背景技术
梳理装置(Karden)和分梳装置(Krempeln)的重要功能在于使得纤维从最后的鼓状物(Tambour)过渡至道夫(Doffer)上。对于较长的纤维而言这很容易，而短纤维则要求在滚筒之间的楔形构件(Zwickel)中进行更好的引导。
然而，出于机械制造技术方面的限制，仅允许通过空心板(Muldenbleche)进行引导，此类空心板在楔形构件前若干毫米处即终结。由此导致的开口在高速和高纤维负荷的情况下会有尘埃和纤维逸出。
因此有利的是，在靠近楔形构件处引入抽吸装置(Absaugung)。对于若干米长的、大的工作宽度而言，大的间隙是不稳定的。已知了其抽吸间隙(Absaugschlitz)有中断从而实现更好稳定性的抽吸装置。然而其会导致纤维粘连以及纤维堵塞。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于设计一种稳定的单元，其实现了在楔形构件中较好的引导和在楔形构件附近的抽吸。
该任务通过一种抽吸箱实现，所述抽吸箱(在抽吸方向上朝着抽吸间隙看)具有在所述工作宽度上的增强部分，同时稳定了楔形构件中的纤维引导。

Claims (2)

1.一种抽吸装置，所述抽吸装置在梳理或分梳过程中用于在两个滚筒之间的过渡区域处的纤维，其特征在于，被抽吸的空气在进入抽吸间隙之后穿过在梳理装置或分梳装置中的另一开口，并且所述开口就其最大延伸尺寸而言超过所述在梳理装置或分梳装置的工作宽度的30％。
2.如权利要求1所述的抽吸装置，其特征在于，形成所述开口一部分的构件被安装在加强板上，纤维引导装置的一部分在所述过渡区域中。
