本发明涉及一种改善月经不调的组合物。该组合物包括以下重量份数的组分:黑豆:1‑25份;山药:1‑25份;玫瑰花:1‑15份;黑米:1‑15份;薏米:1‑10份;芡实:1‑10份;茯苓:1‑8份;玫瑰茄:0.1‑5份;桃仁:0.01‑0.5份;白芷:0.01‑0.5份;代代花:0.01‑0.5份。本发明组合物中各原料不仅安全性高,且针对月经先后不定期、月经量少、色紫有块、痛经等症状,依据肾主生殖理论,以调补阴阳、兼顾气血和藏泻适时为治疗原则进行组方,配伍合理科学,从而达到改善月经不调的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及药品、保健品和食品技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种改善月经不调的组合物、应用及其制备方法。
背景技术
月经不调是指月经周期、经期和经量发生异常以及伴随月经周期出现明显不适症状的疾病,主要包括月经先期、月经后期、月经先后无定期、月经过多、月经过少、经期延长等。
目前,治疗月经不调有中医疗法和西医疗法。西医疗法主要应用雌激素、孕激素或两者的结合物促进排卵和调节内分泌来改善月经不调。虽然起效快,但是治疗结束后病情复发的几率较大,且长期服用毒副作用较大,还有可能对患者的卵巢功能造成无法逆转的伤害,甚至导致患者不孕不育。因此,近年来在月经不调的治疗方面,多极力倡导中医治疗。
中医认为,月经的产生与调节是肾、天癸、冲任协调作用于子宫的结果。肾为主导,天癸为促进生长、发育和生殖的物质与动力,通过冲任聚集脏腑之阴血,使血海满盈并下达于子宫,子宫藏泄有期,则月经按时来潮。中医学认为月经不调主要病因病机不外乎外感六淫、内伤七情,或先天不足,后天劳逸失常、房劳多产、饮食不节、跌倒创伤,使脏腑功能失常、气血失调、冲任二脉损伤及肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴的功能失调。故中医对月经不调的治疗重在调经,调经即是治本,多采用疏肝、补脾、益肾及调理气血冲任,使任脉通、太冲脉盛。

优选地,根据上述的组合物,包括以下重量份数的组分:
黑豆:10-20份;山药:8-19份;玫瑰花:5-12份;黑米:5-12份;薏米:3-8份;芡实:3-8份;茯苓:2.5-6份;玫瑰茄:1-4.5份;桃仁:0.05-0.2份;白芷:0.04-0.1份;代代花:0.04-0.1份。
更优选地,根据上述的组合物,包括以下重量份数的组分:
黑豆:19.2份,山药:17份;玫瑰花:11份;黑米:10份;薏米:6.5份;芡实:5.5份;茯苓:3.5份;玫瑰茄:2份;桃仁:0.09份;白芷:0.05份;代代花:0.05份。
本发明对混合的方式没有特殊要求,本领域技术人员公知的混合方式均可;本发明对混合时各组分的形态亦没有特殊要求,本领域技术人员可以根据需要对各组分进行处理得到预期的形状,如组分混合后先粉碎成粗粉,再经超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉。
本发明还提供了前述任一项组合物在改善月经不调的药物、保健品或食品中的应用。
本发明还提供了前述任一项具有改善月经不调功能的组合物的药物、保健品或食品。优选地,该保健品或食品选自冲调营养粉、饼干或营养棒。
本发明还提供了前述保健品或食品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴原料预处理:剔除黑豆、茯苓、山药、桃仁、白芷、黑米、薏米、芡实、玫瑰茄中的杂质,取玫瑰花、代代花花瓣,用水洗净;
⑵原料的烘干:将洗净的茯苓、山药、白芷、玫瑰茄及玫瑰花、代代花花瓣烘干;
⑶原料的炒制:将洗净的黑豆、黑米、薏米、芡实晾干,经炒制熟化;将桃仁经炒制熟化;
