技术领域
本发明涉及水性胶粘剂技术领域,具体涉及一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前精装书的封面大都是采用机械辊涂的方式上胶,一般而言都是在内页本的外面辊涂上胶,然后再将成型的纸板封面套合在内页本上裱衬,由于纸板封面的尺寸比内页本的尺寸稍大一点,故贴合后胶层一般不会外露。然而,这种制作工艺的效率较低,作为改进,目前一些精装书制作企业为了提高生产效率而引进了一种在纸板封面背页辊涂水性胶粘剂然后再套合到内页本上贴合封面的机械裱衬工艺。通过这种方式施胶,由于内页本的尺寸较小,因此在纸板封面超出内页本的未贴合的部分会残留胶层。现有的水性胶粘剂为了确保粘合效果大多采用具有一定压敏性的水性胶粘剂进行贴合,这种水性胶粘剂用于上述工艺制作精装书时,当胶层干燥后仍然存在一定的回粘性,因而残留的胶层在完成封面裱衬后可能与接触的内页产生粘连,带来精装书的质量缺陷。
精装书出口产品居多,需要抵抗集装箱的海上运输,因此,需要满足低温-20℃和高温60℃,85%相对湿度(RH)存放240小时测试后,裱衬的封面不发生鼓泡和脱胶的现象。如果单纯通过调高水性胶粘剂的玻璃化温度使得胶水成膜后手感干爽,以解决残留的胶层不会产生粘连的问题,则又会导致以下问题的产生:(1)胶水干爽度得到提高,但粘接力不足;(2)胶水柔性不足,耐低温性能不足,低温下容易出现脱胶和鼓泡的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足而提供一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂及其制备方法,所制备的胶粘剂既满足成膜后表面干爽又实现了压合后带来贴合附着力的效果,很好地解决了纸板封面超出内页本的未贴合的胶层部分干燥后会与接触的内页产生粘连而影响精装书质量的问题,并且能够通过低温-20℃和高温60℃,85%相对湿度(RH)存放240小时的耐候性测试,裱衬封面不会发生鼓泡和脱胶的现象。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:

去离子水50-65份

步骤S1、按配方量,将二异氰酸酯、聚醚二元醇、亲水扩链剂、小分子二元醇以及合成丙烯酸酯的软单体、硬单体和丙烯酸酯功能单体分别加入反应器中,搅拌均匀,得到水性聚氨酯预聚物的单体混合液,备用;
步骤S2、配置质量浓度为20~30%的引发剂过氧化苯甲酰-乙醇溶液,备用;
步骤S3、将反应器升温至80-85℃,同时开始滴加过氧化苯甲酰-乙醇溶液,使反应器中的聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯按各自的聚合历程进行反应,形成聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯的互穿网络聚合物;
步骤S4、使所述互穿网络聚合物降温至40-45℃,加入三乙胺进行中和,然后加入去离子水,在乳化分散机中以1500-2000rmp的速度进行剪切乳化20-30min,得到水性聚氨酯丙烯酸互穿网络聚合物胶乳;
步骤S5、向乳化分散机中加入增稠剂、消泡剂和水性润湿剂,室温下再以200-400rmp的搅拌速度,搅拌分散20-30min,即得到所述精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂及其制备方法,其配方由按重量份计的10-20份二异氰酸酯、10-20份聚醚二元醇、2-8份亲水扩链剂、3-8份小分子二元醇、以及合成丙烯酸酯的8-12份软单体、5-10份硬单体、1-3份丙烯酸酯功能单体先制得水性聚氨酯预聚物,然后滴加0.02-0.08份过氧化苯甲酰-乙醇溶液,形成聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯的互穿网络聚合物,再加入2-6份三乙胺和50-65份去离子水,经剪切乳化得到水性聚氨酯丙烯酸互穿网络聚合物胶乳,最后加入0.08-0.5份增稠剂、0.1-0.5份消泡剂和0.05-0.2份水性润湿剂制成的精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂。与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明采用了聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯两类聚合物的互穿网络共聚合技术,在形成聚氨酯的过程中同时引发聚合得到丙烯酸酯单体,得到互穿网络的聚合物,该制备工艺中形成的交叉渗透的聚合物分子链之间能够相互交织,相互协同,不同的大分子链相互缠绕,从而大大提高体系的相对稳定性,达到聚合物性能互补的目的;
(2)本发明制备工艺中开发的该互穿网络聚合物胶粘剂结构,聚合物内部为压敏性丙烯酸酯,其外层为成膜性聚氨酯,当胶粘剂涂布至纸板封面背页时,表层的成膜性聚氨酯起主要作用,当受到压力作用时,内部的压敏性丙烯酸酯会接触到粘合的两个界面,起到附着的作用,因而既满足成膜后表面干爽,又实现了压合后带来贴合附着力的效果;
(3)本发明的水性胶粘剂满足在纸板封面背页辊涂施胶再套合到内页本上贴合封面的机械裱衬工艺,故生产效率高,同时本发明很好地解决了纸板封面超出内页本的未贴合的胶层部分干燥后会与接触的内页产生粘连而影响精装书质量的问题,将该水性胶粘剂涂布在纸板封面背页后,超出内页本的未贴合的胶层干燥后不会与接触的内页产生粘连,手感非常爽滑,读者使用时接触感觉舒适,并且能够通过低温-20℃和高温60℃,85%相对湿度(RH)存放240小时的耐候性测试,裱衬封面不会发生鼓泡和脱胶的现象。
具体实施方式
结合以下实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1:
本实施例的一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂,采用如下步骤制备而成(以下各组分均按重量份计):
