Claims (15)

1.一种电磁开门装置,所述电磁开门装置具有用于装配到门框架中的开门装置壳体,具有可在打开位置和闭合位置之间旋转的铰链活片,并且具有对抗将所述活片从所述闭合位置强制扭曲到所述打开位置的安全装置,所述安全装置包括第一级安全阶段和第二级安全阶段,
其特征在于:
所述第二级安全阶段包括锁定构件(115),所述锁定构件(115)被在形式锁定中支撑紧贴所述开门装置壳体(101)的所述壳体底板(107)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,所述第一级安全阶段包括杠杆(111)、杠杆(113)和壳体底板(107)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,所述第二级安全阶段的所述锁定构件(115)包括杠杆(115)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,所述杠杆(115)在从所述闭合位置到所述打开位置的打开操作期间形成由杠杆(115)和杠杆(117)组成的第一传动链和由杠杆(111)和杠杆(113)组成的第二传动链。
5.根据权利要求3所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,所述杠杆(111)包括杠杆枢转轴线(135),并且所述杠杆(115)包括杠杆枢转轴线(133),其垂直于彼此地对齐。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,所述杠杆(115)包括杠杆枢转轴线(123),所述杠杆枢转轴线(123)平行于所述杠杆枢转轴线(133)延伸。
7.根据权利要求3至6所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,在所述闭合位置中,杠杆(117)使用止动销(127)紧贴所述杠杆(115)停靠。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,所述杠杆(117)包括用于把所述杠杆(113)阻挡在所述闭合位置中的阻挡元件(131)。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,还包括提升磁体(103)和与其连接的柱塞中心销(105),其中,所述柱塞中心销(105)在从所述闭合位置到所述打开位置的打开操作期间作用在所述杠杆(115)上,并且导致所述杠杆(115)旋转。
10.根据权利要求9所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,所述杠杆(115)的旋转还使使用所述止动销(127)紧贴所述杠杆(115)停靠的所述杠杆(117)旋转。
11.根据权利要求10所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,所述杠杆(117)随着所述止动销(127)的旋转从所述杠杆(113)释放所述阻挡元件(131),并且释放所述杠杆(113)的旋转锁。
12.根据权利要求2至11中任一项所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,所述杠杆(111)包括倾斜表面(139),所述倾斜表面(139)在所述闭合位置中在与所述杠杆(113)的互补的倾斜表面(141)的形式锁定接触中。
13.根据权利要求12所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,在所述杠杆(117)旋转时,在所述杠杆(111)和所述杠杆(113)之间的倾斜表面接触导致门打开。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,所述铰链活片(109)包括凹槽(145),所述凹槽(145)适用于开门装置冲击螺栓(5)的锁定闩锁(7)。
15.根据权利要求14所述的电磁开门装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽(145)包括在所述锁的侧面上的底切(147)。
