Abstract
本发明涉及一种筛网抗静电耐磨后处理工艺,涉及筛网技术领域,其工艺步骤如下:精练处理、粉末喷涂、表面浸渍。本发明同现有技术相比解决了筛网在试制和使用过程中的脱脂和去除杂质等问题,并且经过后处理过的筛网不仅经纬向张力一致,提高了产品更好的尺寸稳定性,而且改善了产品的表面性能,适用性广,操作简便,成本低,作用效果明显,提高其耐磨性和抗静电性,实用性强,进一步降低成本;提高抗静电性,降低在矿石采选领域,筛选时的危险系数,更加可靠、安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及筛网技术领域,具体涉及一种筛网抗静电耐磨后处理工艺。
背景技术
筛网供筛选和过滤用的工业用织物。由蚕丝、金属丝或合成纤维为原料,采用绞纱组织、平纹组织、方平组织等织成。具有一定规格的网孔,以供小于该孔的粒子通过。筛网规格常以单位长度的目数(孔数)表示,也有以每个孔的宽度表示的,中国以每厘米的孔数表示。用于制粉工业、油漆工业、造纸工业、印染工业及选矿业等。制粉工业用的筛网多以非金属材料织制而成,网孔细密。筛网规格常以单位长度的目数(孔数)表示,也有以每个孔的宽度表示的。我国的国家标准以每厘米的目数表示。
合成纤维筛网有锦纶或涤纶的长丝和棕两种。长丝用15~30旦单丝,筛网孔眼表面光滑,有利于过滤。织物组织可采用、方平和平纹等,规格有19~104孔/厘米。多用作印花绢网,集成电路印刷线路板制做,也可用于筛选显像管荧光粉和磁带的磁粉等较细颗粒。棕丝筛网用较粗的锦纶棕丝为原料,直径为0.55~0.1毫米,织物多为平纹席形组织,用于选矿、过滤纸浆、传送带等。合成纤维筛网具有不生锈、耐腐蚀等特点,能代替部分金属筛网。
通过筛网后处理工艺来提升筛网的抗静电耐磨性能的方法并不多见,目前大多是采用高昂的性能优良的原料,如耐磨的聚氨酯,但成本过高,且不抗静电,需要添加额外的抗静电剂,增加成本,且可能影响筛网在加工和使用过程中的性能。本领域技术人员,亟待开发出新型的、实用性强的提升筛网抗静电、耐磨能力的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种筛网抗静电耐磨后处理工艺。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种精密高目孔筛网后处理工艺。
一种筛网抗静电耐磨后处理工艺,其工艺步骤如下:
(1)精练处理:槽内放入50℃的温水,筛网浸入温水中进行清洗,配制精练工作液后浸入,二浸二轧(轧余率100%)后,放入蒸箱100℃饱和蒸汽汽蒸30min,出料70℃热水洗三次,5℃冷水洗三次,筛网出槽;
(2)粉末喷涂:将步骤(1)所得的筛网喷涂前经电晕处理后,将干燥后的尼龙12粉末和纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛的涂料混合物在无水乙醇中进行超声波混合干燥后采火焰喷枪对电晕处理后的筛网进行喷涂,涂层釆用液氮冷却,涂层厚度控制在0.05-0.20mm;喷涂工艺参数:压缩空气总压力为0.1-0.6MPa乙炔压力为0.05-0.1MPa幕帘与送粉空气压力为0.3-0.4MPa,电晕处理工艺参数10-25m2/min,电压6000-7000伏,所述尼龙12粉末由上海赛璐化工股份有限公司生产,熔点230-280℃,尼龙12粉末占涂料混合物的百分比为65-70%,纳米二氧化钛占涂料混合物的百分比为5-10%;
(3)表面浸渍:将喷涂后的筛网先进行凋湿处理,将筛网浸入乙酸钾水溶液(乙酸钾:水=1.15:1)中进行处理,使其保持80-100℃,持续100-500min,后将筛网浸泡在浸渍液中50摄氏度,45~60min后,晾干即得。
进一步的,所述浸渍液各组分占浸渍液总重占比为:干酪素25%、乙二醇5、己内酰胺5%、苯乙烯35%、乙醇胺0.5%、过硫酸铵0.5%、黄原胶3%、硬脂酸锌0.5%、质量浓度10%氨水5%、丙三醇0.5%、苯酚0.5%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5%,水补足余量。
进一步的,所述的精练工作液为脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基磺酸钠1.5%、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚1.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 6.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7.5%、仲烷基磺酸钠3%、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3%、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠4.5%、尿素2.5%、乙二醇单丁醚2.5%、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物0.4%,水补足余量。
本发明的有益效果:本发明精练后,利用高温和蒸汽处理筛网,过程中靠水、摩擦和压力控制面料表面纤维的黏结,经过精练处理之后,原本蓬松的孔隙会变得更为紧密,进而提高筛网的筛分效率。浸渍液处理后的筛网滑腻丰满,表面光滑,阻力降低,过筛时筛网温度不会上升过高,不易摩擦破损。采用的粉末涂料是一种不含溶剂的涂料,解决了某些有机溶剂无法溶解的高分子成膜物质均可作为涂料使用的难题,粉末涂料本身不含有机溶剂,施工操作过程中无刺激性气味,不但可防止环境被污染和破坏,操作间便,适用于合筛网耐温较高材料的涂装,不需要这类稀释剂。减少劳动强度,适合自动化流水线生产操作,固化过程中不易形成针孔和气泡,方便快捷,形成耐磨的保护膜层,提高耐磨损能力,进一步降低耐磨筛网的成本。

