A compact potato planter in accordance with claim 1 or 2, characterized by: the fertilizer device (C) comprises a fertilizer box (19), a fertilizer device (22) and a fertilizer discharge pipe (21), wherein the fertilizer box (19) is installed on a suspension bracket (A) through a base plate II (24), the top of the fertilizer box (19) is connected with a box cover (18) through a movable part and a connecting rod, a fertilizer device shell (20) is installed below the fertilizer box (19), a fertilizer device (22) is installed inside the fertilizer device shell (20) through a fertilizer guide pipe, the fertilizer device (23) is fixed on the suspension bracket (A) through a bearing group, and the fertilizer discharge pipe (21) is installed at the bottom of the fertilizer device shell (20).

The miniature potato planter of claim 4 wherein: the fertilizer applying device (C) further comprises a fertilizer discharging furrow opener (26), and the fertilizer discharging furrow opener (26) is arranged on the hanging frame (A) through a connecting frame and is positioned at the front side of the fertilizer discharging pipe (21).