⑷原料粉碎:按配比取经过烘干、炒制的原料称量,先粉碎成粗粉,即原料粗粉,再与辅料或矫味剂混合,粉碎成细粉,过筛;
⑸包装、灭菌:将制得的细粉装袋后、灭菌,即得。
本发明所述的冲调营养粉是按照以下步骤制备得到:
⑴原料预处理:剔除黑豆、茯苓、山药、桃仁、白芷、黑米、薏米、芡实、玫瑰茄中的杂质,取玫瑰花、代代花花瓣,用水洗净;
⑵原料的烘干:将洗净的茯苓、山药、白芷、玫瑰茄及玫瑰花、代代花花瓣50-70℃烘干;
⑶原料的炒制:将洗净的黑豆、黑米、薏米、芡实晾干,经炒制熟化;将桃仁经炒制熟化;
⑷原料粉碎:按配比取经过烘干、炒制的原料称量,先粉碎成粗粉,再与麦芽糊精、奶粉、樱桃果粉、木糖醇、三氯蔗糖混合,粉碎成细粉,过200-300目筛;
⑸包装、灭菌:将制得的细粉装袋后、灭菌,即得冲调营养粉。具体地,所述步骤(4)中辅料选自麦芽糊精、奶粉、微晶纤维素、糊精、淀粉中的一种或几种。优选为麦芽糊精、奶粉。
进一步地,所述步骤(4)中矫味剂选自白砂糖、木糖醇、甘露醇、樱桃果粉、三氯蔗糖的一种或几种。优选木糖醇、樱桃果粉、三氯蔗糖。
进一步地,原料粗粉:麦芽糊精:奶粉:木糖醇:樱桃果粉:三氯蔗糖的重量配比为74:11:11:6.6:3:0.01。
进一步地,本发明所述饼干的原料包括以下重量分的组份:

⑴原料预处理:使用前剔除黑豆、茯苓、山药、桃仁、白芷、黑米、薏米、芡实、玫瑰茄中的杂质,除桃仁,其余原料用水洗净;去除玫瑰花、代代花的花托,取其花瓣待用;
⑵原料的烘干:将洗净的茯苓、山药、白芷、玫瑰茄及玫瑰花瓣、代代花花瓣50-70℃烘干;
⑶原料的粉碎:按配比取经过预处理及烘干的原料称量,先粉碎成粗粉,再经超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉;
⑷调配:将放置室温软化的黄油打发,依次加入白砂糖、鸡蛋、低筋面粉打发顺滑,按配比加入超微细粉奶粉、泡打粉;
⑸和面:将上述原料和成面团静置20-40min;
⑹烘焙:将面团分成合适大小,置于150-200℃烤箱中,烘烤10-20min后取出放凉。即得到饼干。

黑豆:15份,山药:10份;玫瑰花:8份;黑米:8份;薏米:5份;芡实:5份;茯苓:3份;玫瑰茄:2份;桃仁:0.07份;白芷:0.06份;代代花:0.06份;低筋面粉:20-30份;高筋面粉:3-8份;黄油:15-20份;白砂糖:15-20份;麦芽糊精:5-10份;鸡蛋:1-5份;食盐:0.5-1份。
本发明所述的营养棒是按照以下步骤制备得到:
⑴原料预处理:使用前剔除黑豆、茯苓、山药、桃仁、白芷、黑米、薏米、芡实、玫瑰茄中的杂质,除桃仁,其余原料用水洗净、烘干;去除玫瑰花、代代花的花托,取其花瓣待用;
⑵原料的粉碎:按配比取经预处理过后的黑豆、茯苓、山药、白芷、黑米、薏米、芡实,用微粉碎机粉碎,过60-80目筛;按配比取经预处理过后桃仁、玫瑰茄、玫瑰花、代代花研磨成小颗粒或小块状;
⑶调配:将软化后的黄油打发,加入鸡蛋、白砂糖继续打发,按配比加入上述已粉碎的原料、低筋面粉、高筋面粉、麦芽糊精、食盐;
⑷和面:充分混匀上述原料及辅料并和成面团,置于模具中,充分挤压成型,使得表面平整,将面团放入冰箱冷冻1-2h;
⑸烘焙:将冻硬的面团取出,用刀切成条状,置于150-200℃烤箱中,然后烘焙15-25min。即得到营养棒。

黑豆性味甘、平、无毒。有活血、利水、祛风、清热解毒、滋养健血、补虚乌发的功能。中医认为肾虚是月经不调的主要病机。而《本草纲目》说:“黑豆人肾功多,故能治水、消胀、下气、制风热而活血解毒。”,即黑豆乃肾之谷,黑色属水,水走肾。黑豆皮为黑色,含有花青素,花青素是很好的抗氧化剂来源,能清除体内自由基,具有养颜美容,增加肠胃蠕动。黑豆含有丰富的维生素,其中E族和B族维生素含量最高,维生素E的含量比肉类高5~7倍,VE还是一种抗氧化剂,能清除体内自由基,减少皮肤皱纹,保持青春健美。