本发明同现有技术相比不仅解决了筛网在制备和使用过程中的脱脂和去除杂质等问题,并且经过后处理过的筛网不仅经纬向张力一致,保证了产品出色的尺寸稳定性,提高其耐磨性和抗静电性,实用性强,操作便捷,无需对筛网要求为耐磨材料筛网,如价格普遍较高的聚氨酯筛网,进一步降低成本;提高抗静电性,降低在矿石采选领域,筛选时的危险系数,更加可靠、安全。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
一种筛网抗静电耐磨后处理工艺,其工艺步骤如下:
(1)精练处理:槽内放入50℃的温水,筛网浸入温水中进行清洗,配制精练工作液后浸入,二浸二轧(轧余率100%)后,放入蒸箱100℃饱和蒸汽汽蒸30min,出料70℃热水洗三次,5℃冷水洗三次,筛网出槽;
(2)粉末喷涂:将步骤(1)所得的筛网喷涂前经电晕处理后,将干燥后的尼龙12粉末和纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛的涂料混合物在无水乙醇中进行超声波混合干燥后采火焰喷枪对电晕处理后的筛网进行喷涂,涂层釆用液氮冷却,涂层厚度控制在0.05mm;喷涂工艺参数:压缩空气总压力为0.6MPa乙炔压力为0.1MPa幕帘与送粉空气压力为0.4MPa,电晕处理工艺参数25m2/min,电压7000伏,所述尼龙12粉末由上海赛璐化工股份有限公司生产,熔点230-280℃,尼龙12粉末占涂料混合物的百分比为65-70%,纳米二氧化钛占涂料混合物的百分比为5-10%;
(3)表面浸渍:将喷涂后的筛网先进行凋湿处理,将筛网浸入乙酸钾水溶液(乙酸钾:水=1.15:1)中进行处理,使其保持80-100℃,持续100-500min,后将筛网浸泡在浸渍液中50摄氏度,45~60min后,晾干即得。

进一步的,所述的精练工作液为脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基磺酸钠1.5%、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚1.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 6.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7.5%、仲烷基磺酸钠3%、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3%、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠4.5%、尿素2.5%、乙二醇单丁醚2.5%、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物0.4%,水补足余量。
值得说明的是,本发明公开的筛网抗抗静电筛网更适用于尼龙筛网、聚氨酯筛网、无纺布筛网。

注:以上测试结果参考FZ 66205-1995 特种工业用锦丝筛网、泰伯磨耗试验:ASTMD4060、GB/T12014-2009等常用测试方法所得,其中筛分效率、堵孔率、粘料率是在同一应用条件下,出现相应情况的所占百分率。
需要说明的是,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (3)
1.一种筛网抗静电耐磨后处理工艺,其特正在于:其工艺步骤如下:
(1)精练处理:槽内放入50℃的温水,筛网浸入温水中进行清洗,配制精练工作液后浸入,二浸二轧(轧余率100%)后,放入蒸箱100℃饱和蒸汽汽蒸30min,出料70℃热水洗三次,5℃冷水洗三次,筛网出槽;
(2)粉末喷涂:将步骤(1)所得的筛网喷涂前经电晕处理后,将干燥后的尼龙12粉末和纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛的涂料混合物在无水乙醇中进行超声波混合干燥后采火焰喷枪对电晕处理后的筛网进行喷涂,涂层釆用液氮冷却,涂层厚度控制在0.05-0.20mm;喷涂工艺参数:压缩空气总压力为0.1-0.6MPa乙炔压力为0.05-0.1MPa幕帘与送粉空气压力为0.3-0.4MPa,电晕处理工艺参数10-25m2/min,电压6000-7000伏,所述尼龙12粉末由上海赛璐化工股份有限公司生产,熔点230-280℃,尼龙12粉末占涂料混合物的百分比为65-70%,纳米二氧化钛占涂料混合物的百分比为5-10%;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种筛网抗静电耐磨后处理工艺,其特征在于:所述浸渍液各组分占浸渍液总重占比为:干酪素25%、乙二醇5、己内酰胺5%、苯乙烯35%、乙醇胺0.5%、过硫酸铵0.5%、黄原胶3%、硬脂酸锌0.5%、质量浓度10%氨水5%、丙三醇0.5%、苯酚0.5%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5%,水补足余量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种筛网抗静电耐磨后处理工艺,其特征在于:所述的精练工作液为脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基磺酸钠1.5%、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚1.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7.5%、仲烷基磺酸钠3%、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3%、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠4.5%、尿素2.5%、乙二醇单丁醚2.5%、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷缩合物0.4%,水补足余量。
