Abstract
本发明涉及模具技术领域,具体地说是一种用于发泡模具的金属陶瓷层工艺。发泡模具的表面设有金属陶瓷涂层,具体工艺步骤如下:在无尘车间里,在发泡模具的表面进行喷砂处理,喷砂速度为8秒/100毫米,在80℃下进行;喷砂处理后,在喷砂表面喷涂金属陶瓷涂层,喷涂速度为10秒/100毫米,厚度为40μm,在60℃下进行;喷涂金属陶瓷涂层后,将发泡模具放入至烘箱内,对金属陶瓷涂层进行烘烤固化处理,温度为400℃,烘烤时间为120分钟;烘烤完成后,制得具有金属陶瓷涂层的发泡模具。同现有技术相比,采用喷砂及喷涂金属陶瓷涂层的工艺,取代脱模剂,或者减少脱模剂的使用量,提高产品表面质量,而且也降低了挥发性有机物的产生。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及模具技术领域,具体地说是一种用于发泡模具的金属陶瓷层工艺。
背景技术
传统的用于汽车内饰制造,大多使用发泡模具,但发泡模具在进行脱模时,需要配合使用脱模剂,才能将产品很好的进行脱模,不然产品会与模具粘连而导致产品质量不合格。但是,一般普通的脱模剂不能达到很好的脱模效果,只能采用进口价格昂贵的脱模剂才能达到合格的脱模效果,进口的脱模剂价格昂贵,长期使用,增加生产成本,并且脱模剂具有挥发性有机物,对环境造成一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于发泡模具的金属陶瓷层工艺,采用喷砂及喷涂金属陶瓷涂层的工艺,取代脱模剂,或者减少脱模剂的使用量,提高产品表面质量,而且也降低了挥发性有机物的产生。
为实现上述目的,设计一种用于发泡模具的金属陶瓷层工艺,发泡模具的表面设有金属陶瓷涂层,具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)在无尘车间里,在发泡模具的表面进行喷砂处理,喷砂速度为8秒/100毫米,在80℃下进行;
(2)喷砂处理后,在喷砂表面喷涂金属陶瓷涂层,喷涂速度为10秒/100毫米,厚度为40μm,在60℃下进行;
(3)喷涂金属陶瓷涂层后,将发泡模具放入至烘箱内,对金属陶瓷涂层进行烘烤固化处理,温度为400℃,烘烤时间为120分钟;
(4)烘烤完成后,制得具有金属陶瓷涂层的发泡模具。
所述的喷砂处理为喷洒石英砂或者铁砂处理。
所述的金属陶瓷涂层的材料由硅烷、硅胶、甲酸、水组成,并且硅烷、硅胶、甲酸、水的重量百分比为硅烷28%、硅胶32%、甲酸30%、水10%,由涂料混合机进行混合。
本发明同现有技术相比,提供一种用于发泡模具的金属陶瓷层工艺,采用喷砂及喷涂金属陶瓷涂层的工艺,取代脱模剂,或者减少脱模剂的使用量,提高产品表面质量,而且也降低了挥发性有机物的产生。模具表面涂层完成后,表面致密度明显提升,涂层寿命长,致密性高,硬度高。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示,发泡模具(1)的表面设有金属陶瓷涂层(2),具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)在无尘车间里,在发泡模具的表面进行喷砂处理,喷砂速度为8秒/100毫米,在80℃下进行;
(2)喷砂处理后,在喷砂表面喷涂金属陶瓷涂层,喷涂速度为10秒/100毫米,厚度为40μm,在60℃下进行;
(3)喷涂金属陶瓷涂层后,将发泡模具放入至烘箱内,对金属陶瓷涂层进行烘烤固化处理,温度为400℃,烘烤时间为120分钟;
(4)烘烤完成后,制得具有金属陶瓷涂层的发泡模具。
喷砂处理为喷洒石英砂或者铁砂处理。
金属陶瓷涂层的材料由硅烷、硅胶、甲酸、水组成,并且硅烷、硅胶、甲酸、水的重量百分比为硅烷28%、硅胶32%、甲酸30%、水10%,由涂料混合机进行混合。
2道喷涂,保证膜厚在35~50um厚度。
利用涂料自身粘度和流动性,烘烤完成后,用膜厚仪(fischer膜厚仪)测量厚度。
通用E2SB地毯发泡模具涂层随机实测10个点,记录如下:41.07um、39.71 um42.48 um、43.19 um、37.28 um、40.81 um、44.62 um、41.98 um、38.71 um、42.38 um。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于发泡模具的金属陶瓷层工艺,发泡模具(1)的表面设有金属陶瓷涂层(2),其特征在于:具体工艺步骤如下:
(1)在无尘车间里,在发泡模具的表面进行喷砂处理,喷砂速度为8秒/100毫米,在80℃下进行;
(2)喷砂处理后,在喷砂表面喷涂金属陶瓷涂层,喷涂速度为10秒/100毫米,厚度为40μm,在60℃下进行;
(3)喷涂金属陶瓷涂层后,将发泡模具放入至烘箱内,对金属陶瓷涂层进行烘烤固化处理,温度为400℃,烘烤时间为120分钟;
(4)烘烤完成后,制得具有金属陶瓷涂层的发泡模具。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于发泡模具的金属陶瓷层工艺,其特征在于:所述的喷砂处理为喷洒石英砂或者铁砂处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于发泡模具的金属陶瓷层工艺,其特征在于:所述的金属陶瓷涂层的材料由硅烷、硅胶、甲酸、水组成,并且硅烷、硅胶、甲酸、水的重量百分比为硅烷28%、硅胶32%、甲酸30%、水10%,由涂料混合机进行混合。
