本发明提供了收割打捞船,其不仅能用于收割水草而且还能用于打捞藻类。其技术方案是这样的:收割打捞船,其包括船体、割刀,所述船体通过后部的推进装置进行驱动,所述船体前部两端通过油缸以及活塞杆连接有刀座,所述刀座上安装有所述割刀,所述船体前部还倾斜安装有输送带,所述输送带上安装有打捞耙齿。

本发明涉及河道清理设备技术领域,具体为收割打捞船。
背景技术
河道里往往会长有水草需要割除,传统的收割船通过在船体前安装割刀进行收割,另外,河道里还经常漂浮有藻类,需要进行打捞,收割船的割刀虽然能够割除水草,但很容易被漂浮的藻类给缠绕,导致不能使用,所以传统收割船不能用于打捞藻类。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了收割打捞船,其不仅能用于收割水草而且还能用于打捞藻类。
其技术方案是这样的:收割打捞船,其包括船体、割刀,所述船体通过后部的推进装置进行驱动,其特征在于:所述船体前部两端通过油缸以及活塞杆连接有刀座,所述刀座上安装有所述割刀,所述船体前部还倾斜安装有输送带,所述输送带上安装有打捞耙齿。
其进一步特征在于:
所述输送带后方安装有压紧装置,所述压紧装置包括传送带,以及带动所述传送带运动的带轮以及与带轮连接的电机,所述传送带中部下端设有导向辊,所述导向辊通过电机进行驱动,所述传送带上设有与所述导向辊相匹配的压辊,所述压辊通过电机进行驱动,所述传送带后部设有船舱;
所述输送带位于船体内部的部分以及所述传送带下方设有排水室,所述排水室连接有排水管;
所述推进装置为螺旋桨;
所述输送带通过带轮带动并通过电机驱动。
采用了这样的结构后,船在行驶时,当发现有水草生长,通过割刀对水草进行割除,再通过输送带对水草进行收集,当发现水面漂浮藻类,则通过油缸将割刀收回,直接通过输送带对藻类进行收集。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的收割打捞船,其包括船体1、割刀2,船体1通过后部的螺旋桨3进行驱动,船体1前部两端通过油缸4以及活塞杆5连接有刀座6,刀座6上安装有割刀2,割刀2的长度与船体1的宽度相对应,船体1前部还倾斜安装有输送带7,输送带7通过带轮带动并通过电机驱动,输送带7上安装有打捞耙齿,输送带7后方安装有压紧装置,压紧装置包括传送带8,以及带动传送带8运动的带轮以及与带轮连接的电机,传送带8中部下端设有导向辊9,导向辊9通过电机进行驱动,传送带8上设有与导向辊9相匹配的压辊10,压辊10通过电机进行驱动,传送带8后部设有船舱11,输送带7位于船体1内部的部分以及传送带8下方设有排水室12,排水室12连接有排水管13。
船在行驶时,当发现有水草生长,通过割刀2对水草进行割除,再通过输送带7对水草进行收集,当发现水面漂浮藻类,则通过油缸4将割刀2收回,直接通过输送带7对藻类进行收集,收集下来的水草或者藻类落在传送带8上,在导向辊9以及压辊10的作用下将水分压出,减轻重量,使其便于储存和运输。

1.收割打捞船,其包括船体、割刀,所述船体通过后部的推进装置进行驱动,其特征在于:所述船体前部两端通过油缸以及活塞杆连接有刀座,所述刀座上安装有所述割刀,所述船体前部还倾斜安装有输送带,所述输送带上安装有打捞耙齿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的收割打捞船,其特征在于:所述输送带后方安装有压紧装置,所述压紧装置包括传送带,以及带动所述传送带运动的带轮以及与带轮连接的电机,所述传送带中部下端设有导向辊,所述导向辊通过电机进行驱动,所述传送带上设有与所述导向辊相匹配的压辊,所述压辊通过电机进行驱动,所述传送带后部设有船舱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的收割打捞船,其特征在于:所述输送带位于船体内部的部分以及所述传送带下方设有排水室,所述排水室连接有排水管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的收割打捞船,其特征在于:所述推进装置为螺旋桨。
5.根据权利要求1所述的收割打捞船,其特征在于:所述输送带通过带轮带动并通过电机驱动。
