本发明涉及输送带技术领域,具体涉及一种导电性能良好的TPU输送带及其制备工艺;从上到下包括上表层、骨架层和承载层和下表层,所述的上表层上表面设置有碳纳米粒层;导电性能良好的TPU输送带的制备工艺,包括如下具体步骤:S1、在上表层粘合碳纳米粒层,干燥后备用;S2、然后在各层上加入TPU涂底,并涂抹均匀;S3、然后将四层延压成型并冷却;S4、经过冷却后的输送带收边收卷即得成品;本发明在上表层上表面设置有碳纳米粒层,能够使得输送带导电性较好并且使用寿命较长。

技术领域
本发明涉及输送带技术领域,具体涉及一种导电性能良好的TPU输送带及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着物流行业的快速发展,人们对物流输送设备的要求也越来越高。轻型输送带与其他普通输送带不同,它不仅应用在煤矿等各种工业领域,也广泛应用在食品、医药、卫生、等和人们生活息息相关的各个生活领域,所以人们对轻型输送带的性能和环保安全等方面的要求更高。
现有的输送带,导电性能较差,并且使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种导电性能良好的TPU输送带及其制备工艺,制备得导电性能较好并且使用寿命较长的输送带。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种导电性能良好的TPU输送带,从上到下包括上表层、骨架层和承载层和下表层,所述的上表层上表面设置有碳纳米粒层。
进一步,碳纳米粒层中碳纳米粒为立体网格蜂窝状,并且粒径为2μ。
进一步,所述的碳纳米粒层、上表层、骨架层和承载层和下表层通过粘胶粘合。
进一步,所述的上表层、骨架层和承载层和下表层厚度一致,并且厚度为碳纳米粒层厚度的三倍。
进一步,承载层内设置有弹性支撑小球,弹性支撑小球之间设置有连接带。
进一步,下表层内设置有延输送带长度方向的防撕裂带,防撕裂带设置有两根。
进一步,骨架层由相互交错的编织带编织而成。
以上所述的导电性能良好的TPU输送带的制备工艺,包括如下具体步骤:
S1、在上表层粘合碳纳米粒层,干燥后备用;
S2、然后在各层上加入TPU涂底,并涂抹均匀;
S3、然后将四层延压成型并冷却;
S4、经过冷却后的输送带收边收卷即得成品。
进一步,在步骤S2中,涂抹TPU的温度为150-200摄氏度。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果之一:
1.本发明在上表层上表面设置有碳纳米粒层,能够使得输送带导电性较好并且使用寿命较长。
2.设置有承载层,能够减小在运输过程中的震动,增大稳定性。
3.在下表层内设置有防撕裂带,能够增强输送带的抗拉性能,延长使用寿命。

本发明制备工艺简单,实用性较强。

在实施例8的基础上,在步骤S2中,涂抹TPU的温度为180摄氏度,能够使得粘合效果更佳。

在实施例8的基础上,在步骤S2中,涂抹TPU的温度为200摄氏度,能够使得粘合效果更佳。
