本发明涉及输送带技术领域,具体涉及一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带及其制备工艺;从上到下包括基层、中间层、减震层和底层,所述的基层为用EVC乳液浸泡过的树脂层;本发明将基层用EVC乳液浸泡,使得基层表面比较光滑,不会有纤维毛掉入烟丝中,保证烟丝的品质;一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:S1、将基层(1)在EVC乳液中浸泡,干燥后备用;S2、然后在各层上加入TPU涂底,并涂抹均匀;S3、然后将四层延压成型并冷却;S4、经过冷却后的输送带收边收卷即得成品;本发明在使用时,不会有纤维毛掉入烟丝中,不会将有毒物质带入烟丝中,增大安全性;设置有减震层,能够减小在运输过程中的震动,增大稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及输送带技术领域,具体涉及一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着物流行业的快速发展,人们对物流输送设备的要求也越来越高。轻型输送带与其他普通输送带不同,它不仅应用在煤矿等各种工业领域,也广泛应用在食品、医药、卫生、等和人们生活息息相关的各个生活领域,所以人们对轻型输送带的性能和环保安全等方面的要求更高。
在现有烟草运输过程中,输送带表面层结构比较粗糙,在运输过程中,会有纤维毛掉入烟丝中,并且这些掉入烟丝中的纤维毛是树脂类杂质,会带入烟丝中有害物质,影响烟丝的品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带及其制备工艺,制备得输送带在使用时,不会有纤维毛掉入烟丝中,保证烟丝的品质。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,从上到下包括基层、中间层、减震层和底层,所述的基层为用EVC乳液浸泡过的树脂层。
进一步,所述的减震层内设置有弹性支撑球,并且弹性支撑球之间设置有加强条。
进一步,所述的基层、中间层、减震层和底层均通过粘胶粘合设置。
进一步,所述的基层包括骨架层、纤维粘合层和防撕裂层,所述的骨架层两侧设置有纤维粘合层,纤维粘合层表面设置有防撕裂层。
进一步,所述的防撕裂层为金属网、芳纶帆布或聚酯线绳。
进一步,所述的中间层的厚度大于基层、减震层和底层的厚度。
进一步,所述中间层的厚度为基层、减震层和底层厚度的两倍。
一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、将基层在EVC乳液中浸泡,干燥后备用;
S2、然后在各层上加入TPU涂底,并涂抹均匀;
S3、然后将四层延压成型并冷却;
S4、经过冷却后的输送带收边收卷即得成品。
进一步,在步骤S1中,EVC乳液的固含量为55%。
进一步,在步骤S1中,EVC乳液的浸泡温度为100-150℃,浸泡时间为1-3min。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有以下有益效果之一:
1.本发明将基层用EVC乳液浸泡,使得基层表面比较光滑,不会有纤维毛掉入烟丝中,保证烟丝的品质。
2.本发明在使用时,不会有纤维毛掉入烟丝中,不会将有毒物质带入烟丝中,增大安全性。
3.设置有减震层,能够减小在运输过程中的震动,增大稳定性。

一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,从上到下包括基层1、中间层2、减震层3和底层4,所述的基层1为用EVC乳液浸泡过的树脂层,将基层用EVC乳液浸泡,使得基层表面比较光滑,不会有纤维毛掉入烟丝中,保证烟丝的品质,不会将有毒物质带入烟丝中,增大安全性。
实施例2
一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,从上到下包括基层1、中间层2、减震层3和底层4,所述的基层1为用EVC乳液浸泡过的树脂层,所述的减震层3内设置有弹性支撑球5,并且弹性支撑球5之间设置有加强条6,能够减小在运输过程中的震动,增大稳定性。
实施例3
一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,从上到下包括基层1、中间层2、减震层3和底层4,所述的基层1为用EVC乳液浸泡过的树脂层,所述的减震层3内设置有弹性支撑球5,并且弹性支撑球5之间设置有加强条6,所述的基层1、中间层2、减震层3和底层4均通过粘胶粘合设置,在运输过程中能够保证烟丝质量的同时,延长输送带的使用时间。
实施例4
一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,从上到下包括基层1、中间层2、减震层3和底层4,所述的基层1为用EVC乳液浸泡过的树脂层,所述的基层1包括骨架层、纤维粘合层和防撕裂层,所述的骨架层两侧设置有纤维粘合层,纤维粘合层表面设置有防撕裂层,能够延长输送带的使用时间。
实施例5
一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,从上到下包括基层1、中间层2、减震层3和底层4,所述的基层1为用EVC乳液浸泡过的树脂层,所述的基层1包括骨架层、纤维粘合层和防撕裂层,所述的骨架层两侧设置有纤维粘合层,纤维粘合层表面设置有防撕裂层,所述的防撕裂层为金属网、芳纶帆布或聚酯线绳,能够避免输送带撕裂。

