技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封脂,特别涉及一种用于隧道施工的钻杆螺纹密封脂。
背景技术
普通的油基脂螺纹脂在上扣前是黏稠膏状,在上扣后状态不发生任何变化,但在承受高温蒸汽时,会逐渐失去其部分组分,并最终呈干涸粉末状,无法继续发挥其辅助密封与抗黏扣的作用,从而导致热量散失。由于原有的A IP螺纹脂中含有大量的重金属铅、锌等,在螺纹上扣过程中及上扣后,螺纹脂可能随油脂流出,对周围的环境和水资源造成污染;另外,使用过的螺纹脂容器及残留物也对环境污染较大。国外一些发达国家象日本、美国、加拿大等,为解决环境污染问题研究出一种绿色产品。该产品是不含铅、锌的油基脂螺纹脂,解决了油田现场污染问题,但由于螺纹脂载体仍然是油脂,而填充物采用聚四氟乙烯(特氟隆PTFE),残留物的清理和处理仍存在污染问题;另外,对这些产品进行全尺寸油套管性能评价,产品的润滑性和密封性达不到令人满意的结果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于隧道施工的钻杆螺纹密封脂,该产品无铅、无重金属、无毒、无非生物降解成分,润滑性好,可防止粘扣现象产生。
本发明的用于隧道施工的钻杆螺纹密封脂,所述密封脂原料按重量份包括以下组分:甲基丙烯酸二缩三乙二醇双酯30-40份、聚2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚2-6份、聚醋酸乙烯酯5-10份、苯乙烯弹性体5-10份、硅藻土10-20份、碳酸钙5-15份、陶瓷颗粒5-15份、二氧化硅1-5份、异丙苯过氧化氢1-4份、N-甲基二乙醇胺3-8份、酸化糖精5-10份、阻聚剂1-3份、抗氧剂1-5份、增粘剂1-3份;
所述陶瓷颗粒的粒径为2.8μm;
所述SiO2经下述方式处理:将经400℃活化处理5h的SiO2与γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合后共同分散于经3A分子筛除水的甲苯中,超声分散10min,加热回流24h后冷却,然后以13000r/min离心分离,沉淀用无水乙醇洗涤数次后干燥,按重量比SiO2:γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷:甲苯=1:2:30;
所述增粘剂为松香甘油醇15份、烷基酚醛树脂25份、苯乙烯树脂5份和二甲苯树脂10的混合物,按重量比松香甘油醇:烷基酚醛树脂;苯乙烯树脂:二甲苯树脂=3:5:1:2。
所述碳酸钙经下述方式处理:将碳酸钙在搅拌速度为10000r/min下搅拌80min后与六偏磷酸钠和硅酸钠混合,超声处理5min,所述六偏磷酸钠的添加量为占碳酸钙的重量比为2%,所述硅酸钠的添加量为占碳酸钙的重量比为0.1%;

本发明的有益效果:本发明的用于隧道施工的钻杆螺纹密封脂,浸润性好,密封脂可充分填充螺纹所有可能泄漏通道,并固化形成一种弹塑体聚合物,在螺纹表面形成密封层,使密封处没有空穴和缝隙,因此不会存留潮气或其它腐蚀性物质,减少了腐蚀作用,密封性好,同时具有良好的耐热性及耐寒性、耐高压性以及不老化性能,该产品无铅、无重金属、无毒、无非生物降解成分,润滑性好,可防止粘扣现象产生。

1.一种用于隧道施工的钻杆螺纹密封脂,其特征在于:所述密封脂原料按重量份包括以下组分:甲基丙烯酸二缩三乙二醇双酯30-40份、聚2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚2-6份、聚醋酸乙烯酯5-10份、苯乙烯弹性体5-10份、硅藻土10-20份、碳酸钙5-15份、陶瓷颗粒5-15份、二氧化硅1-5份、异丙苯过氧化氢1-4份、N-甲基二乙醇胺3-8份、酸化糖精5-10份、阻聚剂1-3份、抗氧剂1-5份、增粘剂1-3份;
所述陶瓷颗粒的粒径为2.8μm;
所述SiO2经下述方式处理:将经400℃活化处理5h的SiO2与γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合后共同分散于经3A分子筛除水的甲苯中,超声分散10min,加热回流24h后冷却,然后以13000r/min离心分离,沉淀用无水乙醇洗涤数次后干燥,按重量比SiO2:γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷:甲苯=1:2:30;
所述增粘剂为松香甘油醇15份、烷基酚醛树脂25份、苯乙烯树脂5份和二甲苯树脂10的混合物,按重量比松香甘油醇:烷基酚醛树脂;苯乙烯树脂:二甲苯树脂=3:5:1:2。
所述碳酸钙经下述方式处理:将碳酸钙在搅拌速度为10000r/min下搅拌80min后与六偏磷酸钠和硅酸钠混合,超声处理5min,所述六偏磷酸钠的添加量为占碳酸钙的重量比为2%,所述硅酸钠的添加量为占碳酸钙的重量比为0.1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于隧道施工的钻杆螺纹密封脂,其特征在于:所述密封脂原料按重量份包括以下组分:甲基丙烯酸二缩三乙二醇双酯35份、聚2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚4份、聚醋酸乙烯酯8份、苯乙烯弹性体8份、硅藻土15份、碳酸钙10份、陶瓷颗粒10份、二氧化硅3份、异丙苯过氧化氢2份、N-甲基二乙醇胺5份、酸化糖精8份、阻聚剂2份、抗氧剂3份、增粘剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于隧道施工的钻杆螺纹密封脂,其特征在于:所述苯乙烯弹性体为Taipol SEBS。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于隧道施工的钻杆螺纹密封脂,其特征在于:所述阻聚剂为2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚与铜盐的混合物,所述2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚与铜盐的重量比为5:1。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于隧道施工的钻杆螺纹密封脂,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、烷基化基-α-萘胺和迷迭香的复配;按质量比2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚:烷基化基-α-萘胺:迷迭香=4:2:1。
