本发明公开了一种超薄型防锈油,包括以下重量的各组分:机械油10~15份,溶剂油50~70份,石油磺酸钡5~15份,羧酸盐2~3份,羊毛脂衍生物2~3份,缓蚀剂0.5~1份,增溶剂2~3份,氧化蜡1~2份。本发明超薄型防锈油的制备原料简单易得,制备工艺简单,制备得到的超薄型防锈油粘度低、颜色浅、防锈周期长,且具有水置换能力,适于在工业领域进行推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种超薄型防锈油及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属是机械、建筑以及其他行业中重要的结构材料,在机械制造行业中,许多零件在装配之前,需要在零件的表面涂上一层防锈油,这样就要求防锈油在零件表面的涂覆厚度不能过厚,否则会影响零件的装配精度。现有的防锈油的油膜较厚,降低了零件的装配精度,同时,零件表面的油膜很难清洗,影响零件的外观。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是防锈油防锈性能差、粘度大、油膜厚的问题,为此,本发明提供一种粘度低、颜色浅、防锈周期长的超薄型防锈油,本发明还要提供一种超薄型防锈油的制备方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明的第一方面,提供一种超薄型防锈油,包括以下重量的各组分:机械油10~15份,溶剂油50~70份,石油磺酸钡5~15份,羧酸盐2~3份,羊毛脂衍生物2~3份,缓蚀剂0.5~1份,增溶剂2~3份,氧化蜡1~2份。
优选的技术方案,所述超薄型防锈油包括以下重量的各组分:机械油12份,溶剂油60份,石油磺酸钡10份,羧酸盐2份,羊毛脂衍生物 3份,缓蚀剂1份,增溶剂3份,氧化蜡1份。
优选的技术方案,所述溶剂油为脱硫脱芳烃溶剂油。
优选的技术方案,所述缓蚀剂为烯基丁二酸,所述增溶剂为斯盘-80。
石油磺酸钡具有优良的抗潮湿、抗盐雾、抗盐水和水置换性能,对多种金属具有优良的防锈性能;羧酸盐具有强水置换性,羧酸盐与石油磺酸钡复配,具有酸中和作用,提高了防锈油的稳定性。羊毛酯衍生物在金属表面的吸附起到物理屏蔽作用,减缓腐蚀介质渗入到金属表面,起到防锈的作用。
本发明的第二方面,提供一种超薄型防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将机械油、石油磺酸钡、羧酸盐、羊毛酯衍生物、缓蚀剂及氧化蜡加入至第一搅拌釜中,加热条件下,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A;
步骤二、将脱硫脱芳烃溶剂油、增溶剂置于加入至第二搅拌釜中,常温条件下,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
步骤三、将混合液A于常温下静置20~30h,将混合液A与混合液B混合,得到超薄型防锈油。
优选的技术方案,所述步骤一中混合液A的温度为70~80℃。
本发明超薄型防锈油的制备原料简单易得,制备工艺简单,制备得到的超薄型防锈油粘度低、颜色浅、防锈周期长,且具有水置换能力,适于在工业领域进行推广。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种超薄型防锈油,包括机械油12kg,溶剂油60kg,石油磺酸钡10 kg,羧酸盐2 kg,羊毛脂衍生物 3 kg,缓蚀剂(烯基丁二酸)1 kg,增溶剂(斯盘-80)3 kg,氧化蜡1 kg。
上述超薄型防锈油的制备工艺如下:
将机械油、石油磺酸钡、羧酸盐、羊毛酯衍生物、缓蚀剂及氧化蜡加入至第一搅拌釜中,70℃条件下,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A;
步骤二、将脱硫脱芳烃溶剂油、增溶剂置于加入至第二搅拌釜中,常温条件下,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
步骤三、将混合液A于常温下静置25h,将混合液A与混合液B混合,得到超薄型防锈油。
实施例2
一种超薄型防锈油,包括机械油15kg,溶剂油50kg,石油磺酸钡15kg,羧酸盐3 kg,羊毛脂衍生物 2 kg,缓蚀剂(烯基丁二酸)0.5kg,增溶剂(斯盘-80)2kg,氧化蜡2 kg。
上述超薄型防锈油的制备工艺如下:
将机械油、石油磺酸钡、羧酸盐、羊毛酯衍生物、缓蚀剂及氧化蜡加入至第一搅拌釜中,70℃条件下,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A;
步骤二、将脱硫脱芳烃溶剂油、增溶剂置于加入至第二搅拌釜中,常温条件下,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
步骤三、将混合液A于常温下静置25h,将混合液A与混合液B混合,得到超薄型防锈油。
实施例3
一种超薄型防锈油,包括机械油10kg,溶剂油70kg,石油磺酸钡5kg,羧酸盐3 kg,羊毛脂衍生物3kg,缓蚀剂(烯基丁二酸)0.5kg,增溶剂(斯盘-80)2kg,氧化蜡1 kg。
上述超薄型防锈油的制备工艺如下:
将机械油、石油磺酸钡、羧酸盐、羊毛酯衍生物、缓蚀剂及氧化蜡加入至第一搅拌釜中,80℃条件下,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A;
步骤二、将脱硫脱芳烃溶剂油、增溶剂置于加入至第二搅拌釜中,常温条件下,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
步骤三、将混合液A于常温下静置30h,将混合液A与混合液B混合,得到超薄型防锈油。
机械油10~15份,溶剂油50~70份,石油磺酸钡5~15份,羧酸盐2~3份,羊毛脂衍生物2~3份,缓蚀剂0.5~1份,增溶剂2~3份,氧化蜡1~2份。
实施例4
一种超薄型防锈油,包括机械油12kg,溶剂油60kg,石油磺酸钡10 kg,羧酸盐2 kg,羊毛脂衍生物 3 kg,缓蚀剂(烯基丁二酸)1 kg,增溶剂(斯盘-80)3 kg,氧化蜡1 kg。
上述超薄型防锈油的制备工艺如下:
将机械油、石油磺酸钡、羧酸盐、羊毛酯衍生物、缓蚀剂及氧化蜡加入至第一搅拌釜中,80℃条件下,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A;
步骤二、将脱硫脱芳烃溶剂油、增溶剂置于加入至第二搅拌釜中,常温条件下,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
步骤三、将混合液A于常温下静置30h,将混合液A与混合液B混合,得到超薄型防锈油。
经过对各实施例的测试,本发明的各项技术性能指标及实验结果如下表:

1.一种超薄型防锈油,其特征在于,包括以下重量的各组分:机械油10~15份,溶剂油50~70份,石油磺酸钡5~15份,羧酸盐2~3份,羊毛脂衍生物2~3份,缓蚀剂0.5~1份,增溶剂2~3份,氧化蜡1~2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超薄型防锈油,其特征在于,所述超薄型防锈油包括以下重量的各组分:机械油12份,溶剂油60份,石油磺酸钡10份,羧酸盐2份,羊毛脂衍生物3份,缓蚀剂1份,增溶剂3份,氧化蜡1份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种超薄型防锈油,其特征在于,所述溶剂油为脱硫脱芳烃溶剂油。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种超薄型防锈油,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂为烯基丁二酸,所述增溶剂为斯盘-80。
5.如权利要求1~4任一项所述超薄型防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将机械油、石油磺酸钡、羧酸盐、羊毛酯衍生物、缓蚀剂及氧化蜡加入至第一搅拌釜中,加热条件下,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A;
步骤二、将脱硫脱芳烃溶剂油、增溶剂置于加入至第二搅拌釜中,常温条件下,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
步骤三、将混合液A于常温下静置20~30h,将混合液A与混合液B混合,得到超薄型防锈油。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种超薄型防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中混合液A的温度为70~80℃。
