Abstract

本发明涉及一种采用柔性轴联接器的同向锥双齿轮箱,输入轴、齿轮轴、传动轴一、传动轴二平行安装在箱体的传动箱体内,齿轮轴上安装小齿轮,小齿轮与输入轴的齿轮啮合连接,齿轮轴啮合连接安装在传动轴一上的大齿轮,传动轴一上安装过渡轮一,过渡轮一与传安装在传动轴二上的过渡轮二啮合连接,所述输出长轴、传动轴三、输出短轴安装在箱体的分配箱体内,传动轴一与传动轴三之间采用柔性轴联接器连接,输出长轴通过渐开线花键与传动轴二连接,传动轴三上安装左旋分配齿轮,输出短轴上安装右旋分配齿轮,左、右旋分配齿轮采用普通圆柱斜齿轮结构。本发明使用柔性轴联接器连接传动轴一与传动轴三,不仅减少安装空间,并且扭矩高,噪音小,加工、安装方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于塑料挤出行业的齿轮箱,尤其是一种同向锥双齿轮箱。
背景技术
同向锥双齿轮箱是塑料挤出行业中广泛应用的重要部件,主要作用是减速、改变传动方向。现有同向锥双齿轮箱分配齿轮承扭力小,易损坏。因此,需要采用柔性轴联轴器来形成夹角,用标准的圆柱齿轮替代传统锥双上用的圆柱锥形齿轮,变化后的优点是扭矩高、噪音小、占用空间小。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有同向锥双齿轮箱分配齿轮承扭力小,易损坏;而提供一种采用柔性轴联轴器的同向锥双齿轮箱,该同向锥双齿轮箱中的分配齿轮接触面增加,负载能力加大,有效延长整体齿轮箱使用寿命,降低维修成本。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种采用柔性轴联接器的同向锥双齿轮箱,包括箱体、输入轴、齿轮轴、小齿轮、大齿轮、过渡轮一、过渡轮二、传动轴一、传动轴二、传动轴三、输出长轴、输出短轴、左旋分配齿轮、右旋分配齿轮,所述输入轴、齿轮轴、传动轴一、传动轴二平行安装在箱体的传动箱体内,齿轮轴上安装小齿轮,小齿轮与输入轴的齿轮啮合连接,齿轮轴啮合连接安装在传动轴一上的大齿轮,传动轴一上安装过渡轮一,过渡轮一与传安装在传动轴二上的过渡轮二啮合连接,所述输出长轴、传动轴三、输出短轴安装在箱体的分配箱体内,所述传动轴一与传动轴三之间采用柔性轴联接器连接,所述输出长轴通过渐开线花键与传动轴二连接,所述传动轴三上安装左旋分配齿轮,输出短轴上安装右旋分配齿轮,左旋分配齿轮与右旋分配齿轮啮合连接,左、右旋分配齿轮采用普通圆柱斜齿轮结构。
进一步,所述输出长轴和输出短轴上分别装有花键套。
进一步,所述传动轴一轴线与传动轴三轴线小角度相交,传动轴三和输出短轴的平行。
进一步,所述柔性轴联接器为内外齿啮合结构,外齿经过修鼓。
进一步,所述传动轴二上通过胀套配合连接过渡轮,
进一步,所述输出长轴上安装推力轴承,所述传动轴二尾端增设推力球轴承并用螺柱连接输出长轴,防止反推力。
进一步,所述齿轮箱的传动箱体和分配箱体为一体,保证加工的准确性和防止渗油。
本发明的有益效果在于:1.传动轴一与传动轴三之间采用柔性轴联轴器连接,在安装时产生夹角,保证传动轴三和输出短轴的平行,左、右旋分配齿轮采用普通圆柱斜齿轮结构;2.胀套与过渡轮二配合安装在传动轴二上,在两根输出花键轴处在同相位时紧固账套螺钉,保证输出花键同相位;3.推力轴承安装在输出长轴上,在传动轴二尾端增加推力球轴承并用螺柱连接输出长轴为防止反推力;4.齿轮箱传动箱体和分配箱体为一体,保证加工的准确性和防止渗油,提高齿轮箱可靠性。

