A preparation method of a composite sewage treatment agent containing a microbial agent comprises the following steps: (1) weighing sodium polyacrylate, microbial agent, asparagus extract, malt extract, xylotriose, corn starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, jasmine straw ash and shrimp and crab shell powder according to the formula for later use; (2) mixing materials: mixing corn starch, asparagus extract, malt extract, jasmine straw ash and shrimp and crab shell powder, and stirring and mixing at 97 ℃ for 25min to obtain a mixed material; (3) mixing the mixed materials with 12 times of water, boiling with strong fire, and decocting with slow fire for 40 min; filtering to obtain filtrate; (4) leaching: mixing the filtrate obtained in the previous step with tretinoin, anthocyanin and 40 parts of water, stirring and mixing for 20min at 35 ℃, uniformly mixing and soaking for 12h to obtain a leaching solution; (5) mixing sodium polyacrylate, xylotriose and carboxymethyl cellulose, adding 45 parts of water, and stirring and mixing at 75 ℃ for 28min to obtain a mixed solution; (6) mixing the leaching solution and the mixed solution, stirring and mixing at 60 deg.C for 20min, adding microbial agent, and sealing and culturing at 30 deg.C for 24 hr; then adding 30 parts of water, and stirring for 35min at 37 ℃; (7) and (3) drying the product obtained in the previous step at 75 ℃ to obtain the compound sewage treatment agent containing the microbial agent.
Example 3
A composite sewage treatment agent containing a microbial agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 67 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 7 parts of a microbial agent, 11 parts of asparagus extract, 7 parts of malt extract, 5 parts of xylotriose, 11 parts of corn starch, 5 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 9 parts of jasmine straw ash and 5 parts of shrimp and crab shell powder.
A preparation method of a composite sewage treatment agent containing a microbial agent comprises the following steps: (1) weighing sodium polyacrylate, microbial agent, asparagus extract, malt extract, xylotriose, retinoic acid, anthocyanin, corn starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, jasmine straw ash and shrimp and crab shell powder according to the formula for later use; (2) mixing materials: mixing corn starch, radix asparagi officinalis extract, fructus Hordei Germinatus extract, flos Jasmini sambac stalk ash and shrimp and crab shell powder, stirring at 89 deg.C for 21min to obtain mixed material. (3) Mixing the mixed materials with 9 times of water, boiling with strong fire, and decocting with slow fire for 30 min; filtering to obtain filtrate. (4) Leaching: mixing the filtrate obtained in the previous step with tretinoin, anthocyanin and 30 parts of water, stirring and mixing for 14min at 28 ℃, uniformly mixing and soaking for 8h to obtain a leaching solution. (5) Mixing sodium polyacrylate, xylotriose and carboxymethyl cellulose, adding 35 parts of water, and stirring and mixing at 70 ℃ for 22min to obtain a mixed solution. (6) Mixing the leaching solution and the mixed solution, stirring and mixing at 50 ℃ for 14min, adding a microbial agent, and performing sealed culture at 28 ℃ for 17 h; 26 parts of water are then added and the mixture is stirred for 28min at 35 ℃. And (7) drying the product obtained in the previous step at 72 ℃ to obtain the compound sewage treatment agent containing the microbial agent.
The asparagus extract of embodiments 1-3 is an aqueous extract of asparagus; the malt extract is water extract of malt.
Comparative example 1
The preparation process is the same as in example 3 except that the raw materials do not contain asparagus extract and malt extract.
Comparative example 2
The microbial agent used in the raw materials is a mixture obtained by mixing aspergillus sojae and bacillus subtilis according to the mass ratio of 3:1, and other preparation processes are the same as those in example 3.
Examples of the experiments
The sewage treatment agent prepared in example 3 and comparative examples 1-2 was used for treating heavy metal wastewater at 80mg/L, and the treatment results are shown in Table 1. The control group adopts a commercial sewage treatment agent of 100mg/L to treat the heavy metal wastewater. Unit (mg/L):

