Abstract

本发明公开了一种折叠式物流箱,包括底板,底板的短边上分别铰接有向底板中间转动的短侧板,底板的长边上分别安装有长侧板,长侧板滑动安装在两短侧板之间;短侧板的外表面上设置有用于卡放长侧板的卡紧装置,长侧板的下端与底板之间还设置有防撑装置;折叠时,首先将两长侧板分别沿着短侧板之间向上滑动,向上滑动直到长侧板与短侧板分离,然后将两短侧板分别向底板中间转动90°,转动后的状态为短侧板接触到与底板,接着将长侧板通过卡紧装置安装在短侧板外表面上,折叠后物流箱的形状不再是箱体形状,而与底板的矩形形状相同,使得折叠后的物流箱具有较小的体积,方便存储与运输。

折叠式物流箱
技术领域
本发明涉及箱体,尤其涉及一种物流箱。
背景技术
物流箱,广泛用于机械、汽车、家电、轻工、电子等行业,能耐酸耐碱、耐油污,无毒无味,可用于盛放食品等,清洁方便,零件周转便捷、堆放整齐,便于管理,其合理的设计,优良的品质,适用于工厂物流中的运输、配送、储存等环节。目前,常用物流箱均为结构固定的矩形箱体,物流操作人员将物品放置在物流箱内,由于物流箱的整体尺寸和组成箱体的各部分部件都是固定结构,使得物流箱在未盛装物品的情况下也需要同等体积进行存放堆码,无法在运输和存放过程中缩小箱体尺寸,从而导致在运输和存放堆码物流箱的过程中,浪费大量储存空间,例如在返程未装载运输过程中,仍然需要占用与去程装载状态下相同的体积,无形中加大了运输成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种折叠式物流箱,可以减小物流箱体积,方便存储堆码与运输。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:折叠式物流箱,包括底板,所述底板的短边上分别铰接有向所述底板中间转动的短侧板,所述短侧板相对所述底板可转动90°;所述底板的长边上分别安装有长侧板,所述长侧板滑动安装在两所述短侧板之间,所述长侧板的两侧设置有T型凸起,所述短侧板上设置有与所述T型凸起滑动配合的T型凹槽;所述短侧板的外表面上设置有用于卡放所述长侧板的卡紧装置;所述长侧板的下端与所述底板之间还设置有防止所述长侧板向外撑开的防撑装置,所述防撑装置包括设置在所述底板长边上的防撑柱,所述防撑柱设置在靠近所述底板的中间部位,所述长侧板的下端设置有与所述防撑柱配合安装的防撑孔。
作为优选的技术方案,所述卡紧装置包括设置在所述短侧板外侧的橡胶卡柱,所述短侧板上均匀布置有三个所述橡胶卡柱,所述橡胶卡柱垂直于所述底板的短边设置;折叠时,所述长侧板的上下两端卡放在其中两所述橡胶卡柱之间。
作为优选的技术方案,所述橡胶卡柱侧部设置有弧形凸起,所述长侧板的上下两端分别设置有与所述弧形凸起配合的弧形凹槽。
作为优选的技术方案,所述短侧板的上部设置有把手孔。
作为优选的技术方案,所述短侧板、所述长侧板和所述底板上均设置有若干加强肋。