一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,从上到下包括基层1、中间层2、减震层3和底层4,所述的基层1为用EVC乳液浸泡过的树脂层,所述的中间层2的厚度大于基层1、减震层3和底层4的厚度,保证输送带的质量,延长使用期限。

一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,从上到下包括基层1、中间层2、减震层3和底层4,所述的基层1为用EVC乳液浸泡过的树脂层,所述中间层2的厚度为基层1、减震层3和底层4厚度的两倍,保证输送带的质量,延长使用期限。
实施例8
以上一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、将基层(1)在EVC乳液中浸泡,干燥后备用;
S2、然后在各层上加入TPU涂底,并涂抹均匀;
S3、然后将四层延压成型并冷却;
S4、经过冷却后的输送带收边收卷即得成品。
本发明制备工艺简单,能够制备得环保耐磨型输送带,不带入杂质,保证烟丝质量。
实施例9
在实施例8的基础上,在步骤S1中,EVC乳液的质量百分浓度为2%,EVC乳液的浸泡温度为100℃,浸泡时间为1min,使用EVC乳液对基层进行浸泡,能够使得表面更光滑。
实施例10
在实施例8的基础上,在步骤S1中,EVC乳液的质量百分浓度为2.3%,EVC乳液的浸泡温度为120℃,浸泡时间为2min使用EVC乳液对基层进行浸泡,能够使得表面更光滑。
实施例11
在实施例8的基础上,在步骤S1中,EVC乳液的质量百分浓度为2.5%,EVC乳液的浸泡温度为150℃,浸泡时间为3min,使用EVC乳液对基层进行浸泡,能够使得表面更光滑。

1.一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,其特征在于:从上到下包括基层(1)、中间层(2)、减震层(3)和底层(4),所述的基层(1)为用EVC乳液浸泡过的树脂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,其特征在于:所述的减震层(3)内设置有弹性支撑球(5),并且弹性支撑球(5)之间设置有加强条(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,其特征在于:所述的基层(1)、中间层(2)、减震层(3)和底层(4)均通过粘胶粘合设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,其特征在于:所述的基层(1)包括骨架层、纤维粘合层和防撕裂层,所述的骨架层两侧设置有纤维粘合层,纤维粘合层表面设置有防撕裂层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,其特征在于:所述的防撕裂层为金属网、芳纶帆布或聚酯线绳。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,其特征在于:所述的中间层(2)的厚度大于基层(1)、减震层(3)和底层(4)的厚度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带,其特征在于:所述中间层(2)的厚度为基层(1)、减震层(3)和底层(4)厚度的两倍。
8.根据权利要求1-7任意一条权利要求所述的一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、将基层(1)在EVC乳液中浸泡,干燥后备用;
S2、然后在各层上加入TPU涂底,并涂抹均匀;
S3、然后将四层延压成型并冷却;
S4、经过冷却后的输送带收边收卷即得成品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带的制备工艺,其特征在于:在步骤S1中,EVC乳液的固含量为55%。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种环保耐磨型烟草生产用输送带的制备工艺,其特征在于:在步骤S1中,EVC乳液的浸泡温度为100-150℃,浸泡时间为1-3min。
