Abstract
The invention provides a novel cab roof system which comprises a roof assembly and a roof heat cover, wherein a left side bracket, a right side bracket and a middle bracket are respectively arranged at the left side, the right side and the middle of the upper end of the roof assembly, the left side bracket, the right side bracket and the middle bracket are all pi-shaped brackets, the transverse parts of the pi-shaped brackets are detachably connected with the roof assembly, the supporting legs of the pi-shaped brackets are detachably connected with the roof heat cover, and a heat insulation gap exists between the roof heat cover and the roof assembly along the height direction of the roof heat cover. The invention has simple structure and reasonable design, can meet the normal working requirement of the cab and the requirement of hot areas on the internal temperature comfort of the cab by adopting the design of the double-layer top cover, and is worth popularizing.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of heavy-duty car cabs, in particular to a novel cab roof system.
Background
Currently, heavy-duty car markets have certain demands for double-deck roof cabs, particularly in southern areas and in harbor and Australian areas, and common single-deck roof cabs cannot meet the demands of the areas for cab comfort in hot summer. In view of this, we need to design and develop a double-deck top cap driver's cabin, both need satisfy the normal work demand of driver's cabin, need satisfy the requirement of hot district to the inside temperature travelling comfort of driver's cabin again to borrow current spare part as far as possible, improve the commonality of part.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and designs a novel cab top cover system which is reasonable in structural design, attractive and concise in appearance and convenient to assemble and disassemble, so that the normal working requirements of a cab can be met, and the requirements of hot areas on the internal temperature comfort of the cab can be met.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the invention provides a novel cab top cover system which comprises a top cover assembly, a top heat cover and a bracket, wherein the top heat cover is connected with the top cover assembly through the bracket, and a heat insulation gap exists between the top heat cover and the top cover assembly along the height direction of the top heat cover.

The invention provides a novel cab top cover system which comprises a top cover assembly 1, a top heat cover 2 and a support, wherein the top heat cover 2 is connected with the top cover assembly 1 through the support, a heat insulation gap is formed between the top heat cover 2 and the top cover assembly 1 along the height direction of the top heat cover assembly, and the heat insulation gap is set to be 30-60 mm.
The support respectively comprises a left side support 3 arranged on the left side of the upper end of the top cover assembly 1, a right side support 4 arranged on the right side of the upper end of the top cover assembly 1 and a middle support arranged in the middle of the upper end of the top cover assembly 1, wherein the left side support 3, the right side support 4 and the middle support are all pi-shaped supports, the transverse parts of the pi-shaped supports are detachably connected with the top cover assembly 1, and the supporting leg parts of the pi-shaped supports are detachably connected with the top heat cover 2.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the upper end surface of the top heat cover 2 is provided with a longitudinal reinforcing rib 12 and a transverse reinforcing rib 11, the longitudinal reinforcing rib 12 and the transverse reinforcing rib 11 are both in a concave shape, and the supporting legs of the left side bracket 3, the right side bracket 4 and the middle bracket are respectively installed on the lower bottom surface of the corresponding longitudinal reinforcing rib 12 or the lower bottom surface of the transverse reinforcing rib 11 through bolts 9, so that the strength of the top heat cover 2 can be enhanced due to the concave shape, and a connection plane is provided with the supporting leg of the pi-shaped bracket conveniently. As shown in fig. 3, the upper end surface of the top cover assembly 1 is provided with a longitudinal groove 8, and the transverse parts of the left side bracket 3, the right side bracket 4 and the middle bracket are respectively arranged in the longitudinal groove 8 through bolts 9. The top heat cover 2 is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, has the advantages of light weight and high strength, and is designed integrally to minimize the complexity of on-site assembly.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the left side brackets 3 are provided in plural groups, and the left side brackets 3 are installed at intervals in the front-rear direction of the roof assembly 1. In the invention, the top heat cover 2 is connected with the top cover assembly 1 through the left side bracket 3, the right side bracket 4 and the middle bracket to form a double-layer top cover structure, so that the normal working requirement of a cab can be met, and the requirement of a hot area on the internal temperature comfort of the cab can be met; and the top heat cover 2 is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic materials with light weight and high strength, so that the relevant wind resistance and oil consumption of the whole vehicle can be reduced. The invention has beautiful appearance, simple shape and convenient disassembly, meets the main stream design requirements of wind resistance and oil consumption reduction of modern heavy trucks, also meets the functional requirements of users, and has wide market prospect.