Claims (9)
1. The composite sewage treatment agent containing the microbial agent is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-80 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 5-10 parts of a microbial agent, 6-15 parts of an asparagus extract, 4-10 parts of a malt extract, 3-8 parts of xylotriose, 6-15 parts of corn starch, 2-7 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 6-11 parts of jasmine straw ash and 3-7 parts of shrimp and crab shell powder;
the microbial agent is a mixture obtained by mixing aspergillus sojae, bacillus subtilis and bacillus mucilaginosus according to the mass ratio of 3:1: 0.5;
the asparagus extract is an aqueous extract of asparagus;
the malt extract is an aqueous extract of malt;
the preparation process of the composite sewage treatment agent comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing sodium polyacrylate, microbial agent, asparagus extract, malt extract, xylotriose, corn starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, jasmine straw ash and shrimp and crab shell powder according to the formula for later use;
(2) mixing materials: mixing corn starch, radix asparagi officinalis extract, folium Hordei Germinatus extract, flos Jasmini sambac stalk ash and shrimp and crab shell powder, stirring at 85-97 deg.C for 15-25min to obtain mixed material;
(3) mixing the mixed materials with water 7-12 times of the weight of the mixed materials, boiling with strong fire, and steaming with slow fire for 25-40 min; filtering to obtain filtrate;
(4) leaching: mixing the filtrate obtained in the previous step with tretinoin, anthocyanin and 25-40 parts of water, stirring and mixing for 10-20min at 25-35 ℃, uniformly mixing and soaking for 6-12h to obtain a leaching solution;
(5) mixing sodium polyacrylate, xylotriose and carboxymethyl cellulose, adding 30-45 parts of water, and stirring and mixing at 65-75 ℃ for 15-28min to obtain a mixed solution;
(6) mixing the leaching solution and the mixed solution, stirring and mixing at 45-60 deg.C for 10-20min, adding microbial agent, and sealing and culturing at 25-30 deg.C for 10-24 hr; then adding 20-30 parts of water, and stirring for 20-35min at 34-37 ℃;
(7) and (3) drying the product obtained in the previous step at 65-75 ℃ to obtain the compound sewage treatment agent containing the microbial agent.

The composite sewage treatment agent containing the microbial agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composite sewage treatment agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 58-70 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 6-8 parts of a microbial agent, 9-12 parts of an asparagus extract, 5-8 parts of a malt extract, 4-6 parts of xylotriose, 8-13 parts of corn starch, 4-6 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 8-10 parts of jasmine straw ash and 4-6 parts of shrimp and crab shell powder.

The composite sewage treatment agent containing the microbial agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composite sewage treatment agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 67 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 7 parts of a microbial agent, 11 parts of asparagus extract, 7 parts of malt extract, 5 parts of xylotriose, 11 parts of corn starch, 5 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 9 parts of jasmine straw ash and 5 parts of shrimp and crab shell powder.

The composite sewage treatment agent containing the microbial agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step (2) is as follows: mixing corn starch, radix asparagi officinalis extract, fructus Hordei Germinatus extract, flos Jasmini sambac stalk ash and shrimp and crab shell powder, stirring at 89 deg.C for 21min to obtain mixed material.

The compound sewage treatment agent containing the microbial agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mixed material is mixed with 9 times of water by weight in the step (3), and after the mixed material is boiled with strong fire, the mixed material is cooked with slow fire for 30 min; filtering to obtain filtrate.

The composite sewage treatment agent containing the microbial agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the leaching in the step (4): mixing the filtrate obtained in the previous step with 30 parts of water, stirring and mixing for 14min at 28 ℃, uniformly mixing, and soaking for 8h to obtain a leaching solution.
7. The composite sewage treatment agent containing microbial inoculum according to claim 1, wherein in the step (5), sodium polyacrylate, xylotriose and carboxymethyl cellulose are mixed, 35 parts of water is added, and the mixture is stirred and mixed for 22min at 70 ℃ to obtain a mixed solution.
8. The compound sewage treatment agent containing the microbial agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the leaching solution and the mixed solution are mixed in the step (6), stirred and mixed for 14min at 50 ℃, then the microbial agent is added, and sealed and cultured for 17h at 28 ℃; 26 parts of water are then added and the mixture is stirred for 28min at 35 ℃.
9. The compound sewage treatment agent containing the microbial agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the compound sewage treatment agent containing the microbial agent is obtained by drying the product obtained in the step (7) at 72 ℃.
