Abstract
本发明提供了一种多种用途的偏心旋转调节球阀,包括分体式的阀体和上盖,所述上盖连接固定在阀体的一端,所述阀体远离上盖的端部设有底盖板,所述阀体的内部设有偏心半球形状的阀芯且阀芯的一端连接固定有阀杆,所述阀体对应阀芯形成偏心结构,所述上盖远离阀体的端部设有日字型固定架,所述阀杆由阀芯端延伸与日字型固定架的中间横梁连接且阀杆与横梁接触端设有轴承,所述阀杆与阀体之间设有导向套,所述阀芯远离阀杆的端部与阀体之间设有下密封填料,所述阀杆于上盖之间设有上密封填料,所述上盖外侧设有散热片,所述阀体出口处设有降压孔板。本发明提供的一种多种用途的偏心旋转调节球阀,不易形成沉淀,防堵性能好,可靠性高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及球阀,特别涉及一种多种用途的偏心旋转调节球阀。
背景技术
球阀是启闭件由阀杆带动,并绕球阀轴线作旋转运动的阀门。亦可用于流体的调节与控制,其中硬密封V型球阀其V型球芯与堆焊硬质合金的金属阀座之间具有很强的剪切力,特别适用于含纤维、微小固体颗料等的介质。而多通球阀在管道上不仅可灵活控制介质的合流、分流、及流向的切换,同时也可关闭任一通道而使另外两个通道相连。本类阀门在管道中一般应当水平安装。球阀按照驱动方式分为:气动球阀,电动球阀,手动球阀。
现国内大部分偏心旋转阀采用角行程结构,阀芯采用偏心半球,阀体也相应采用偏心结构,这样开启力矩小,动作灵敏,阀体采用流道直通式结构,介质直通,不易形成沉淀,防堵卡性能好,故自洁性能好。但是该种阀门不适用于高温高压场合,限制了使用范围。而且传统的球阀定位是在下阀盖出加装卡圈,由于是在阀体内部,有可能与介质接触,故容易受介质影响,使用寿命短,易磨损。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种多种用途的偏心旋转调节球阀,其结构紧凑,耐高温、耐高压、流量系数更大、重量轻、可靠性高、调节性能更好。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种多种用途的偏心旋转调节球阀,包括分体式的阀体和上盖,所述上盖连接固定在阀体的一端,所述阀体远离上盖的端部设有底盖板,所述阀体的内部设有偏心半球形状的阀芯且阀芯的一端连接固定有阀杆,所述阀体对应阀芯形成偏心结构,所述上盖远离阀体的端部设有日字型固定架,所述阀杆由阀芯端延伸与日字型固定架的中间横梁连接且阀杆与横梁接触端设有轴承,所述阀杆与阀体之间设有导向套,所述阀芯远离阀杆的端部与阀体之间设有下密封填料,所述阀杆于上盖之间设有上密封填料,所述上盖外侧设有散热片,所述阀体出口处设有降压孔板。
进一步的,所述下密封填料和上密封填料均为柔性石墨填料。
进一步的,所述阀体和上盖通过螺钉或螺栓固定。
进一步的,所述降压孔板不少于三层且各层之间留有空隙。
进一步的,所述阀芯定位采用卡圈式定位方式。
进一步的,所述阀体采用流道直通式结构。
进一步的,所述上盖由耐高温金属材料制成。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明结构简单,使用方便,阀芯采用偏心半球,阀体也相应采用偏心结构,这样开启力矩小,动作灵敏,阀体采用流道直通式结构,介质直通,不易形成沉淀,防堵卡性能好,故自洁性能好,采用密封效果更好的石墨填料,介质不易向外泄露,密封性能比直行程阀提高数倍,由于采用偏心结构,所需要的执行器力矩小,所配执行器就小,这样整机重量就轻许多,日字型支架定位系统,在外部进行定位,不与介质接触,定位更精确,更能保证使用寿命与精度,装置具有散热片,散热效果好,提高寿命,不易损坏。

需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1所示,一种多种用途的偏心旋转调节球阀,包括分体式的阀体1和上盖2,所述上盖2连接固定在阀体1的一端,所述阀体1远离上盖2的端部设有底盖板3,所述阀体1的内部设有偏心半球形状的阀芯4且阀芯4的一端连接固定有阀杆5,所述阀体1对应阀芯4形成偏心结构,所述上盖2远离阀体1的端部设有日字型固定架12,所述阀杆5由阀芯4端延伸与日字型固定架12的中间横梁连接且阀杆5与横梁接触端设有轴承6,所述阀杆5与阀体1之间设有导向套7,所述阀芯4远离阀杆5的端部与阀体1之间设有下密封填料8,所述阀杆5于上盖2之间设有上密封填料9,所述上盖2外侧设有散热片10,所述阀体1出口处设有降压孔板11。
所述下密封填料8和上密封填料9均为柔性石墨填料。
所述阀体1和上盖2通过螺钉或螺栓固定。
所述降压孔板11不少于三层且各层之间留有空隙。
所述阀芯4定位采用卡圈式定位方式。
所述阀体1采用流道直通式结构。
所述上盖2由耐高温金属材料制成。
该装置使用过程中,高压介质通过阀芯4一级减压后,再通过降压孔板11进行多级降压,使阀门后端压力达到合理值,从而达到调节压力的作用,导向套7与下密封填料8进行阀杆5导向,上盖2上的散热片10能有效降低介质温度,保护上密封填料9的密封和执行器有效使用寿命。

1.一种多种用途的偏心旋转调节球阀,包括分体式的阀体(1)和上盖(2),其特征在于,所述上盖(2)连接固定在阀体(1)的一端,所述阀体(1)远离上盖(2)的端部设有底盖板(3),所述阀体(1)的内部设有偏心半球形状的阀芯(4)且阀芯(4)的一端连接固定有阀杆(5),所述阀体(1)对应阀芯(4)形成偏心结构,所述上盖(2)远离阀体(1)的端部设有日字型固定架(12),所述阀杆(5)由阀芯(4)端延伸与日字型固定架(12)的中间横梁连接且阀杆(5)与横梁接触端设有轴承(6),所述阀杆(5)与阀体(1)之间设有导向套(7),所述阀芯(4)远离阀杆(5)的端部与阀体(1)之间设有下密封填料(8),所述阀杆(5)于上盖(2)之间设有上密封填料(9),所述上盖(2)外侧设有散热片(10),所述阀体(1)出口处设有降压孔板(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多种用途的偏心旋转调节球阀,其特征在于:所述下密封填料(8)和上密封填料(9)均为柔性石墨填料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多种用途的偏心旋转调节球阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)和上盖(2)通过螺钉或螺栓固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多种用途的偏心旋转调节球阀,其特征在于:所述降压孔板(11)不少于三层且各层之间留有空隙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多种用途的偏心旋转调节球阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯(4)定位采用卡圈式定位方式。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种多种用途的偏心旋转调节球阀,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)采用流道直通式结构。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种多种用途的偏心旋转调节球阀,其特征在于:所述上盖(2)由耐高温金属材料制成。
