背景技术
随着人们消费观念的转变以及国内固体饮料企业的精耕细作,由于果味型固体饮料方便、快捷、品类繁多的特点,受到越来越多消费者的追捧。
英文名称enzyme,是酶的俗称。酵素是酶在日本和台湾地区的别称,指具有生物催化功能的高分子物质。几乎所有的细胞活动进程都需要酵素的参与,以提高效率。酵素无法通过口服来补充,因为它在消化道里就会被分解为小分子。受到一些商家的鼓吹,出现了一些主打减肥功效的酵素产品,为了获得更多的市场,往往在酵素产品配方中加入刺激肠道导致拉肚而声称“排毒”功效的组分,消费者长期服用,导致胃肠功能紊乱。随着消费者对酵素类产品的认知增加,对酵素产品的研究和开发更多的关注到增加其保健功效上来。

针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种可可果蔬酵素混合型固体饮料。本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:一种固体饮料,由以下原料按照质量百分比进行配比制备:可可粉5-10%、果蔬粉30-60%、蓝莓粉1-5%、覆盆子粉10-25%、草莓粉10-25%、苹果粉5-15%、果胶0.5-4%、嗜酸乳杆菌1-4%、长双歧杆菌3-4%、亚麻籽油微囊粉3-4%、可可复合素粉3-4%。优选的原料的质量份数为:可可粉10%、果蔬粉30%、蓝莓粉5%、覆盆子粉10%、草莓粉10%、苹果粉15%、果胶4%、嗜酸乳杆菌4%、长双歧杆菌4%、亚麻籽油微囊粉4%、可可复合素粉4%。其中果蔬粉为苦瓜粉、冬瓜粉、芹菜粉、空心菜粉、葡萄粉、木瓜粉、菠萝粉中的一种或几种。

本发明的有益效果为在现有固体饮料基础上,增加了不同口味,同时酵素又有减肥、增加肠动力的效果,上述产品长期饮用,可以让身体更加健康,固体饮料的食用方式使得本产品随时随地就可以饮用,方便快捷。

1.一种固体饮料,其特征在于:由以下原料按照质量百分比进行配比制备:可可粉5-10%、果蔬粉30-60%、蓝莓粉1-5%、覆盆子粉10-25%、草莓粉10-25%、苹果粉5-15%、果胶0.5-4%、嗜酸乳杆菌1-4%、长双歧杆菌3-4%、亚麻籽油微囊粉3-4%、可可复合素粉3-4%。
