Abstract

本发明一种纺粘针刺无纺布,涉及铝塑板表面处理的生产工艺,尤其涉及铝塑板的上漆工艺,其特征是:采用聚酯漆、金属羧酸盐、碳酸银、碳纳米管、正硅酸乙酯、四氧化三铁、稀盐酸、氟碳、二硫化钼制成的金属漆粉上添加净电电荷,再采用磁棍带动铝板在经过金属漆粉装置,对磁棍端加电,金属漆粉被净电吸附到铝板上,磁棍只会吸附金属漆粉有效地分离灰尘;本发明解决由于外面环境和机械问题制成油漆的厚度不同或分布不均匀导致的色差、横纹、拉线现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保新型材料的生产工艺,尤其是涉及无纺布的生产工艺。
背景技术
针刺无纺布就是将这种无纺布的材料用刺针进行钩织,现在的针刺无纺布生产工艺流程:
第一步针刺无纺布是以涤纶、丙纶原料制造,经粗梳、精梳、预针刺,主针刺,中心加网布夹层,再经双道核理,气流成网针刺复合成布,后压滤布具有三维结构,经热定型。
第二步烧毛后,在表面最经化学油剂处理,使滤布外表光滑,微孔分布均匀,从表面看该产品的密度好,两面表面光洁和透气程度较好,在板框压缩机上过滤使用证明,可使用高强压力,过滤精度高达4微米以内,可根据用户需要提供丙纶和涤纶两种原料。
基本原理:
利用三角截面(或其它截面)棱边带倒钩的刺针对纤网进行反复穿刺。倒钩穿过纤网时,将纤网表面和局部里层纤维强迫刺入纤网内部。由于纤维之间的摩擦作用,原来蓬松的纤网被压缩。刺针退出纤网时,刺入的纤维束脱离倒钩而留在纤网中,这样,许多纤维束纠缠住纤网使其不能再恢复原来的蓬松状态。经过许多次的针刺,相当多的纤维束被刺入纤网,使纤网中纤维互相缠结,从而形成具有一定强力和厚度的针刺法非织造材料。
其不足之处:拉力不足,延伸力过大容易变形产能低,限制了无纺布的使用领域。
发明内容
本发明一种纺粘针刺无纺布,在同等条件下比传统无纺布的拉力增加40%,延伸力减少50%。
本发明一种纺粘针刺无纺布,包括有以下生产步骤,将颗粒材料混合放于容器之中,再通过真空吸力将颗粒材料输送到螺杆高压挤压设备中,颗粒材料在螺杆高压挤压设备中挤压成熔体,在210℃-250℃熔体计量设备中熔化,熔化后计量纺丝交织编结成布,然后冷却到常温,再拉伸平整、成网,再转入针刺使无纺布变得蓬松性和柔软性,最后热轧纤维融化加固成品收卷。
所述的一种纺粘针刺无纺布,所述的颗粒材料采用以下材料配比制成:
聚丙烯75~85份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯5~6份、聚对酞酸乙二酯2~4份、碳纳米管5~8份、正硅酸乙酯6~7份、聚酰胺2~4份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1~2份、氯丁二烯3~5份、六氢化苯2~7份。
本明发通过多种纤维材料合成,互相弥补不足,再加上组合针刺工艺,无纺布中的纤维束被刺入纤网,使纤网中多种纤维互相缠结,从而形成具有更强拉力。
具体实施方式

1.一种纺粘针刺无纺布,其特征在于:包括有以下生产步骤,将颗粒材料混合放于容器之中,再通过真空吸力将颗粒材料输送到螺杆高压挤压设备中,颗粒材料在螺杆高压挤压设备中挤压成熔体,在210℃-250℃熔体计量设备中熔化,熔化后计量纺丝交织编结成布,然后冷却到常温,再拉伸平整、成网,再转入针刺使无纺布变得蓬松性和柔软性,最后热轧纤维融化加固成品收卷。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种纺粘针刺无纺布,其特征在于:所述的颗粒材料采用以下材料配比制成:
