The composition has skin barrier repairing effect.

Skin barriers include physical barriers, microbial barriers, antioxidant barriers, neural barriers, and immune barriers. Comparative example 3

A skin care product of comparative example 3, having the same composition and preparation method as example 1, is distinguished: 2g of grape seed extract; ceramide 3 is 0.3 g; the amount of sodium hyaluronate was 2 g.

Comparative example 4

A skin care product of comparative example 4, having the same composition and preparation method as example 1, is distinguished: grape seed extract was not added.

Comparative example 5

A skin care product of comparative example 5, having the same composition and preparation method as example 1, is distinguished: ceramide 3 was not added.

1. skin seal patch test

The test article was a skin care article according to examples 1-3 of the present invention.

The subjects were 30 volunteers with healthy skin, divided into 3 groups of 10.

The test method comprises the following steps: putting 0.1g-0.3g of the test object into a spot tester, then applying the spot tester with the test object on the back or the curved side of the forearm of the subject by using a non-irritating adhesive tape, and lightly pressing with the palm to uniformly apply the spot tester on the skin for 24 hours. The test substance is removed after 24h, the skin reaction is observed at 0.5h, 12h, 24h and 48h after the patch is removed, the results are recorded according to the skin reaction grading standard in the cosmetic hygiene standard (2007 edition), the identification standard is shown in table 2, and the test result is shown in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the skin care products of examples 1-3 of the present invention did not cause any allergy or discomfort to the human body. This demonstrates that the skin care products of examples 1-3 of the present invention are safe and non-irritating to the skin.

2. Skin barrier repairing efficacy test method

The test substances were skin care preparations according to examples 1 to 3 of the present invention and skin care preparations according to comparative examples 1 to 5.

80 subjects were selected and randomized into 8 groups of 10 individuals each. The subjects are 25-55 years old, the face suffers from mild and moderate acne, the cosmetics can be normally used according to the standard, and the language expression ability is certain, so that the evaluation work of the cosmetics can be completed by matching with workers.

The test method comprises the following steps: the skin care preparations of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5 were used twice daily in the morning and evening by 8 groups of subjects. The skin water loss in the cheek area was measured using a German CK TM300 tester at week 0 and after the continuous use to week 4 and week 7, and the average was taken. Percutaneous water loss is abbreviated as TEWL (g/m)²h) I.e. how many grams of water per square meter of area is lost per hour. TEWL is a condition that indicates water loss by measuring the water vapor pressure gradient at the skin surface, reflecting the water permeation barrier of the skin. When barrier function is impaired, the TEWL value increases; conversely, TEWL decreases, suggesting barrier repair.

Evaluation criteria: the more intact the skin protection layer, the higher the moisture content and the lower the TEWL value for the skin moisture loss, i.e. the skin barrier is restored, and the results are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from Table 4, the skin care preparations of examples 1-3 of the present invention all had reduced TEWL values and restored skin barriers in the subjects after a period of use.

The reduction in the value of TEWL was minimal for subjects using the skin care articles of comparative examples 1-3 and the skin barrier was not repaired.

The skin care preparations of comparative examples 4-5, to which no grape seed extract or ceramide 3 was added, showed a slight decrease in the value of TEWL in the subject and no repair of the skin barrier.

This demonstrates that the skin care products of examples 1-3 of the present invention have the function of repairing the skin barrier.

Therefore, the skin care product of the invention is safe and non-irritant by adding a plurality of components such as grape seed extract, ceramide 3, sodium hyaluronate, a plurality of amino acids and the like in a proper proportion, and the components interact with each other, so that the skin care product can effectively delay skin aging, repair the barrier function of skin and treat various skin inflammations caused by skin hormones. In addition, various plant extracts can deeply nourish and repair the barrier function of skin.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