山药性味甘平,归脾、肺、肾经,具有益气养阴、补脾肺肾的功效。汉代医圣张仲景首创的调理脾胃、气血双补、内外兼治的薯蓣丸,就是以山药为主制成的。山药是卫生部公布的药食兼用植物之一,也是我国保健食品重要原料之一。现代药理学研究表明,山药还具有增加血小板数量的功效,山药多糖能够抗氧化、抗衰老。
玫瑰花性温,味甘、微苦,具有行气解郁、疏肝理气、和血散瘀和收敛等多种医疗保健功效。《本草正义》中记载:“玫瑰花,香气最浓,清而不浊,和而不猛,柔肝醒胃,流气活血,宣通窒滞而绝无辛温刚燥之弊。”。玫瑰花不仅具有收敛消炎、调经止带的功效,其活血散瘀,又能解毒消肿,又能消除因内分泌功能紊乱而引起的面部暗疮、色素沉着、黄褐斑等症,起到滋养容颜的作用。
黑米味甘,归经于脏、胃,具有很高的药用价值。在李时珍的《本草纲目》中记载:黑米有滋阴补肾、健脾暖肝、明目活血的功效。我国中医认为黑米具有开胃益中、益气活血、滋阴补肾、养肝明目的作用,而且对头昏、目眩、白发、贫血、腰膝酸软、肾虚水肿、脾胃虚弱等都有一定的疗效,对于妇女产后体虚及贫血也有很好的补养作用,是稻米中的保健珍品。
薏米含蛋白质高达18%~21%、脂肪4%~6%、碳水化合物79.2%,还富含多种维生素(尤其是B族维生素)和人体所需的氨基酸及矿物质等,营养非常丰富。薏米其性甘微寒,有健脾益胃、补肺清热、祛风胜湿、养颜驻容、轻身延年之效。
芡实甘、涩,平,归脾、肾经,能调整脾胃功能,脾健则水湿自去,肾气旺则固摄有权,久久服之,诸症自消。现代医学研究认为,芡实对肾亏脾虚,小便失禁、白带崩下等症,都有一定疗效。
茯苓味甘、淡,性平,归心、肺、脾、肾经,有利尿渗湿、健脾宁心之功。从历代本草记载和古代方剂应用可知,茯苓补肾强壮,止咳化痰,降逆止呕,生津止渴,息风止痉和安胎等功能。
玫瑰茄味酸、性凉,清暑热、止咳嗽、降血压。因富含维生素C、氨基酸、有机酸、黄酮类花青苷等大量营养成分。因其富含花色苷,具有抗氧化、降血脂的功效。
桃仁性平,味苦、甘,主归心、肝、肺、大肠经,为中药中活血化瘀要药。具有破血行瘀、疏通血脉、润燥滑肠的功效,用于治经闭、癓瘕痞块、热病蓄血、风痹、疟疾、跌打损伤、淤血肿痛、血燥便秘等症。
代代花性微寒,气香,味微苦,用于胸腹闷胀痛、消化不良、痰饮等症,现代常用于疏肝理气、消食和胃、理气化痰、解郁及妇科疾病等。
白芷性温,气芳香,味辛、微苦,具有散风除湿、通窍止痛、消肿排脓的作用。现代医学研究表明,白芷具有具有舒张动脉血管、加快血液流动、改变血液性质、止痛、抗氧化的作用。
本发明组合物包含有普通食品原料黑豆、黑米、薏米,以及2018年国家食品药品监督管理总局公示的《卫生部关于进一步规范保健食品原料管理的通知》的规定中,药食同源的物品山药、代代花、白芷、芡实、桃仁、茯苓,以及可用于保健食品的物品玫瑰花和玫瑰茄。
中医认为月经的产生与调节是肾、天癸、冲任协调作用于子宫的结果。而本组合物中黑豆能补肾活血;山药能益气养阴、补脾肺肾;黑米可滋阴补肾、健脾暖肝;薏米健脾补肺;芡实补益脾肾;茯苓健脾宁心;六味原料相须为用,起到健脾补肾的功效。脾为后天之本,气血生化之源,脾气充盈,则气血化生顺畅;肾藏精,精血同源。故健脾补肾能精血充盛,血海定期满溢,宫藏泄有期,出现正常生理现象——月经。
组合物中玫瑰花疏肝行气、和血散瘀;代代花能疏肝理气,二药均能疏肝,中医中有“肝肾同源”之说,肝藏血,肾藏精,肝气条达,则血行而不滞。桃仁能破血行瘀、疏通血脉;白芷性温味辛,辛能散能行,能够保证经血畅通。玫瑰茄酸涩收敛,使桃仁、白芷活血之功不至于太过。
本发明组合物组中各原料不仅安全性高,且针对月经先后不定期、月经量少、色紫有块、痛经等症状,依据肾主生殖理论,以调补阴阳、兼顾气血和藏泻适时为治疗原则进行组方,配伍合理科学,从而达到改善月经不调的保健功能。

