本发明的一种整体塑料联箱管的塑料金属复合暖气片,包括:整体塑料联箱管1、塑料水道2、金属散热体3,所述,整体塑料联箱管1为两根塑料管,在两根塑料管上对应设有多对联排通孔,两端管口为散热器进出水口;所述塑料水道2的外表面与金属散热体3的内孔表面紧密贴合,二者复合成为单柱散热体;所述多个单柱散热体排列,散热体内塑料管两端口分别与两个整体塑料联箱管1上的镜像通孔一一对应同时熔接连通。采用整体塑料联箱管代替由多个塑料三通熔接而成的联箱管,使生产工艺和工序简化、生产效率提高成本降低、熔接口少可靠性增强。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种暖气片,尤其涉及一种整体塑料联箱管的塑料金属复合暖气片。
背景技术:
现有技术中,塑料金属复合暖气片,全部采用由多个塑料三通相互熔接组成的分体式塑料联箱管的结构,即:注塑成型塑料三通分别熔接在金属散热体内塑料水道口两端制成单柱散热体;若干个单柱散热体两端的塑料三通相互之间联排热熔连接。这种结构方式的塑料金属复合暖气片,生产工艺复杂、效率低、成本高、熔接口多可靠性差。
发明内容:
为解决现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供了一种整体塑料联箱管的塑料金属复合暖气片,以整体塑料联箱管替代塑料三通联箱管,无需先制成塑料三通,无需塑料三通之间的热熔连接,使生产工艺和工序简化、生产效率提高、成本降低、熔接口少可靠性增强。
为实现上述目的,本发明的整体塑料联箱管的塑料金属复合暖气片,包括:整体塑料联箱管、塑料水道、金属散热体,所述,整体塑料联箱管为两根塑料管,在两根塑料管上对应设有多对联排通孔,两端管口为散热器进出水口;所述塑料水道的外表面与金属散热体的内孔表面紧密贴合,二者复合成为单柱散热体;所述多个单柱散热体联排排列,散热体内塑料水道两端口分别与两个塑料联箱管上的镜像联排通孔一一对应熔接连通。
作为对发明的限定,所述整体塑料联箱管为两根圆形或异形塑料管,塑料管面上对应设有多对联排的通孔,通孔的孔距大于或等于单柱散热体的宽度。
作为对发明的限定,所述整体塑料联箱管两端为暖气片的进出水口。
作为对发明的限定,所述多个单柱散热体联排排列,散热体内塑料水道的两端口与整体联箱管上的联排通孔一一对应同时热熔连通。
上述技术方案,其有益效果如下:采用整体塑料联箱管代替由多个塑料三通熔接而成的联箱管,使生产工艺和工序简化、生产效率提高成本降低、熔接口少可靠性增强。

具体实施方式:
本发明提供一种整体塑料联箱管的塑料金属复合暖气片,包括:整体塑料联箱管1、塑料水道2、金属散热体3,所述,整体塑料联箱管1为两根D形或异形塑料管,在两塑料管上对应设有多对联排的通孔4,通孔的距离等于或大于金属散热体3的宽度,整体塑料联箱管1两端管口为散热器进出水口;所述塑料水道2为塑料管,金属散热体3内部设有管道,管道直径与塑料水道2外径过盈配合,塑料水道2的外表面与金属散热体3的内管道表面紧密贴合,塑料水道2略长于金属散热体3,两端可以露出金属散热体3,二者复合成为单柱散热体;所述多个单柱散热体3联排排列,金属散热体3内的塑料水道2两端端口分别与两个整体塑料联箱管1上的镜像联排通孔一一对应同时熔接连通。
示意图3为本发明另外一种实施方案,该方案与上述方案不同之处是,在单柱散热体与整体塑料联箱管1之间设有塑料管接件6,管接件的一端与单柱散热体塑料管口熔接连通,另一端与整体塑料联箱管管孔熔接连通。
虽然在这里描述了本发明用于一种整体塑料联箱管的塑料金属复合暖气片的一些变种,但是应该清楚的是本发明的公开内容和宗旨对于本领域那些技术人员来说将会提出许多其他替代性设计。因此,本发明并不限于上述实施方案,而是在权利要求的范围和精神内可以经过各种修改。

1.一种整体塑料联箱管的塑料金属复合暖气片,包括:整体塑料联箱管、塑料水道、金属散热体,包括以下步骤:在两根整体塑料联箱管上对应设有多对联排通孔,两端管口为散热器进出水口;所述塑料水道的外表面与金属散热体的内孔表面紧密贴合,二者复合成为单柱散热体;所述多个单柱散热体联排排列,单柱散热体两端塑料水道口分别与两个整体塑料联箱管上的镜像联排通孔一一对应同时熔接连通。
2.按照权利要求1所述一种整体塑料联箱管的塑料金属复合暖气片,其特征在于:联箱管为整体塑料联箱管。
3.按照权利要求1所述一种整体塑料联箱管的塑料金属复合暖气片,其特征在于:整体塑料联箱管上设有联排的通孔。
4.按照权利要求1所述一种整体塑料联箱管的塑料金属复合暖气片,其特征在于:整体塑料联箱管与单柱散热体同时熔接连通。
