In this embodiment, the processing procedure of the main beam is as follows:
(1) The main beam 2 is divided into a first main beam 2-1, a first main beam 2-2 and a first main beam 2-3, and the first main beam 2, the first main beam and the first main beam are sequentially lengthened by adopting an I-shaped extension piece 6; the I-shaped extension piece 6 is made of Q235B metal or stainless steel with the thickness of 3-5 mm;

(4) Adopting a numerical control multi-row drilling machine or a planer type milling machine to process the hole site on the double-spliced girder cushion block, inputting the diameter of the hole site and the position of the hole, and enabling the aperture to be 6-20mm;
(5) And (3) cushion block processing: the manufacturing method comprises the steps of manufacturing the laminated veneer lumber by utilizing anti-corrosion wood or recombined bamboo or bamboo bundles, wherein the thickness of a cushion block is 40-60mm, and the height and the width are the sizes of a main beam clamping sheet material; preferentially, the anti-corrosion wood with lighter weight is adopted, for example, when the recombined bamboo is used for splicing thickness, the grain directions of different plates are vertical, so that the splitting resistance of the material is improved; and a slot with the thickness of 3-5mm and the length of 50-100mm is formed at the position of the cushion block which needs to be longitudinally lengthened and is used for inserting the subsequent I-shaped extension piece 6.
(6) And (3) connection of main beams: clamping the bamboo engineering material clamping sheet materials of the two processed main beams, the cushion blocks and the I-shaped metal connecting pieces on an assembly die according to drawing hole positions, brushing cold-pressed resorcinol resin or other outdoor adhesives such as modified polyvinyl acetate resin FNP-300 between the cushion blocks and the bamboo clamping sheet materials, between the metal connecting pieces and the slots, and fixing by countersunk bolts through locking by round-head bolts with the length of 80-150mm and the diameter of 6-20mm and connecting and locking by the gaskets.
In this embodiment, the processing procedure of the upright post is as follows:
(1) Composition of the column: the upright posts consist of a first section of upright posts and a second section of upright posts, and each section is connected by adopting a cross connection steel sleeve connecting piece 9; the cross connection steel sleeve connecting piece 9 is made of Q235B metal or stainless steel with the thickness of 3-6 mm;

A plug-in groove with the thickness of 3-5mm and the length of 50-100mm is formed at the position of a cushion block which needs to be longitudinally lengthened and is used for connecting and inserting the cross connection steel sleeve connecting piece 9; and hole sites with the depth of 30-80 mm and the length of 6-18mm are punched at the position of the prefabricated zipper.
(6) And (3) connection of the stand columns: clamping the four stand columns on an assembly die by using bamboo engineering material clamping sheet materials and cushion blocks according to hole positions, brushing other outdoor adhesives such as cold-pressed resorcinol resin or modified polyvinyl acetate resin FNP-300 between the cushion blocks and the bamboo clamping sheet materials and between a cross connection steel sleeve connecting piece 9 and a splicing groove, and fixing by using countersunk bolts through round head bolt locking and gasket connection locking with the length of 80-150mm and the diameter of 6-20 mm.
In this embodiment, the upper diagonal bracing 5 and the lower diagonal bracing 7 are both plate-shaped structures, the upper diagonal bracing 5 and the lower diagonal bracing 7 are all installed by CNC numerical control engraving machine tools or wire saw processing, and the upper diagonal bracing 5 and the lower diagonal bracing 7 are fixed with the upright column 1, the main beam 2 and the foot seats 3 through bolts with diameters of 6-10 mm. The upper diagonal bracing is arranged between the upright post 1 and the main beam 2, and the lower diagonal bracing is arranged between the upright post 1 and the foot seat 3, so as to play roles of fixing and auxiliary supporting.
The upright post, the main beam, the upper inclined strut, the lower inclined strut and the foot seat of the assembled double-spliced-beam structure are all designed to be fully modularized standardized components, can be assembled and assembled on a construction site, have a large-span variable cross section, can be repeatedly disassembled and assembled, are rapid to assemble, can be installed on site, are low in transportation cost, are made of bamboo materials, are light in weight, have certain tension, and can be stably connected by traction of steel ropes. s502, sequentially connecting a first section of girder 2-1, a second section of girder 2-2 and a third section of girder 2-3 through an I-shaped extension piece 6 to form girders, then installing an upper diagonal brace 5 between the first section of upright 1-1 and the second section of girder 2-2, and then connecting the top of the upright 1 with the end part of the third section of girder 2-3 in a traction way through a steel cable 4;
s6, checking whether the connection state among the upright post 1, the main beam 2, the foot seat 3, the upper inclined strut 5 and the lower inclined strut 7 can meet the stress requirement, carrying out fine adjustment on the connection between the upper inclined strut 5 and the main beam 2, carrying out fine adjustment on the connection between the lower inclined strut 7 and the foot seat 3, and completing the assembly of an outdoor bamboo assembled double-spliced beam column structure after reaching the optimal state.
S7, if a plurality of bamboo assembled double-spliced beam column structures are assembled into a parking shed, shoulder beams are fixedly installed between two adjacent upright posts through T-shaped connectors, an X-shaped stainless steel cable is assembled to be drawn and tensioned, steel pipes are arranged between the adjacent main beams 2, the color steel tiles, sunlight plates, endurance plates or tensioning films and other materials are adopted for processing the ceiling, the ceiling is fixed through side strips or tensioning equipment, and finally limit stops are arranged in the shed.