以下结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式进行更加详细的说明,以便能够更好地理解本发明的方案以及其各个方面的优点。然而,以下描述的具体实施方式和实施例仅是说明的目的,而不是对本发明的限制。
本发明所用原料药或辅料,如未特别说明,均为可以通过市购获得的常规产品。
实施例1
本发明组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤⑴原料预处理:使用前剔除黑豆、茯苓、山药、桃仁、白芷、黑米、薏米、芡实、玫瑰茄中的杂质,除桃仁,其余原料用水洗净;去除玫瑰花、代代花的花托,取其花瓣待用;
步骤⑵原料的烘干:将洗净的茯苓、山药、白芷、玫瑰茄及玫瑰花、代代花花瓣65±5℃烘干;
步骤⑶原料的炒制:将洗净的黑豆、黑米、薏米、芡实晾干,经炒制熟化;将除杂后的桃仁经炒制熟化;
步骤⑷原料粉碎:按配比取经过烘干、炒制的原料称量,黑豆:192g、山药:170g、玫瑰花:110g、黑米:100g、薏米:65g;芡实:55g;茯苓:35g、玫瑰茄:20g、桃仁:0.9g、白芷:0.5g、代代花:0.5g,粉碎成粗粉过40目筛,再与辅料和矫味剂混合,经超微粉碎机粉碎过200目筛,混匀。
实施例2
本实施例通过临床资料进一步阐述本发明的效果。
一、临床观察样本量:治疗组50例,
二、病例纳入、排除标准:
1、纳入标准:月经初潮2年后,年龄16-45岁,符合中医诊断标准:月经先期、月经后期、月经先后无定期、月经过多、月经过少、经期延长。
2、排除标准:为绝经期综合征、功能性失调子宫出血者;生殖器官器质性病变引起的月经失调者;宫内节育器或输卵管结扎术后引起的月经不调者;有严重的心、肝、肾器质性损害者。
三、治疗方案
实施例1步骤(4)所得粗粉,每日3次,每次16.8g(烘干、炒制后的生药),连续服用3个月经周期。
四、疗效观察指标及标准
1、疗效观察指标:统计受试者月经不调临床治疗疗效;干预治疗前和干预治疗后患者月经量评分、月经周期评分、伴随症状评分(无症状或正常为0分,轻度1分,中度2分,重度3分。总分越高表示症状越严重)的差异。
2、疗效评定标准;
疗效指数(n)=(治疗前总积分-治疗后总积分)/治疗前总积分×100%
痊愈:经期恢复至正常,临床症状全部消失,停止干预治疗后病情无复发,疗效指数≥95%。
显效:经期基本恢复正常,临床症状显著缓解,停止干预治疗后病情无复发,疗效指数≥70%,<95%。
有效:经期不调现象有所改善,临床症状有所缓解,停止干预治疗后见病情复发,疗效指数≥30%,<70%。
无效:经期不调无改善甚至加重<30%。
临床治疗有效率=(痊愈+显效+有效)/总例数×100%
五、观察结果
连续服用3个月经周期后,实施例1治疗组患者中,临床有效治疗率为88%,具体结果见表1。

以上结果表明,实施例1制备所得粗粉可显著改善月经不调。
实施例3
冲调粉在冲调时需要有较好的口感及冲调性,且达到不结团,形成的糊状物黏性适度。故需要加入辅料和矫味剂。
具体评价方法:
(1)分散时间:称取样品10g,通过漏斗加入100mL去离子水中,水温80℃,以速率30r/min搅拌均匀,记录粉体从搅拌开始到全部分散所需时间,即为分散时间。分散时间越短越好。
(2)沉淀率:称取样品50g,加入70℃水200mL,3000r/min离心15min,弃去上层清液,沉淀质量称重,记为m。沉淀率(%)=m/50×100%。沉淀率越低越好。
(3)分散稳定性:取5g样品,溶于35mL去离子水中,分散均匀后,记录粉体开始静止时间到其分层时间,即为分散稳定性。时间越长越好。