步骤S1、将13份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、10份数均分子量为1000的聚环氧丙烷二醇、2份亲水扩链剂二羟甲基丙酸、3份1,4-丁二醇以及合成丙烯酸酯的8份丙烯酸丁酯、6份苯乙烯和1份丙烯酸,分别加入反应器中,搅拌均匀,得到水性聚氨酯预聚物的单体混合液,备用;
步骤S2、配置质量浓度为20%的引发剂过氧化苯甲酰-乙醇溶液,备用;
步骤S3、将反应器升温至82℃,同时开始滴加0.05份过氧化苯甲酰-乙醇溶液,使反应器中的聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯按各自的聚合历程进行反应,形成聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯的互穿网络聚合物;
步骤S4、使该互穿网络聚合物降温至43℃,加入2份三乙胺进行中和,然后加入50份去离子水,在乳化分散机中以1600rmp的速度进行剪切乳化28min,得到水性聚氨酯丙烯酸互穿网络聚合物胶乳;
步骤S5、向乳化分散机中加入0.1份型号ADEKA NOL UH-450VF增稠剂、0.2份型号BYK-019消泡剂和0.1份型号Surfynol AD01水性润湿剂,室温下再以200-400rmp的搅拌速度,搅拌分散20-30min,即得到所述精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂。
实施例2:
本实施例的一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂,采用如下步骤制备而成(以下各组分均按重量份计):
步骤S1、将10份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、5份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、10份数均分子量为1000的聚环氧丙烷二醇和10份数均分子量为1500的聚四亚甲基醚二醇、4份二羟甲基丙酸和4份二羟甲基丁酸、2份1,4-丁二醇和3份一缩二乙二醇以及合成丙烯酸酯的5份丙烯酸丁酯、5份丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、3份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、5份苯乙烯和2份甲基丙烯酸,分别加入反应器中,搅拌均匀,得到水性聚氨酯预聚物的单体混合液,备用;
步骤S2、配置质量浓度为23%的引发剂过氧化苯甲酰-乙醇溶液,备用;
步骤S3、将反应器升温至83℃,同时开始滴加0.03份过氧化苯甲酰-乙醇溶液,使反应器中的聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯按各自的聚合历程进行反应,形成聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯的互穿网络聚合物;
步骤S4、使该互穿网络聚合物降温至42℃,加入4份三乙胺进行中和,然后加入60份去离子水,在乳化分散机中以1500rmp的速度进行剪切乳化30min,得到水性聚氨酯丙烯酸互穿网络聚合物胶乳;
步骤S5、向乳化分散机中加入0.15份型号ADEKA NOL UH-420的增稠剂、0.1份型号Foamastar 8034的消泡剂和0.15份型号Carbowet DC01的水性润湿剂,室温下再以200-400rmp的搅拌速度,搅拌分散20-30min,即得到所述精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂。
实施例3:
本实施例的一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂,采用如下步骤制备而成(以下各组分均按重量份计):
步骤S1、将3份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、7份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、5份数均分子量为1500的聚环氧丙烷二醇和10份数据分子量为1000的聚四亚甲基醚二醇、4份亲水扩链剂二羟甲基丁酸、6份小一缩二乙二醇以及合成丙烯酸酯的9份丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、10份苯乙烯、1份丙烯酸和1份甲基丙烯酸,分别加入反应器中,搅拌均匀,得到水性聚氨酯预聚物的单体混合液,备用;
步骤S2、配置质量浓度为30%的引发剂过氧化苯甲酰-乙醇溶液,备用;
步骤S3、将反应器升温至85℃,同时开始滴加0.04份过氧化苯甲酰-乙醇溶液,使反应器中的聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯按各自的聚合历程进行反应,形成聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯的互穿网络聚合物;
步骤S4、使该互穿网络聚合物降温至45℃,加入3份三乙胺进行中和,然后加入55份去离子水,在乳化分散机中以2000rmp的速度进行剪切乳化20min,得到水性聚氨酯丙烯酸互穿网络聚合物胶乳;
步骤S5、向乳化分散机中加入0.15份型号ADEKA NOL UH-450VF和0.1份型号ADEKANOL UH-420的增稠剂、0.18份型号BYK-019和0.12份型号Foamastar 8034的消泡剂以及0.05份型号Surfynol AD01和0.15份型号Carbowet DC01的水性润湿剂,室温下再以200-400rmp的搅拌速度,搅拌分散20-30min,即得到所述精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂。
实施例4:
本实施例的一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂,采用如下步骤制备而成(以下各组分均按重量份计):
