本发明涉及食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种冰淇淋。
背景技术
冰淇淋是一种爽口清凉的高档发泡雪糕,是一年四季都可食用的食品,受到广大群众的欢迎。冰淇淋种类的不断增多,部分冰淇淋在制作过程中被加入了奶油等高热量的物质,而随着人们对健身减肥、养生美容、健康肠道的重视,普通冰淇淋已不能满足人们的需求,而且很多冰淇淋都是增加一些奶油或者色素这类的进行调味,这样存在一定食品安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种冰淇淋,解决现有冰淇淋不能满足人们养生、丰富营养的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案是:
一种冰淇淋,包括以下重量份原料:蓝莓2-5份、脱脂牛奶40-50份、蛋黄10-15份、紫番薯10-15份、木瓜5-8份、火龙果10-15份、稳定剂2-5份、植物脂肪5-8份、芒果6-8份、单甘酯4-5份、柠檬酸2-4份和水蜜桃2-5份。
本发明的优选方案为:包括以下重量份原料:蓝莓5份、脱脂牛奶50份、蛋黄15份、紫番薯15份、木瓜8份、火龙果15份、稳定剂5份、植物脂肪8份、芒果8份、单甘酯5份、柠檬酸4份和水蜜桃5份。

本发明为一种冰淇淋,在其中加入柠檬酸,这样使得冰淇淋具有酸甜的口味,同时本发明中还加入蓝莓干、火龙果汁和木瓜汁等水果,这样能够丰富冰淇淋的口感;本发明还加入紫番薯泥,能够提高冰淇淋的营养价值。
