Abstract
本发明属于耐火材料的技术领域,具体涉及一种抗腐蚀浇注料及其制备方法,由以下原料按照质量份数组成,废高压电瓷粉55‑60份,莫来石25‑30份,铝酸盐水泥10‑14份,石英砂5‑10份,苛性苦土2‑4份,硅微粉2‑5份,助剂1‑3份。该抗腐蚀浇注料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将废高压电瓷粉、莫来石、石英砂、苛性苦土研磨,平均粒径≤180目,得到研磨混合物,研磨混合物与铝酸盐水泥、硅微粉、助剂充分混合均匀,加入4~7份的水,进一步充分均匀混合,即得抗腐蚀浇注料。本发明提供的抗腐蚀浇注料及其制备方法,得到的浇注料具有较好的耐高温、耐碱、抗热震性能,使用寿命长,并且浇注料具有良好施工性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料的技术领域,具体涉及一种抗腐蚀浇注料及其制备方法。
背景技术
垃圾焚烧炉多个部位由于温度较高且物料冲刷严重,物料碱性成份重,化学侵蚀作用强,传统耐火材料在该部位使用,导致损坏频繁,寿命均不长。目前市场上现有的耐磨浇注料普遍存在耐磨性能不高、耐高温性能较差和抗热震性能不强等缺陷,使用寿命一般很短,甚至两到三个月已基本损坏,已很难满足市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种抗腐蚀浇注料,耐磨性能高、耐高温性能较好和抗热震性能强。为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
抗腐蚀浇注料,由以下原料按照质量份数组成,废高压电瓷粉55-60份,莫来石25-30份,铝酸盐水泥10-14份,石英砂5-10份,苛性苦土2-4份,硅微粉2-5份,助剂1-3份。
废高压电瓷粉要求Al2O3≥50%,Fe2O3≤2.5%。
其中,所述的铝酸盐水泥的Al2O3含量为58%~72%的铝酸钙水泥。
所述的助剂为柠檬酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、硼酸中的一种或几种混合。
该抗腐蚀浇注料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将废高压电瓷粉、莫来石、石英砂、苛性苦土研磨,平均粒径≤180目,得到研磨混合物,研磨混合物与铝酸盐水泥、硅微粉、助剂充分混合均匀,加入4~7份的水,进一步充分均匀混合,即得抗腐蚀浇注料。
本发明提供的抗腐蚀浇注料及其制备方法,得到的浇注料具有较好的耐高温、耐碱、抗热震性能,使用寿命长,并且浇注料具有良好施工性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述,并非对本发明保护范围的限制。
实施例1
抗腐蚀浇注料,由以下原料按照质量份数组成,废高压电瓷粉60份,莫来石25份,铝酸盐水泥12份,石英砂8份,苛性苦土2份,硅微粉5份,助剂1份。
废高压电瓷粉要求Al2O3≥50%,Fe2O3≤2.5%。
其中,所述的铝酸盐水泥的Al2O3含量为58%~72%的铝酸钙水泥。
所述的助剂为柠檬酸钠。
该抗腐蚀浇注料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将废高压电瓷粉、莫来石、石英砂、苛性苦土研磨,平均粒径≤180目,得到研磨混合物,研磨混合物与铝酸盐水泥、硅微粉、助剂充分混合均匀,加入4~7份的水,进一步充分均匀混合,即得抗腐蚀浇注料。
实施例2
抗腐蚀浇注料,由以下原料按照质量份数组成,废高压电瓷粉58份,莫来石27份,铝酸盐水泥12份,石英砂7份,苛性苦土3份,硅微粉2-54份,助剂2。废高压电瓷粉要求Al2O3≥50%,Fe2O3≤2.5%。
其中,所述的铝酸盐水泥的Al2O3含量为58%~72%的铝酸钙水泥。
所述的助剂为硼酸。
该抗腐蚀浇注料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将废高压电瓷粉、莫来石、石英砂、苛性苦土研磨,平均粒径≤180目,得到研磨混合物,研磨混合物与铝酸盐水泥、硅微粉、助剂充分混合均匀,加入4~7份的水,进一步充分均匀混合,即得抗腐蚀浇注料。
实施例3
抗腐蚀浇注料,由以下原料按照质量份数组成,废高压电瓷粉60份,莫来石25份,铝酸盐水泥14份,石英砂9份,苛性苦土2份,硅微粉5份,助剂3份。废高压电瓷粉要求Al2O3≥50%,Fe2O3≤2.5%。
其中,所述的铝酸盐水泥的Al2O3含量为58%~72%的铝酸钙水泥。
所述的助剂为三聚磷酸钠。
该抗腐蚀浇注料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将废高压电瓷粉、莫来石、石英砂、苛性苦土研磨,平均粒径≤180目,得到研磨混合物,研磨混合物与铝酸盐水泥、硅微粉、助剂充分混合均匀,加入4~7份的水,进一步充分均匀混合,即得抗腐蚀浇注料。
Claims (5)
1.抗腐蚀浇注料,其特征在于,由以下原料按照质量份数组成,废高压电瓷粉55-60份,莫来石25-30份,铝酸盐水泥10-14份,石英砂5-10份,苛性苦土2-4份,硅微粉2-5份,助剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗腐蚀浇注料,其特征在于,所述的废高压电瓷粉要求Al2O3≥50%,Fe2O3≤2.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗腐蚀浇注料,其特征在于,所述的铝酸盐水泥的Al2O3含量为58%~72%的铝酸钙水泥。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗腐蚀浇注料,其特征在于,所述的助剂为柠檬酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、硼酸中的一种或几种混合。
5.根据权利要求1到4任一项所述的抗腐蚀浇注料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将废高压电瓷粉、莫来石、石英砂、苛性苦土研磨,平均粒径≤180目,得到研磨混合物,研磨混合物与铝酸盐水泥、硅微粉、助剂充分混合均匀,加入4~7份的水,进一步充分均匀混合,即得抗腐蚀浇注料。