由于采用了上述技术方案,折叠式物流箱,包括底板,所述底板的短边上分别铰接有向所述底板中间转动的短侧板,所述短侧板相对所述底板可转动90°;所述底板的长边上分别安装有长侧板,所述长侧板滑动安装在两所述短侧板之间,所述长侧板的两侧设置有T型凸起,所述短侧板上设置有与所述T型凸起滑动配合的T型凹槽;所述短侧板的外表面上设置有用于卡放所述长侧板的卡紧装置;所述长侧板的下端与所述底板之间还设置有防止所述长侧板向外撑开的防撑装置,所述防撑装置包括设置在所述底板长边上的防撑柱,所述防撑柱设置在靠近所述底板的中间部位,所述长侧板的下端设置有与所述防撑柱配合安装的防撑孔;本发明的有益效果是:折叠时,首先将两所述长侧板分别沿着所述短侧板之间向上滑动,向上滑动直到所述长侧板与所述短侧板分离,然后将两所述短侧板分别向所述底板中间转动90°,转动后的状态为所述短侧板接触到与所述底板,接着将所述长侧板通过所述卡紧装置安装在所述短侧板外表面上,折叠后物流箱的形状不再是箱体形状,而与所述底板的矩形形状相同,使得折叠后的物流箱具有较小的体积,方便存储堆码与运输。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐述本发明。在下面的详细描述中,只通过说明的方式描述了本发明的某些示范性实施例。毋庸置疑,本领域的普通技术人员可以认识到,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以用各种不同的方式对所描述的实施例进行修正。因此,附图和描述在本质上是说明性的,而不是用于限制权利要求的保护范围。
如图1所示,折叠式物流箱,包括底板1,所述底板1为矩形,所述底板1的短边上分别铰接有向所述底板1中间转动的短侧板2,所述底板1与所述短侧板2之间的铰接方式采用的是销轴连接,所述短侧板2相对所述底板1可转动90°,所述底板1的长边上分别安装有长侧板3,所述长侧板3滑动安装在两所述短侧板2之间,所述长侧板3和所述短侧板2的高度相同,未折叠时,所述物流箱的整体外形形状与普通物流箱的外形形状相同,所述底板1的短边长度大于两个所述长侧板3的高度;所述短侧板2的外表面上设置有用于卡放所述长侧板3的卡紧装置,所述长侧板3的下端与所述底板1之间还设置有防止所述长侧板3向外撑开的防撑装置。
折叠时,首先将两所述长侧板3分别沿着所述短侧板2之间向上滑动,向上滑动状态如图2所示,向上滑动直到所述长侧板3与所述短侧板2分离,然后将两所述短侧板2分别向所述底板1中间转动90°,折叠转动过程的状态如图3所示,转动后的状态为所述短侧板2接触到与所述底板1,接着将所述长侧板3通过所述卡紧装置安装在所述短侧板2外表面上,安装过程的状态如图4所示,折叠完成后的状态如图5所示,折叠后物流箱的形状不再是箱体形状,而是类似所述底板1的矩形形状,使得折叠后的物流箱具有较小的体积,方便存储堆码与运输;当需要将折叠后的物流箱恢复原来具有盛装物品的箱体形状时,安装顺序与物流箱折叠时顺序正好相反。
如图7和图8所示,所述卡紧装置包括设置在所述短侧板2外侧的橡胶卡柱4,所述短侧板2上均匀布置有三个所述橡胶卡柱4,所述橡胶卡柱4垂直于所述底板1的短边设置;折叠时,所述长侧板3的上下两端卡放在其中两所述橡胶卡柱4之间,即两所述橡胶卡柱4之间的距离与所述长侧板3的高度相同,可以实现所述长侧板3卡放在两个所述橡胶卡柱4之间;所述橡胶卡柱4侧部设置有弧形凸起5,所述长侧板3的上下两端分别设置有与所述弧形凸起5配合的弧形凹槽6;由于所述橡胶卡柱4的材质,使得所述橡胶卡柱4具有一定的可变形性,所述弧形凸起5可以通过变形卡放在所述弧形凹槽6内,当拆卸时,将所述长侧板3向外施力即可将所述长侧板3从所述橡胶卡柱4之间脱离,由于可变形性的作用,使得拆卸时也不需要较大的力;不折叠时,由于所述橡胶卡柱4安装在所述短侧板2上,可以增强所述短侧板2的强度,折叠时,将所述长侧板3卡放在其中两所述橡胶卡柱4之间,用于固定所述长侧板3,位于所述短侧板2中间位置的所述橡胶卡柱4的两侧均设置有所述弧形凸起5,使得位于所述短侧板2中间位置的所述橡胶卡柱4具有兼具固定左右两侧所述长侧板3的功能。
