本发明涉及一种陶瓷砖胶粘剂,包括以下重量份的原料:水泥40‑45份,硅砂40‑45份,重钙粉15‑20份,可再分散性乳胶粉3‑5份,添加剂2‑5份;所述的水泥为硅酸盐水泥;所述的硅砂的细度为200目以下,含泥量按重量计小于0.5%,含水量按重量计小于0.5%;所述的重钙粉的细度为200目以下,含水量按重量计小于0.5%;所述的添加剂为纤维素醚、木质纤维素、淀粉醚的混合物。优点是:添加了多种有机聚合物,具有粘结强度高,硬化速度快,大大提高了各种瓷砖的使用寿命。陶瓷砖胶粘剂施工方便,只需加入适量清水搅拌即可使用,被粘贴瓷砖不需水泡,可直接粘贴。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种用于粘结瓷砖和面砖的陶瓷砖胶粘剂。
背景技术
随着装饰装修行业的快速发展,传统的水泥砂浆粘结陶瓷砖,由于砂浆的抗流性差,在粘贴墙体等竖向构件时,贴砖时必须从低端开始,并且瓷砖之间需要采用定位器才能够实现整齐接合,粘接后的瓷砖经常出现空鼓,脱落粘结不牢,瓷砖粘结下沉,粘结不平等问题,特别是外墙装饰,还会带来安全问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种陶瓷砖胶粘剂,提高瓷砖与基材之间的粘接强度,抗滑移,抗流挂。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种陶瓷砖胶粘剂,包括以下重量份的原料:水泥40-45份,硅砂40-45份,重钙粉15-20份,可再分散性乳胶粉3-5份,添加剂2-5份;
所述的水泥为硅酸盐水泥;
所述的硅砂的细度为200目以下,含泥量按重量计小于0.5%,含水量按重量计小于0.5%;
所述的重钙粉的细度为200目以下,含水量按重量计小于0.5%;
所述的添加剂为纤维素醚、木质纤维素、淀粉醚的混合物。
所述的可再分散性乳胶粉不挥发物含量大于98%,灰分小于13%,细度50目以下,PH值在5-9。其主要作用为提高粘度,增加弹性和柔韧性。
上述原料中,硅酸盐水泥起到防水、粘结和耐久的作用;硅砂起到缩短凝结时间,早强的作用;纤维素醚作用为保水、延长可操作性、提高粘度、抗垂挂性;淀粉醚的作用为保水、增稠、抗垂挂;木质纤维素的作用为改善工作性能,增稠,防裂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
陶瓷砖胶粘剂添加多种有机聚合物,具有粘结强度高,硬化速度快,大大提高了各种瓷砖的使用寿命。陶瓷砖胶粘剂施工方便,只需加入适量清水搅拌即可使用,被粘贴瓷砖不需水泡,可直接粘贴。具有粘贴后的瓷砖具有优良的抗压、抗拉强度、耐水、耐碱及耐候性、不受环境的影响;具有良好的保水性、和易性、抗滑移、抗流挂,粘结过程中延长操作时间等特点,彻底解决了直接用水泥粘贴的种种弊端。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明进行详细地描述,但是应该指出本发明的实施不限于以下的实施方式。
一种陶瓷砖胶粘剂,包括以下重量份的原料:水泥40-45份,硅砂40-45份,重钙粉15-20份,可再分散性乳胶粉3-5份,添加剂2-5份;
其中,水泥为硅酸盐水泥;硅砂的细度为200目以下,含泥量按重量计小于0.5%,含水量按重量计小于0.5%;重钙粉的细度为200目以下,含水量按重量计小于0.5%;添加剂为纤维素醚、木质纤维素、淀粉醚的混合物,可按照纤维素醚:木质纤维素:淀粉醚=(1-5):(0.8-3):(0.8-5)。可再分散性乳胶粉不挥发物含量大于98%,灰分小于13%,细度50目以下,PH值在5-9。
陶瓷砖胶黏剂的制作方法:将上述原料按照所述的重量份投入到混料机搅拌,搅拌均匀后放入储料罐,再进入到包装机按一定重量用包装袋进行包装。包装后先存放,等待检验,待检验合格后方可出厂。
陶瓷砖胶粘剂配合比:
陶瓷砖胶粘剂使用时,用水调成厚糊状,水与陶瓷砖胶粘剂的混合比例为(22-26):100,优选(24-25):100,搅拌均匀后静置5-10min,然后再搅拌即可使用。
选择合适的齿型刮刀以确保有效粘贴面积至少是瓷砖面积的65%。用齿型刮刀把砂浆满批基面3至5毫米厚,然后用刮刀有齿形的一边以直线或S形拉出条纹状,刮刀平面和基层平面相交呈45度至60度。瓷砖不必浸水,只需按排列顺序粘贴于墙/地面并压实即可。并调整瓷砖位置。未干固的胶浆可用水清除即可。
陶瓷砖胶粘剂则减少了传统施工工艺对基层洒水及浸砖的工序的依赖性,较好地避免了因浸砖、洒水不够的现象发生。

1.一种陶瓷砖胶粘剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:水泥40-45份,硅砂40-45份,重钙粉15-20份,可再分散性乳胶粉3-5份,添加剂2-5份;
所述的水泥为硅酸盐水泥;
所述的硅砂的细度为200目以下,含泥量按重量计小于0.5%,含水量按重量计小于0.5%;
所述的重钙粉的细度为200目以下,含水量按重量计小于0.5%;
所述的添加剂为纤维素醚、木质纤维素、淀粉醚的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷砖胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述的可再分散性乳胶粉不挥发物含量大于98%,灰分小于13%,细度50目以下,PH值在5-9。其主要作用为提高粘度,增加弹性和柔韧性。