(4)吸湿率:称取适量样品置于30℃,相对湿度为80%的条件下存放24小时,分别记录吸湿前后样品质量。吸湿率(%)=(吸湿后样品质量-样品重量)/样品重量×100%。吸湿率越低越好。
(5)感官评价:取样品20g,加入200mL去离子水进行冲调,选择10名专业人员按照感官评分标准对其香味、冲调性、口感进行评分,总评分为三项评分之和。感官评定见表2。

3.1不同辅料对冲调粉评价结果的影响
称取实施例1中的原料粗粉74g为一份,共8份,分别加入不同辅料,见表3。

由表3可知,优选麦芽糊精和奶粉做为辅料,进一步地,当原料粗粉:麦芽糊精:奶粉=74:11:11时,评价结果最好,故原料粗粉:麦芽糊精:奶粉优选的重量比为74:11:11。
3.2不同矫味剂对冲调粉评价结果的影响
称取原料粗粉74g,麦芽糊精11g、奶粉11g,分别加入不同矫味剂并调试其用量,见表4。

由表4可知,矫味剂优选木糖醇、樱桃果粉、三氯蔗糖,进一步地,当原料粗粉:木糖醇:樱桃果粉:三氯蔗糖=74:6.6:3:0.01时,感官评价综合评分最高,故原料粗粉:木糖醇:樱桃果粉:三氯蔗糖优选的重量比为74:6.6:3:0.01。
实施例4
一种改善月经不调的冲调营养粉,由以下重量份的组分组成:黑豆:19.2份,山药:17份;玫瑰花:11份;黑米:10份;薏米:6.5份;芡实:5.5份;茯苓:3.5份;玫瑰茄:2份;桃仁:0.09份;白芷:0.05份;代代花:0.05份;麦芽糊精11份;奶粉11份;木糖醇6.6份;樱桃果粉3份;三氯蔗糖0.01份。
本发明所述的冲调营养粉制备方法包括以下步骤:
⑴原料预处理:剔除黑豆、茯苓、山药、桃仁、白芷、黑米、薏米、芡实、玫瑰茄中的杂质,取玫瑰花、代代花花瓣,用水洗净;
⑵原料的烘干:将洗净的茯苓、山药、白芷、玫瑰茄及玫瑰花、代代花花瓣50℃烘干;
⑶原料的炒制:将洗净的黑豆、黑米、薏米、芡实晾干,经炒制熟化;将桃仁经炒制熟化;
⑷原料粉碎:按配比取经过烘干、炒制的原料称量,先粉碎成粗粉,再与麦芽糊精、奶粉、樱桃果粉、木糖醇、三氯蔗糖混合,粉碎成细粉,过200目筛;
⑸包装、灭菌:将制得的细粉装袋后、灭菌,即得冲调营养粉。
实施例5
一种改善月经不调的饼干,由以下重量份的组分组成:黑豆:18份,山药:17份;玫瑰花:10份;黑米:10份;薏米:6份;芡实:6份;茯苓:5份;玫瑰茄:4份;桃仁:0.1份;白芷:0.08份;代代花:0.08份;低筋面粉20份;黄油20份;白砂糖15份;鸡蛋8份;奶粉8份;泡打粉1份。
本发明所述的饼干制备方法包括以下步骤:
⑴原料预处理:使用前剔除黑豆、茯苓、山药、桃仁、白芷、黑米、薏米、芡实、玫瑰茄中的杂质,除桃仁,其余原料用水洗净;去除玫瑰花、代代花的花托,取其花瓣待用;
⑵原料的烘干:将洗净的茯苓、山药、白芷、玫瑰茄及玫瑰花瓣、代代花花瓣60℃烘干;
⑶原料的粉碎:按配比取经过预处理及烘干的原料称量,先粉碎成粗粉,再经超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉;
⑷调配:将放置室温软化的黄油打发,依次加入白砂糖、鸡蛋、低筋面粉打发顺滑,按配比加入超微细粉奶粉、泡打粉;
⑸和面:将上述原料和成面团静置20min;
⑹烘焙:将面团分成合适大小,置于200℃烤箱中,烘烤15min后取出放凉。即得到饼干。
实施例6
一种改善月经不调的营养棒,由以下重量份的组分组成:黑豆:15份,山药:10份;玫瑰花:8份;黑米:8份;薏米:5份;芡实:5份;茯苓:3份;玫瑰茄:2份;桃仁:0.07份;白芷:0.06份;代代花:0.06份;低筋面粉26份;高筋面粉4份;黄油18份;白砂糖12份;麦芽糊精7份;鸡蛋4份;食盐0.5份。
本发明所述的营养棒制备方法包括以下步骤:
⑴原料预处理:使用前剔除黑豆、茯苓、山药、桃仁、白芷、黑米、薏米、芡实、玫瑰茄中的杂质,除桃仁,其余原料用水洗净、烘干;去除玫瑰花、代代花的花托,取其花瓣待用;
⑵原料的粉碎:按配比取经预处理过后的黑豆、茯苓、山药、白芷、黑米、薏米、芡实,用微粉碎机粉碎,过80目筛;按配比取经预处理过后桃仁、玫瑰茄、玫瑰花、代代花研磨成小颗粒或小块状;
⑶调配:将软化后的黄油打发,加入鸡蛋、白砂糖继续打发,按配比加入上述已粉碎的原料、低筋面粉、高筋面粉、麦芽糊精、食盐;
⑷和面:充分混匀上述原料及辅料并和成面团,置于模具中,充分挤压成型,使得表面平整,将面团放入冰箱冷冻1.5h;
⑸烘焙:将冻硬的面团取出,用刀切成条状,置于200℃烤箱中,然后烘焙20min。

Claims (10)
1.一种改善月经不调的组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:
黑豆:1-25份;山药:1-25份;玫瑰花:1-15份;黑米:1-15份;薏米:1-10份;芡实:1-10份;茯苓:1-8份;玫瑰茄:0.1-5份;桃仁:0.01-0.5份;白芷:0.01-0.5份;代代花:0.01-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:
黑豆:10-20份;山药:8-19份;玫瑰花:5-12份;黑米:5-12份;薏米:3-8份;芡实:3-8份;茯苓:2.5-6份;玫瑰茄:1-4.5份;桃仁:0.05-0.2份;白芷:0.04-0.1份;代代花:0.04-0.1份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:
黑豆:19.2份;山药:17份;玫瑰花:11份;黑米:10份;薏米:6.5份;芡实:5.5份;茯苓:3.5份;玫瑰茄:2份;桃仁:0.09份;白芷:0.05份;代代花:0.05份。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述组合物在制备改善月经不调的药物、保健品或食品中的应用。
5.一种药物、保健品或食品,其特征在于,含有权利要求1-3任一项具有改善月经不调功能的组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的保健品或食品,其特征在于,该保健品或食品为冲调营养粉、饼干或营养棒。
7.权利要求6所述的保健品或食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
⑴原料预处理:剔除黑豆、茯苓、山药、桃仁、白芷、黑米、薏米、芡实、玫瑰茄中的杂质,取玫瑰花、代代花花瓣,用水洗净;
⑵原料的烘干:将洗净的茯苓、山药、白芷、玫瑰茄及玫瑰花、代代花花瓣烘干;
⑶原料的炒制:将洗净的黑豆、黑米、薏米、芡实晾干,经炒制熟化;将桃仁经炒制熟化;
⑷原料粉碎:按配比取经过烘干、炒制的原料称量,先粉碎成粗粉,即原料粗粉,再与辅料和/或矫味剂混合,粉碎成细粉,过筛;
⑸包装、灭菌:将制得的细粉装袋后、灭菌,即得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,所述步骤(4)添加的辅料包括麦芽糊精、奶粉、微晶纤维素、糊精、淀粉中的一种或几种;添加的矫味剂包括白砂糖、木糖醇、甘露醇、樱桃果粉、三氯蔗糖中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)的辅料包括麦芽糊精、奶粉中的一种或两种;所述矫味剂包括木糖醇、樱桃果粉、三氯蔗糖中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,原料粗粉:麦芽糊精:奶粉:木糖醇:樱桃果粉:三氯蔗糖的重量配比为74:11:11:6.6:3:0.01。
