Abstract

本发明公开了一种航空轮胎成型扣圈盘,包括呈圆形状的固定盘,固定盘设有一组以固定盘圆心为中心向外呈辐射状的滑槽,滑槽上设有可滑动的滑块,滑槽侧边设有刻度。这种扣圈盘可以实现不同规格轮胎钢圈的安装、固定,在成型不同规格轮胎时,不需要更换扣圈盘,节约时间;一个扣圈盘可替代原来多个扣圈盘,节约成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎成型辅助设备,具体是一种航空轮胎成型扣圈盘。
背景技术
在轮胎成型过程中,需要用扣圈盘对轮胎钢圈进行固定、安装。常规的扣圈盘是固定结构,无法调节大小。在轮胎成型时,每个规格的扣圈盘只适用于一种规格轮胎钢圈的固定、安装。在生产不同规格轮胎时,都需要对扣圈盘进行更换。因此,需要研发一种新型结构的扣圈盘,以实现在成型不同规格轮胎时,不用更换扣圈盘,只需对扣圈盘上滑块进行调整,即可满足不同轮胎钢圈固定、安装的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种航空轮胎成型扣圈盘。这种扣圈盘可以实现不同规格轮胎钢圈的安装、固定,在成型不同规格轮胎时,不需要更换扣圈盘,节约时间;一个扣圈盘可替代原来多个扣圈盘,节约成本。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种航空轮胎成型扣圈盘,包括呈圆形状的固定盘,固定盘上设有一组以固定盘圆心为中心向外呈辐射状的滑槽,滑槽上设有可滑动的滑块,滑槽侧边设有刻度,刻度用于确定滑块组合成的圆环直径。
滑槽的数量为至少5个。
滑块设有凸起,凸起在滑槽内滑动,凸起穿过滑槽的一端通过螺丝固定。
滑块可组合成圆环。
这种扣圈盘可以实现不同规格轮胎钢圈的安装、固定,在不同规格轮胎成型时,不需要更换扣圈盘,节约时间;一个扣圈盘可替代原来多个扣圈盘,节约成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图对本发明的内容作进一步的阐述,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例:
参照图1、图2、图3、图4,一种航空轮胎成型扣圈盘,包括呈圆形状的固定盘1,固定盘1上设有一组以固定盘1圆心为中心向外呈辐射状的滑槽3,滑槽3上设有可滑动的滑块2,滑槽3侧边设有刻度5。
滑槽3的数量为至少5个。
滑块2设有凸起4,凸起4在滑槽3内滑动。
滑块2可组合成圆环。
在轮胎成型时,根据施工表轮胎钢圈直径的大小,对照固定盘1上的刻度5,对滑块2在滑槽3中进行调节,调节到需要成型轮胎钢圈大小,用螺丝拧紧滑块2的凸起4穿过滑槽3的一端,从而完成扣圈盘对钢圈的固定、安装。

1.一种航空轮胎成型扣圈盘,其特征在于,包括呈圆形状的固定盘,固定盘上设有一组以固定盘圆心为中心向外呈辐射状的滑槽,滑槽上设有可滑动的滑块,滑槽侧边设有刻度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的航空轮胎成型扣圈盘,其特征在于,滑槽的数量为至少5个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的航空轮胎成型扣圈盘,其特征在于,滑块设有凸起,凸起在滑槽内滑动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的航空轮胎成型扣圈盘,其特征在于,滑块可组合成圆环。