由图2可见,本发明的采用柔性轴联轴器的同向锥双齿轮箱,包括箱体1、输入轴2、小齿轮3、齿轮轴4、大齿轮5、传动轴一6、过渡轮一7、过渡轮二8、胀套9、传动轴二10、螺柱11、垫圈12、螺母13、锁紧螺母14、垫圈15、定距环16、推力球轴承17、球轴承座18、推力轴19、输出长轴20、柔性轴联接器21、传动轴三22、左旋分配齿轮23、右旋分配齿轮24、输出短轴25、花键套26、连接盘27。
输入轴2、齿轮轴4、传动轴一6、传动轴二10平行安装在箱体1的传动箱体内,齿轮轴4上安装小齿轮3,小齿轮3与输入轴2的齿轮啮合连接,齿轮轴4啮合连接安装在传动轴一6上的大齿轮5,传动轴一6上安装过渡轮一7,过渡轮一7与传安装在传动轴二10上的过渡轮二8啮合连接。传动轴二10输出端连接输出长轴20。输出长轴20、传动轴三22、输出短轴25安装在箱体1的分配箱体内。传动轴一6与传动轴三22之间采用柔性轴联接器21连接,安装在箱体1上时柔性轴联接器21会根据客户要求而产生夹角,输出长轴20通过渐开线花键与传动轴二10连接,推力轴承19安装在输出长轴20上,在传动轴二10尾端增加推力球轴承17,用锁紧螺母14、垫圈15和定距环16固定在传动轴二10上,用螺柱11、连接输出长轴20通过传动轴二10中心通孔到尾端,用垫圈12和螺母13固定,胀套9与过渡轮二8配合安装在传动轴二10上,左旋分配齿轮23安装在传动轴三22上,右旋分配齿轮24安装在输出短轴25上,左旋分配齿轮23和右旋分配齿轮24采用普通圆柱斜齿轮结构,左旋分配齿轮23与右旋分配齿轮24啮合连接。花键套26分别安装在输出长轴20和输出短轴25上,连接盘27与箱体1结合。
由图1、图2、图3可见,齿轮箱箱体1为一整体,保证加工的准确性和防止渗油,提高齿轮箱可靠性。
工作原理:输入轴2通过小齿轮4带动齿轮轴3转动,齿轮轴3与大齿轮5配合带动传动轴一6转动,传动轴一6上的过渡轮一7与传动轴二10上的过渡轮二8配合,带动传动轴二10,传动轴二10通过渐开线花键连接带动输出长轴20的转动,传动轴一6采用柔性轴联接器连接带动传动轴三22转动,传动轴三22上左旋分配齿轮23与输出短轴25上右旋分配齿轮24配合,使得输出短轴转动,因此两个输出轴输出方向相同。
本发明摈弃了传统锥双齿轮箱变齿厚锥齿轮的设计思路,创造性的使用柔性轴联接器连接齿轮箱内部的传动轴一与传动轴三。避免了锥齿轮加工、装配难度大的问题,提高齿面接触强度,不仅减少安装空间,并且扭矩高,噪音小,加工、安装方便。

1.一种采用柔性轴联接器的同向锥双齿轮箱,包括箱体、输入轴、齿轮轴、小齿轮、大齿轮、过渡轮一、过渡轮二、传动轴一、传动轴二、传动轴三、输出长轴、输出短轴、左旋分配齿轮、右旋分配齿轮,所述输入轴、齿轮轴、传动轴一、传动轴二平行安装在箱体的传动箱体内,齿轮轴上安装小齿轮,小齿轮与输入轴的齿轮啮合连接,齿轮轴啮合连接安装在传动轴一上的大齿轮,传动轴一上安装过渡轮一,过渡轮一与传安装在传动轴二上的过渡轮二啮合连接,所述输出长轴、传动轴三、输出短轴安装在箱体的分配箱体内,其特征在于:所述传动轴一与传动轴三之间采用柔性轴联接器连接,所述输出长轴通过渐开线花键与传动轴二连接,所述传动轴三上安装左旋分配齿轮,输出短轴上安装右旋分配齿轮,左旋分配齿轮与右旋分配齿轮啮合连接,左、右旋分配齿轮采用普通圆柱斜齿轮结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性轴联接器的同向锥双齿轮箱,其特征在于:所述输出长轴和输出短轴上分别装有花键套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性轴联接器的同向锥双齿轮箱,其特征在于:所述传动轴一轴线与传动轴三轴线小角度相交,传动轴三和输出短轴的平行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔性轴联接器的同向锥双齿轮箱,其特征在于:所述柔性轴联接器为内外齿啮合结构,外齿经过修鼓。
5.根据权利要求1所述的采用柔性轴联接器的同向锥双齿轮箱,其特征在于:所述传动轴二上通过胀套配合连接过渡轮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的采用柔性轴联接器的同向锥双齿轮箱,其特征在于:所述输出长轴上安装推力轴承,所述传动轴二尾端增设推力球轴承并用螺柱连接输出长轴,防止反推力。
