Abstract
本发明公开了一种采用的药材切片装置,它包括外框架上设有入料口与出料口;所述的外框架内设有药辊机构;药辊机构的入药端与入料口相连通;药辊机构的出药端与定药腔相连;定药腔一端口设有药材压锯机构;定药腔的外侧设有切刀机构;药材压锯机构与切刀机构的裁切处于同一端点;药材压锯机构将药材上、下切削成口;切刀机构沿药材切削口将药片切除。本发明结构设计合理,操作方便,切割效率高,尤其对硬质药材的切割合格率高,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种药材切片装置,属于中药材加工设备领域。
背景技术
中药材为人们防病治病过程中发挥了非常重要的作用,中药材的疗效受到了人们的认可和青睐,常用中药材都需要进行炮制加工,其中中药材的切片是最基本的炮制工序,大多根茎类药材都需要切片处理,方便临床调剂和配伍。现有的中药材切片有采用人工切片的方式也有采用机械切片。现有的中药材切片机,结构设计不够合理,操作不方便,特别是对于质地较硬的药材,切割效率和切割质量较差,合格率低。影响药材饮片的销售和保存。
发明内容
本发明针对上述不足提供了一种药材切片装置。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明所述的药材切片装置,包括外框架,所述的外框架上设有入料口与出料口;所述的外框架内设有药辊机构;药辊机构的入药端与入料口相连通;药辊机构的出药端与定药腔相连;定药腔的一端口设有药材压锯机构;定药腔的外侧设有切刀机构;药材压锯机构与切刀机构的裁切处于同一端点;药材压锯机构将药材上、下切削成口;切刀机构沿药材切削口将药片切除。
本发明所述的药材切片装置,所述的药辊机构由驱动电机与若干个辊药轮组成;若干个所述的辊药轮成弧形排列;每两个辊药轮的轴体之间通过皮带传动;驱动电机通过皮带驱动辊药轮转动;排列成弧形的辊药轮上方设有以相同方式排列的若干个定位轮;辊药轮与定位轮之间形成走药腔道。
本发明所述的药材切片装置,所述的外框架的内壁设有滑轨;药材压锯机构由托架,电机;托架的侧壁嵌入滑轨内沿滑轨延伸方向滑动;托架内设有电机;电机的转轴设有锯片;托架带动电机滑动。
本发明所述的药材切片装置,所述的切刀机构由刀轨,切刀,作动气缸组成;所述的刀轨之间布置上下滑动的切刀;切刀的顶端布置作动气缸;刀轨的宽度大于定药腔的宽度;定药腔的出药端外侧设有切刀机构。
本发明所述的药材切片装置,所述的刀轨的底端为铰轴;刀轨布置在弧轨上,刀轨以铰轴为圆心沿弧轨摆动。
本发明所述的药材切片装置,所述的药材压锯机构为两组相对运动的托架及电机组成;两组托架上分别布置电机;两组托架上相对延伸出齿条;齿轮通过轴体布置在滑轨的中部;两条齿条的相对面设有齿槽;齿槽与齿轮啮合;两组相对运动的托架其上部托架与气缸相连;托架上连接防尘罩;防尘罩半包裹锯片;防尘罩的外侧布置测位感应器。
本发明所述的药材切片装置,所述的切刀外侧设有测位感应器。
本发明所述的药材切片装置,所述的定药腔为可伸缩的夹片机构;夹片机构根据药材的形状伸展;保持药材切割时的稳定度。
本发明所述的药材切片装置,所述的夹片机构由若干个弧形片,若干个所述的弧形片拼合成圆形状;弧形片的外壁设有凹槽;凹槽内置弹簧;弹簧将圆形状的弧形片向圆心挤压;弧形片内壁的厚度从一侧向另一侧逐渐增加。
本发明所述的药材切片装置,所述的弧形片为两片或四片或六片;弧形片的内壁设有橡胶层。
有益效果:
本发明采用的药材切片装置,结构设计合理,操作方便,切割效率高,通过测位传感器可准确控制药材的切片厚度,可增加药材有效成分的溶出率,增加药材的药理活性。
本发明采用的药材切片装置,采用上下割锯的方式进行破口,在采用切刀进行快速裁切,降低了硬质药材对切刀的伤害,切割一次成型,切割药材的合格率高。
本发明采用的药材切片装置,针对硬质药材先进行缓慢的切割,有利于对药材的切片的厚度进行控制,随后采用切刀进行快速截断。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的和技术方案更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示:一种药材切片装置,包括外框架1,所述的外框架1上设有入料口2与出料口3;所述的外框架1内设有药辊机构;药辊机构的入药端与入料口2相连通;药辊机构的出药端与定药腔相连;定药腔7一端口设有药材压锯机构5;定药腔7的外侧设有切刀机构6;药材压锯机构5与切刀机构6的裁切处于同一端点;药材压锯机构5将药材上、下切削成口;切刀机构6沿药材切削口将药片切除。
药辊机构由驱动电机4与若干个辊药轮41组成;若干个所述的辊药轮41成弧形排列;每两个辊药轮41的轴体之间通过皮带传动;驱动电机4通过皮带驱动辊药轮41转动;排列成弧形的辊药轮41上方设有以相同方式排列的若干个定位轮42;辊药轮41与定位轮42之间形成走药腔道43。
药材从走药腔道43由辊药轮41驱动,定位轮42提供夹持和定位的功能。
