Abstract

本发明公开了一种摩托车排气管,包括:壳体、固定片、过滤装置、催化装置、发电装置、底座、导轨、防护网、隔板;固定片均匀包裹壳体外表面,固定片上均匀设置螺纹孔,固定片通过螺钉将壳体的两块板体固定在一起;导轨设置在下壳体内底部,底座在导轨内左右移动,所述底座上由左至右依次设置过滤装置、催化装置、发电装置,三种装置与底座固定连接;隔板位于两两装置中间,隔板包括上下两块,防护网设置在排气管尾部,本发明三层过滤网过滤尾气中的颗粒物杂质后,摩托车尾气中有害气体经过三元催化器的催化作用,生成无污染、无毒、无害气体排入大气,最后排气管尾气经过发电装置,产生的电能为摩托车电池充电。

一种摩托车排气管
技术领域:
本发明涉及摩托车配件技术领域,具体是一种摩托车排气管。
背景技术:
摩托车的排气管是摩托车发动机排放废气的通道,排气管的一 端与发动机连接,另一端与消音器连接,对于二冲程发动机的摩托车,由于发 动机在工作时必须向燃烧室内加注可燃润滑油,使得燃烧不充分的废润滑油经 过排气管排出,而摩托车排气管一般呈“L”型,废润滑油行至排气管回弯部位 降温凝固,俗称“积碳”,日积月累,积碳容易将排气管堵死,使得发动机不能 正常工作。由于排气管是一个“L”型金属管,无法及时清理排气管内的积碳, 造成摩托车排气管报废。
发明内容:
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种摩托车排气管,采用陶瓷管体,可拆卸式组件,更换方便,处理排气管尾气效果好、效率高的特点,利用排气管尾气发电等特点,解决了现有技术中的不足
技术方案:
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案,一种摩托车排气管,包括:壳体、固定片、过滤装置、催化装置、发电装置、底座、导轨、防护网、隔板;所述固定片均匀包裹壳体外表面,固定片上均匀设置螺纹孔;所述壳体包括两块均匀对称的板体组成,固定片通过螺钉将两块板体固定在一起;所述导轨设置在下壳体内底部,底座在导轨内左右移动,所述底座上由左至右依次设置过滤装置、催化装置、发电装置,三种装置与底座固定连接;所述过滤装置包括过滤网、固定台、气压感应器,所述催化装置为三元催化器;所述发电装置包括叶片、发电机,叶片通过发电机支架固定在排气管正中央,所述隔板位于两两装置中间,隔板包括上下两块,上隔板与壳体为一体结构,下隔板固定在底座上;所述防护网设置在排气管尾部,通过螺钉固定在壳体上。
优选的,所述壳体两块板体扣合出均采用耐高温密封泥密封。
优选的,所述过滤网至少有三层,分别为活性炭过滤网、石棉过滤网、玻璃纤维过滤网。
优选的,所述壳体均采用耐高温材料,所述耐高温材料为陶瓷。
优选的,所述防护网采用外置铝合金框架包裹内置陶瓷网。
该发明中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。
本发明的有益效果:提供一种摩托车排气管,陶瓷壳体,防高温,防烫伤,避免引发危险,排气管采用两块相同板体扣合,方便后期更和维修内部装置,三层过滤网过滤尾气中的颗粒物杂质后,摩托车尾气中的氮氧化物、一氧化碳等经过三元催化器的催化作用,生成无污染、无毒、无害气体排入大气,改善空气质量,最后排气管尾气经过发电装置,产生的电能为摩托车电池充电。

请参阅图1:一种摩托车排气管,包括:壳体8、固定片2、过滤装置、催化装置、发电装置、底座10、导轨9、防护网11、隔板6;固定片2均匀包裹壳体8外表面,固定片2上均匀设置螺纹孔3;壳体8包括两块均匀对称的板体组成,固定片2通过螺钉将两块板体固定在一起,方便后期对排气管内的装置进行更换和维修;导轨9设置在下壳体8内底部,底座10在导轨9内左右移动,可一次性将所有装置拉出,方便更换、维修,底座10上由左至右依次设置过滤装置、催化装置、发电装置,三种装置与底座10固定连接;过滤装置包括过滤网、固定台2、气压感应器4,,过滤网最少三层,分别为活性炭过滤网、玻璃纤维过滤网、石棉过滤网,最大限度的除去尾气中的颗粒位置,气压感应器4感应过滤装置内的压强,避免引发危险,催化装置为三元催化器7,三元催化器7将尾气中的有害气体转化为无毒无害气体;发电装置包括叶片1、发电机11,叶片1通过发电机11支架固定在排气管正中央,隔板6位于两两装置中间,隔板包括上下两块,上隔板与壳体8为一体结构,下隔板固定在底座10上,隔板6起到的阻流作用;防护网12设置在排气管尾部,通过螺钉固定在壳体8上,防护网12采用外置铝合金框架包裹内置陶瓷网,防腐蚀、隔热、耐用。
综上所述:一种摩托车排气管,当摩托车尾气经过排气管内的过滤网装置,三层过滤网过滤尾气中的颗粒物杂质后,摩托车尾气中的氮氧化物、一氧化碳等经过三元催化器的催化作用,生成无污染、无毒、无害气体排入大气,改善空气质量,最后排气管尾气经过发电装置,产生的电能为摩托车电池充电。

1.一种摩托车排气管,其特征在于,包括:壳体、固定片、过滤装置、催化装置、发电装置、底座、导轨、防护网、隔板;所述固定片均匀包裹壳体外表面,固定片上均匀设置螺纹孔;所述壳体包括两块均匀对称的板体组成,固定片通过螺钉将两块板体固定在一起;所述导轨设置在下壳体内底部,底座在导轨内左右移动,所述底座上由左至右依次设置过滤装置、催化装置、发电装置,三种装置与底座固定连接;所述过滤装置包括过滤网、固定台、气压感应器,所述催化装置为三元催化器;所述发电装置包括叶片、发电机,叶片通过发电机支架固定在排气管正中央,所述隔板位于两两装置中间,隔板包括上下两块,上隔板与壳体为一体结构,下隔板固定在底座上;所述防护网设置在排气管尾部,通过螺钉固定在壳体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种摩托车排气管,其特征在于:所述壳体两块板体扣合出均采用耐高温密封泥密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种摩托车排气管,其特征在于:所述过滤网有三层,分别为活性炭过滤网、石棉过滤网、玻璃纤维过滤网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种摩托车排气管,其特征在于:所述壳体均采用耐高温材料,所述耐高温材料为陶瓷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种摩托车排气管,其特征在于:所述防护网采用外置铝合金框架包裹内置陶瓷网。
