置9一端与所述搅拌系统8相连接，另一端与所述成品料仓10相连接，所述粉料罐4通过粉料提升机5与所述搅拌系统8相连接。
本实施例中，所述配料器2包括四个独立仓体21，四个独立仓体21并排在一起，且在每个独立仓体21的出口处设有称重系统22。其它实施例中，也可以根据所需添加物料的种类来相应设定独立仓体21的数量。
所述传送系统11包括水平输送带111和倾斜输送带112，该水平输送带111水平设置在所述配料器2的出口处，所述倾斜输送带112一端与所述水平输送带111相连接，另一端倾斜向上延伸直至干燥滚筒3。
本实施例中，所述粉料罐4优选立式粉料罐。所述搅拌系统8优选搅拌锅。其它实施例中，该粉料罐4可以为其它容器。该搅拌系统8可以为其它具有搅拌功能的装置。
本实施例中，再生沥青固定式设备还包括除尘器，该除尘器设置在所述干燥滚筒3一侧，并与该干燥滚筒3相连接。
工作时，由于本实用新型能重复利用旧沥青混合料来再生新沥青，有效防止沥青废料对弃置场所及其周边环境的污染，不仅保护环境，还大大降低成本，有良好的经济效益和社会效益；而且在加工旧沥青时，可能通过配料器2来加入其它添加剂，如低粘度油料等，以使调配后的再生沥青具有适合的粘度和所需要的路用性质，以满足筑路要求。

1.一种再生沥青固定式设备，其特征在于，其包括主机楼房、配料器、干燥滚筒、粉料罐、粉料提升机、骨料提升机、振动筛、搅拌系统、传送装置和成品料仓，所述振动筛设置在主机楼房的顶部，所述搅拌系统对应振动筛的下方位置设置在主机楼房上，所述配料器和干燥滚筒设置在所述主机楼房的一侧，该配料器通过传送系统与干燥滚筒相连接，该干燥滚筒通过骨料提升机与所述振动筛相连接，所述成品料仓设置在所述主机楼房的另一侧，所述传送装置一端与所述搅拌系统相连接，另一端与所述成品料仓相连接，所述粉料罐通过粉料提升机与所述搅拌系统相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的再生沥青固定式设备，其特征在于：所述配料器包括四个独立仓体，四个独立仓体并排在一起，且在每个独立仓体的出口处设有称重系统。
3.根据权利要求1所述的再生沥青固定式设备，其特征在于：所述传送系统包括水平输送带和倾斜输送带，该水平输送带水平设置在所述配料器的出口处，所述倾斜输送带一端与所述水平输送带相连接，另一端倾斜向上延伸直至干燥滚筒。