如图1所示外框架1的内壁设有滑轨51;药材压锯机构5包括两组相对运动的托架52及电机53组成;两组托架52上分别布置电机53;两组托架52上相对延伸出齿条55;齿轮56通过轴体布置在滑轨51的中部;两条齿条55的相对面设有齿槽;齿槽与齿轮56啮合;两组相对运动的托架52其上部托架52与气缸57相连;托架52上连接防尘罩58;防尘罩58半包裹锯片54;防尘罩58的外侧布置测位感应器59;托架52的侧壁嵌入滑轨51内沿滑轨51延伸方向滑动;托架52内设有电机53;电机53的转轴设有锯片54;托架52带动电机53滑动。
两组电机53驱动的锯片54相对运动将药材上下进行破口并切削;为了保证锯片54不相互接触,切削到一定位置后退出。
如图2、图3、图4所示:切刀机构6由刀轨61,切刀62,作动气缸63;所述的刀轨61之间布置上下滑动的切刀62;切刀62的顶端布置作动气缸63;刀轨61的宽度大于定药腔7的宽度;定药腔7的出药端外侧设有切刀机构。
刀轨61的底端为铰轴64;刀轨61布置在弧轨65上,刀轨61以铰轴64为圆心沿弧轨65摆动。切刀62外侧设有测位感应器59。
本发明中测位感应器59为常见位移感应模块或激光测位装置,通过测位感应器59与主控系统相连;主控系统分别控制驱动电机4转动;从而控制药材前进距离,测位感应器59测量切割距离及切口位置为,使得药材切片厚度得到控制。
如图5、图6所示:夹片机构由若干个弧形片71,若干个所述的弧形片71拼合成圆形状;弧形片71的外壁设有凹槽;凹槽内置弹簧72;弹簧72将圆形状的弧形片71向圆心挤压;弧形片71内壁的厚度从一侧向另一侧逐渐增加。弧形片71为两片或四片或六片;弧形片71的内壁设有橡胶层73。
药材通过辊药轮41进入夹片机构内,通过弹簧72的收缩,夹持药材在切割中提供稳定的夹持力,由于夹片机构的入口端大于出口端;因此药材能够容易进入夹片机构,从而在前进过程中得到全方位的夹持力;有效防止药材因震动产生错位位移。

1.一种药材切片装置,其特征在于:包括外框架(1),所述的外框架(1)上设有入料口(2)与出料口(3);所述的外框架(1)内设有药辊机构;药辊机构的入药端与入料口(2)相连通;药辊机构的出药端与定药腔相连;定药腔(7)一端口设有药材压锯机构(5);定药腔(7)的外侧设有切刀机构(6);药材压锯机构(5)与切刀机构(6)的裁切处于同一端点;药材压锯机构(5)将药材上、下切削成口;切刀机构(6)沿药材切削口将药片切除;
所述的药辊机构由驱动电机(4)与若干个辊药轮(41)组成;若干个所述的辊药轮(41)成弧形排列;每两个辊药轮(41)的轴体之间通过皮带传动;驱动电机(4)通过皮带驱动辊药轮(41)转动;排列成弧形的辊药轮(41)上方设有以相同方式排列的若干个定位轮(42);辊药轮(41)与定位轮(42)之间形成走药腔道(43);
所述的外框架(1)的内壁设有滑轨(51);药材压锯机构(5)由托架(52),电机(53);托架(52)的侧壁嵌入滑轨(51)内沿滑轨(51)延伸方向滑动;托架(52)内设有电机(53);电机(53)的转轴设有锯片(54);托架(52)带动电机(53)滑动;
所述的药材压锯机构(5)为两组相对运动的托架(52)及电机(53)组成;两组托架(52)上分别布置电机(53);两组托架(52)上相对延伸出齿条(55);齿轮(56)通过轴体布置在滑轨(51)的中部;两条齿条(55)的相对面设有齿槽;齿槽与齿轮(56)啮合;两组相对运动的托架(52)其上部托架(52)与气缸(57)相连;托架(52)上连接防尘罩(58);防尘罩(58)半包裹锯片(54);防尘罩(58)的外侧布置测位感应器(59)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药材切片装置,其特征在于:所述的切刀机构(6)由刀轨(61),切刀(62),作动气缸(63)组成;所述的刀轨(61)之间布置上下滑动的切刀(62);切刀(62)的顶端布置作动气缸(63);刀轨(61)的宽度大于定药腔(7)的宽度;定药腔(7)的出药端外侧设有切刀机构(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的药材切片装置,其特征在于:所述的刀轨(61)的底端为铰轴(64);刀轨(61)布置在弧轨(65)上,刀轨(61)以铰轴(64)为圆心沿弧轨(65)摆动。
4.根据权利要求2所述的药材切片装置,其特征在于:所述的切刀(62)外侧设有测位感应器(59)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的药材切片装置,其特征在于:所述的定药腔(7)为可伸缩的夹片机构;夹片机构根据药材的形状伸展;保持药材切割时的稳定度。
6.根据权利要求5所述的药材切片装置,其特征在于:所述的夹片机构由若干个弧形片(71),若干个所述的弧形片(71)拼合成圆形状;弧形片(71)的外壁设有凹槽;凹槽内置弹簧(72);弹簧(72)将圆形状的弧形片(71)向圆心挤压;弧形片(71)内壁的厚度从一侧向另一侧逐渐增加。
7.根据权利要求6所述的药材切片装置,其特征在于:所述的弧形片(71)为两片或四片或六片;弧形片(71)的内壁设有橡胶层(73)。
