发明内容:本发明技术中设置两部电磁铁实施门的开启,其中一部是执行第一实施门开启的电磁铁,第二部作为备份备用电磁铁。
附图说明:图1是配置两部电磁铁开启门锁关闭后状态的主视图,图2是图1的A-A剖面图,图3是图1的左视图,配置两部电磁铁开启门锁结构由锁体(1)、锁销(2)、锁扣(3)、锁扣轴(4)、驱动锁扣(3)弹簧(5)、弹簧定位轴(6)、驱动锁销(2)弹簧(7)、锁销(2)盖(8)、电磁铁(9)、电磁铁(10)、锁体盖(11)、锁勾(12)构成。图4所示是门开启电磁铁(9)启动后压缩弹簧7至图示位置及锁销(2)脱开锁扣(3)状态图,图5所示是门开后锁销(2)和锁扣(3)及弹簧(5)、锁勾(12)所处位置状态图,图6所示是在门关闭过程中锁勾(12)冲击下锁销(2)、锁扣(3)、弹簧(5)、弹簧(7)、锁勾(12)所处位置状态图,电磁铁(9)和电磁铁(10)的拉动杆及锁销(2)之间通过T形槽形式串接,电磁铁(9)和电磁铁(10)的电磁拉动杆及锁销(2)共用一个回位弹簧(7)。工作原理:门在关闭状态下启动电磁铁(9)后电磁拉动杆被电磁铁(9)电磁的拉动,在克服弹簧(7)弹力将锁销(2)脱离锁扣(3),锁扣(3)在没有束缚情况下锁扣(3)在弹簧(5)胀力作用下旋转将锁勾(12)弹开门即被打开,门打开后锁销(2)在弹簧(7)弹力作用下下端面贴在锁扣(3)外圆弧面上。当门在关闭时,锁扣(3)在锁勾(12)冲击下锁扣(3)回转将贴在锁扣(3)外圆弧面上的锁销(2)在弹簧(7)弹力作用下向下滑动,当滑到给定位置时将锁扣(3)牢牢卡住将锁勾(12)含在锁扣(3)内门被关闭,即完成了一次门开闭循环。电磁铁(9)是执行第一实施门开启的电磁铁,电磁铁(10)是门开启的备份备用电磁铁。技术特征在于执行第一实施门开启的电磁铁(9)由于常时间执行实施门开启或者由于潮湿等因素燒毁门打不开时,备份电磁铁(10)通过控制电路转换开关转换即可以实施开门避免了破坏性开门,不仅降低了损失在修锁方面也提供了方便,电磁铁(9)和电磁铁(10)的电磁拉力及弹簧(7)和弹簧(5)弹力应按照锁的功能要求匹配。
具体实施方式:
本专利技术的产品适宜替换当前应用的各种绞链开闭的门上,锁勾(15)对应锁扣(3)给定位置固定在门框上。电动机启动控制方式采用专利号:ZL201310577133.0专利技术的密码电子控制电路控制适用性佳。