步骤S1、将20份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、18份数均分子量为1000的聚四亚甲基醚二醇、3份二羟甲基丙酸和2份二羟甲基丁酸、6份1,4-丁二醇、2份一缩二乙二醇以及合成丙烯酸酯的3份丙烯酸丁酯、9份丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、2份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、3份苯乙烯、2份丙烯酸和1份甲基丙烯酸,分别加入反应器中,搅拌均匀,得到水性聚氨酯预聚物的单体混合液,备用;
步骤S2、配置质量浓度为28%的引发剂过氧化苯甲酰-乙醇溶液,备用;
步骤S3、将反应器升温至80℃,同时开始滴加0.08份过氧化苯甲酰-乙醇溶液,使反应器中的聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯按各自的聚合历程进行反应,形成聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯的互穿网络聚合物;
步骤S4、使该互穿网络聚合物降温至40℃,加入6份三乙胺进行中和,然后加入份去离子水,在乳化分散机中以1800rmp的速度进行剪切乳化25min,得到水性聚氨酯丙烯酸互穿网络聚合物胶乳;
步骤S5、向乳化分散机中加入0.25份型号ADEKA NOL UH-450VF和0.2份型号ADEKANOL UH-420的增稠剂、0.1份型号BYK-019和0.4份型号Foamastar 8034的消泡剂以及0.03份型号Surfynol AD01和0.02份型号Carbowet DC01的水性润湿剂,室温下再以200-400rmp的搅拌速度,搅拌分散20-30min,即得到所述精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂。

Claims (8)

1.一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水性胶粘剂由以下重量份的原料制成:
去离子水 50-65份
二异氰酸酯 10-20份
聚醚二元醇 10-20份
亲水扩链剂 2-8份
小分子二元醇 3-8份
软单体 8-12份
硬单体 5-10份
丙烯酸酯功能单体 1-3份
引发剂 0.02-0.08份
三乙胺 2-6份
增稠剂 0.08-0.5份
消泡剂 0.1-0.5份
水性润湿剂 0.05-0.2份;
所述水性胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1、按配方量,将二异氰酸酯、聚醚二元醇、亲水扩链剂、小分子二元醇以及合成丙烯酸酯的软单体、硬单体和丙烯酸酯功能单体分别加入反应器中,搅拌均匀,得到水性聚氨酯预聚物的单体混合液,备用;
步骤S2、配置质量浓度为20-30%的引发剂过氧化苯甲酰-乙醇溶液,备用;
步骤S3、将反应器升温至80-85℃,同时开始滴加过氧化苯甲酰-乙醇溶液,使反应器中的聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯按各自的聚合历程进行反应,形成聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯的互穿网络聚合物;
步骤S4、使所述互穿网络聚合物降温至40-45℃,加入三乙胺进行中和,然后加入去离子水,在乳化分散机中以1500-2000rpm的速度进行剪切乳化20-30min,得到水性聚氨酯丙烯酸互穿网络聚合物胶乳;
步骤S5、向乳化分散机中加入增稠剂、消泡剂和水性润湿剂,室温下再以200-400rpm的搅拌速度,搅拌分散20-30min,即得到所述精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂;
所述丙烯酸酯功能单体为丙烯酸和/或甲基丙烯酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水性胶粘剂由以下重量份的原料制成:
去离子水 50-60份
二异氰酸酯 10-15份
聚醚二元醇 10-15份
亲水扩链剂 2-5份
小分子二元醇 3-6份
软单体 8-10份
硬单体 5-8份
丙烯酸酯功能单体 1-3份
引发剂 0.03-0.05份
三乙胺 2-4份
增稠剂 0.08-0.25份
消泡剂 0.1-0.3份
水性润湿剂 0.05-0.15份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述二异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和/或六亚甲基二异氰酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚醚二元醇为数均分子量为1000-1500的聚环氧丙烷二醇和/或聚四亚甲基醚二醇。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述亲水扩链剂为二羟甲基丙酸和/或二羟甲基丁酸。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述小分子二元醇为1,4-丁二醇和/或一缩二乙二醇。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述软单体为丙烯酸丁酯和/或丙烯酸2-乙基己酯;所述硬单体为甲基丙烯酸甲酯和/或苯乙烯。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种精装书封面裱衬用水性胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为型号ADEKA NOL UH-450VF和/或ADEKA NOL UH-420的增稠剂;
所述消泡剂为型号BYK-019和/或Foamastar 8034的消泡剂;
所述水性润湿剂为型号Surfynol AD01和/或Carbowet DC01的润湿剂。
