Example 4
A preparation method of fructus amomi stomach-invigorating wine comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing the fructus amomi stomach-invigorating traditional Chinese medicine composition according to the proportion in the embodiment 2, and preparing kaoliang spirit with the alcoholic strength of 45% vol as base wine according to the amount which is 50 times of the weight of the fructus amomi stomach-invigorating traditional Chinese medicine composition.
S2, grinding the fructus amomi stomach-invigorating traditional Chinese medicine composition to 40-100 meshes to obtain medicinal powder.

A preparation method of fructus amomi stomach strengthening wine is characterized in that the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials only contain fructus amomi, the dosage of the fructus amomi stomach strengthening traditional Chinese medicine raw materials is the same as that of the fructus amomi stomach strengthening traditional Chinese medicine composition used in the embodiment 5, and meanwhile, sucrose is added for seasoning, and the mass percentage of the added sucrose in the fructus amomi stomach strengthening wine is 5%.

The experimental results show that compared with the model group, the small intestine propulsion rate of the high, medium and low dosage group of the fructus amomi wine is obviously higher than that of the model group (P is less than 0.01), which indicates that the fructus amomi wine prepared by the formula has good pharmacodynamic activity on mice with enterokinesia inhibition models.
Second, sensory evaluation test
Questionnaires were made on the amomum villosum stomach-invigorating wine prepared in example 5 and the amomum villosum stomach-invigorating wine prepared in comparative example 1, and the preference of the investigator for the amomum villosum stomach-invigorating wine prepared in example 5 and the amomum villosum stomach-invigorating wine prepared in comparative example 1 was known. For investigation reasons, among 195 people who prefer the compound fructus amomi wine prepared in example 5, 73 people feel that the fructus amomi in the compound fructus amomi wine has moderate taste and is easy to accept, 59 people prefer the aftertaste of the compound fructus amomi wine, 43 people feel that the compound fructus amomi wine has lasting taste and is easy to accept, and 20 people feel that the compound fructus amomi wine has no stimulation and is easier to swallow. However, in 195 people, people do not like the single-formula fructus amomi wine prepared in the comparative example 1, 89 people feel that the special taste of fructus amomi is too big and the irritation is strong, 56 people feel that the sweetness is too high and the taste is not good after sugar is added, and 50 people feel that the single-formula fructus amomi wine is not sweet and the taste is not easily accepted.
In conclusion, the fructus amomi stomach-invigorating traditional Chinese medicine composition, the fructus amomi stomach-invigorating wine and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment of the invention have the advantages that the fructus amomi is a monarch drug, and is capable of resolving dampness, stimulating appetite, warming spleen and stopping diarrhea. The traditional Chinese medicine components of cattail pollen, galangal, clove, long pepper, yam, astragalus and the like which have the effects of tonifying middle-jiao and Qi, warming stomach and strengthening spleen and promoting qi circulation are mutually coordinated with the amomum fruit, so that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has a more definite and effective effect on regulating spleen and stomach.

8. The method of claim 7, comprising:
step a, soaking the fructus amomi stomach-invigorating traditional Chinese medicine composition by adopting the base wine with the weight 1.5-3 times of that of the fructus amomi stomach-invigorating traditional Chinese medicine composition to obtain a prepreg;
and b, percolating the prepreg by using the residual base liquor.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the soaking time in step a is 1-2 h;
and/or, the percolation speed in the step b is 0.8-1.5 ml/min.