如图6所示,所述长侧板3的两侧设置有T型凸起7,所述短侧板2上设置有与所述T型凸起7滑动配合的T型凹槽8,所述T型凸起7与所述T型凹槽8的配合安装方式稳定,同时所述长侧板3与所述短侧板2之间具有可拆卸安装功能;此外如图8所示,由于所述T型凸起7设置在所述弧形凹槽6的外部,因此所述T型凸起7对于所述橡胶卡柱4具有限位作用,当所述橡胶卡柱4与所述弧形凹槽6之间由于多次折叠拆卸,可能会出现所述弧形凹槽6在所述橡胶卡柱4内可任意滑动的现象,而此时所述T型凸起7可以挡住所述弧形凸起5,可以防止所述弧形凹槽6从所述弧形凸起5内脱落。
当本实施例内装有较多物品时,为了防止装有物品较多挤压所述长侧板3,使得所述长侧板3的底部向外撑开造成损坏,因此,在本实施例中,采用所述防撑装置用以解决此问题,所述防撑装置包括设置在所述底板1长边上的防撑柱9,所述长侧板3的下端设置有与所述防撑柱9配合安装的防撑孔10,由于所述防撑孔10与所述防撑柱9之间的配合关系,所述防撑柱9用于将所述长侧板3挡住,有效的保证所述长侧板3不会相对所述底板1向外撑开,所述防撑柱9设置在靠近所述底板1长边的中间部位,可以避免对所述短侧板2折叠时造成干扰,而为了防止所述防撑孔10与所述防撑柱9在安装时不方便,因此所述防撑孔10与所述防撑柱9之间为间隙配合。
所述短侧板2的上部设置有把手孔11,有利于搬运与拿取。
所述短侧板2、所述长侧板3和所述底板1上均设置有若干加强肋12,用于提高物流箱强度,防止在折叠或者使用过程中发生断裂现象。

1.折叠式物流箱,包括底板,其特征在于:所述底板的短边上分别铰接有向所述底板中间转动的短侧板,所述短侧板相对所述底板可转动90°;所述底板的长边上分别安装有长侧板,所述底板的短边长度大于两个所述长侧板的高度,所述长侧板滑动安装在两所述短侧板之间,所述长侧板的两侧设置有T型凸起,所述短侧板上设置有与所述T型凸起滑动配合的T型凹槽;所述短侧板的外表面上设置有用于卡放所述长侧板的卡紧装置;所述长侧板的下端与所述底板之间还设置有防止所述长侧板向外撑开的防撑装置,所述防撑装置包括设置在所述底板长边上的防撑柱,所述防撑柱设置在靠近所述底板的中间部位,所述长侧板的下端设置有与所述防撑柱配合安装的防撑孔,所述防撑孔与所述防撑柱之间为间隙配合;
未折叠时,所述物流箱呈箱体形状,两所述长侧板通过所述T型凸起与T型凹槽的配合安装在两所述短侧板之间,所述防撑柱与所述防撑孔对应配合安装;
折叠后,所述物流箱呈矩形形状,两所述短侧板的内表面分别接触到所述底板,且所述长侧板通过所述卡紧装置安装在所述短侧板外表面上;
所述卡紧装置包括设置在所述短侧板外侧的橡胶卡柱,所述短侧板上均匀布置有三个所述橡胶卡柱,所述橡胶卡柱垂直于所述底板的短边设置;折叠时,所述长侧板的上下两端卡放在其中两所述橡胶卡柱之间;
所述橡胶卡柱侧部设置有弧形凸起,所述长侧板的上下两端分别设置有与所述弧形凸起配合的弧形凹槽;折叠时,所述弧形凸起卡放在对应的弧形凹槽内;
所述短侧板的上部设置有把手孔;
所述短侧板、所述长侧板和所述底板上均设置有若干加强肋。
